Located on the Silverado Trail, this one bedroom brand new cottage overlooks the World famous 3 Palms Vineyard. There are stunning views of the vineyard as well as Castello di Amorosa Castle to the west. This is located on a working Cabernet vineyard just minutes from St. Helena or downtown Calistoga, Ca. We have included every detail for our guests, comfort; luxury bed and linens, see through fireplace, WiFi. Living area that opens up to your own private deck. Professional Bocce ball court and an outdoor kitchen.
Enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine from the deck. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect getaway

This was a wonderful 60th birthday getaway for my husband. Being secluded in the vineyards was so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely book here again.

In the Vineyard

This property is private, secluded, and in a perfect setting for a trip to Napa Valley - you are literally in the middle of a vineyard! We will stay here again if we can make it back to Calistoga as it is the perfect place for a getaway with your partner.

Calistoga Gem

Beautiful, quiet and quaint vineyard location. Mornings and evenings on the deck is a treat. Walked our dog in the vineyard each day. Excellent location for winery visits. Enjoyed Davis Estates, Silver Oak, Twomey, Cakebread and Papapietro Perry. Thank you Corrigan Vineyards!

Guest house gem

This guest house is located on a vineyard. Beautiful views from every window! It is very comfortable, roomy, nicely decorated. Highly recommend this property to those who do not cook meals, but perfect for someone who orders take out. There is no stove/oven; there is an electric skillet. They have a small fridge and freezer, plus a wine cooler. Very nice property.

Grapes to the left, grapes to the right...

Beautiful 2nd story apartment overlooking grapes to the left, right, front and back. Just before picking, so the grapes were full and beautiful. Views of the Napa valley and the Mayacamas from the balcony, with wineries dotting the landscape. Comfortable bed and great accomodation if you want to be close to the vineyard!

Great location near Calistoga!

Really loved our stay- was the perfect place to come back and relax after exploring during the day, and the property was lovely to walk around in the evening and take in the views! Would definitely stay here again

Weekend getaway

We were visiting the area to attend a wine dinner at Duckhorn. The property - backing up to Three Palms vineyard was everything. We enjoyed time on the patio and walking the property. It was a fantastic, private place to stay in Calistoga, near St. Helena.

Magical Property

This special home is located in vineyards with a beautiful balcony surrounded by oak trees and a view of the Three Palms Vineyard. Our host was so thoughtful leaving us a lovely bottle of wine and we felt entirely at home. Great location, super comfortable and the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. Already planning our next retreat there!

Perfect Napa Getaway for 2

For those who don't require a place with a pool or hot tub, this property is the perfect choice to enjoy a Napa vacation. Situated in very close proximity to Calestoga and St Helena, it is effortless to enjoy visiting both towns and countless wineries on the north end of the valley. The king size bed, living area, deck with rocking adirondeck chairs, and bathroom are all high-quality. The location amongst working wineries tops off the experience as a wonderful place to vacation.

Amazing Vineyard Stay!

The location in Calistoga was perfect. Being on the Silverado Trail made it super easy to get to everywhere we were going. We enjoyed morning cups of coffee on the back little patio/deck and evening glasses of wine overlooking a vineyard. The property is also very quiet, peaceful and away from the busy tourist crowds. Chris was super responsive and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Napa Valley.

Incredible property in a perfect location

This was the most lovely property we’ve ever stayed at. The guesthouse is surrounded by vineyards and there are windows in every direction of the breathtaking property and views. We could open the windows or patio and let the cool air sweep through the house as we sipped coffee and prepared for our day. The property was stocked with everything we needed and more. The bed and linens were so comfortable we slept late every day. My husband and I were looking for a getaway where we could relax but also have access to all Napa County had to offer and this property more than exceeded our expectations. I would return in a heartbeat. The host went out of his way to welcome us and was so quick to reply if we needed anything. He was very respectful of our privacy and allowed us to walk freely throughout the full property. If I could rate this property higher than a 10 I would. Exceptional.

A perfect, quiet retreat

It was our 2nd stay here, we needed a quiet getaway for my birthday. it was just as magical as the last time. This place is tucked away in Calistoga, super close to the winery action but also peaceful and quiet. We were able to get into town quickly where there are some great restaurants. The creek bed that was dry last time was flowing and ducks often landed to take a bath and led to some bird watching for us. Chris is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We will be back!

Perfect getaway!

We spent the weekend here in February! What a perfect little getaway. The pouring rain added to our adventure. Such a cozy place to come back to at the end of the day. One night we used the grill to make dinner in after exploring the valley. We will definitely be back!

Love this place

This was our 2nd time staying here, and we absolutely love it. It is perfect for a couple. Modern, clean, all the amenities you really need, and a spectacular setting in the middle of a vineyard and right next to the Napa River. Can't recommend it enough!

Simply outstanding

What an incredible find! Wake up to the sunrise over the mountain. Sunsets on the vineyard. Apartment is comfortable for hanging out, drinking, napping. Very cozy. Location is hard to beat. Chris was a great communicator but also hands off which we love. We would not hesitate to stay again and hope to do so soon.

October 2023 Napa trip

We loved staying in the middle of the vineyard. It happened to be harvest, so we got to watch the workers at night while they harvested the grapes in the surrounding vineyards. Lovely and quiet, lots of space for the two of us. A very nice and relaxing place to end our days of wine tasting with a pizza and our favorite bottle on the deck overlooking the grapes. Will definitely stay again!

Napa Luxury

We visited Napa for a family wedding with events in St Helena and Calistoga. This vineyard guest house was an excellent central location. The views, sunrises, sunsets were breathtaking. The decor and amenities, including the fireplace, were all perfect. We recommend it to anyone visiting the area. What a luxurious stay in Napa!

I purchased the property in 2012. It is a 5 acre vineyard with the main house and Guest House. The entire property has been completely rebuilt in 2015.
This is a second home for me. There is nothing better than spending time on the property and "listening to the Grapes grow"
