Waterfront Island Home with Dock, Pool and close to the Beach!

Beach and Boat home on North Hutchinson Island. Bring your boat, jet skis and surfboards. This three bedroom two bath home is located on a canal on the Indian River with access to the Ft Pierce inlet just minutes away. Fish, Dive, Swim in the pool, or relax at the beach you will enjoy your stay here. The home has one king bed, a queen beds, two twin beds and a fold out couch. After a day on the water you can relax by the pool and grill out while you watch the sunset. There is a jet dock to store two jet skis while you are there, so you won't have to launch and retrieve them each day. There is also room to dock a 35' boat while you stay. A quick walk down the street and you will be on the beach. We have gated access to the beach for the neighborhood.

Perfect place for our stay

First time staying at a house rental and it was great. Came to town for baseball and it was nice having the house to go to for our down time. Not many restaurants on the north island but Sharky’s was perfect for a few nights and Little Jim’s had a fun atmosphere with someLive music. The house owner was easy to get in touch with if needed and it was nice to walk, bike, fish, swim and go to the beach. The navy seal museum was pretty cool too. Would definitely consider this house for a future stay again

Spring Break Lounging

This house is both a fantastic base from which to explore the area as well as a well-appointed place to simply chill. For folks who enjoy walking, there are multiple parks nearby, a convenience store, and a restaurant. Can’t get much easier. I highly recommend this property.

We loved the house, and the owner was readily available.Saw a dolphin and a manatee in the canal, along with many beautiful birds. Fishing was good and ocean was about a 12 minute walk. lots of beach equipment too.Will rent again

Great stay at this house. Did not get to spend a ton of time in the house as I was there for work, but the accommodations were just as described, neat, clean, easy, wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We enjoyed our trip to Ft Pierce. We were visiting family who live on a street over. We loved the pool and the canal. The kids enjoyed playing in the water. The owner was very responsive and quick to respond. Plenty of space for my family of 6!

Beautiful house in a great location

We had a great stay. The house was in a great location and was very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and, being able to keep the boat in the water at the house was a plus. I would highly recommend the house to anyone looking to stay in the Ft. Pierce area.

Great home and location!

We had a quick trip to Ft. Pierce as a family. The home worked perfectly for us. We spent our days on the boat fishing and afternoons at the pickle ball courts. We enjoyed the pool and everything was very clean and organized in the home. We took a boat ride to Jim’s Bait and Tackle for some snacks and drinks. That was fun! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will be back!

Fun Friends Getaway

A great time and a nice home with pool on the water with dock for our boat. Easy access to Ft Pierce inlet and offshore fishing and an awesome sand bar to enjoy. We will go back and recommend this property for friends and family trips.

Fort Pierce first timers.

Overall our time in Fort Pierce was great! We had a few issues that Mike quickly took care of. The house is very spacious and well stocked. Lots of places to walk our little pup! The private beach was very nice and convenient! We only wish there were more restaurants in walking distance. Recommendations for the area: if you enjoy party boat fishing, Miss Fort Pierce was so fun!! We did it 3 times! There’s plenty of restaurants in the area but our favorites were 12A Buoy, Archie’s, and 2nd St Bistro! We took our fresh catch from our fishing trips to 12A Buoy to be cooked and it was amazing! If you bring your pup, lots of dog parks around to let them run! The only negatives were the no-seeums in the morning and the evening which made it difficult to sit outside during those times. We didn’t use the pool because it was a little chilly for us. Fort Pierce is definitely an area we’d visit again.

Lovely Home

A beautiful home with great views. Very spacious and clean. Easy walk to the beach and walk to Cumberland Farms for coffee and essentials. There are walking trails and lots of parks to explore. We walked to the Navy Seal museum and to a fun little bar called Little Jims. Mike, the home owner was responsive and receptive to any questions we had during our stay. There is wifi and TV's use Roku, so you log in with apps (Netflix, espn, peacock, etc.). Remember your passwords! Honestly, if the weather had been warmer and it not have been college football bowl season, we wouldn't have watched tv. Get outside and enjoy the views!

Turkey Day on the Water

Beautiful home in a super neighborhood. Lots of places to adventure by boat, walking and driving. Super open floor plan with lots of great areas for board games and football watching. Would do it again.

This property offers amenities for the whole family. This canal front home is perfect for the family that wants to vacation with their boat or other water toys. The dock can accommodate a boat up to 35ft. There is a jet dock for two jet skis, kayaks,or canoes. We have gated access to the beach at the end of the street, for walking, swimming or treasure hunting. There are several parks, the Navy Seal Museum, and a restaurant within walking distance. Boat, Jet Ski, and Paddle Board rentals are available locally.

What makes this property unique

Pulling up up to the dock and jumping into to the pool is what we enjoy most about this house. You can easily walk to the beach or the neighborhood restaurant from the house. The Saturday Farmers Market and an afternoon downtown is always enjoyable.
