Tranquil Guesthouse bara en kort promenad från stranden

Ljust och luftigt fristående pensionat med privat ingång. Njut av en söndags månad med promenader till stranden och Orange Avenue för att njuta av lokala restauranger och butiker. Beläget i ett lugnt område i Coronado Village kan du vila, ladda och utnyttja det fullt utrustade köket till fullo för att förbereda dina favoritmåltider.

Det rymliga pensionatet med två sovrum nås utanför gränden och inkluderar en privat parkeringsplats. Ingången är uppför en trappa där du går in i ditt fantastiska rum med 360 graders utsikt. Njut av soluppgången utanför det täckta utomhus med din morgonkopp kaffe och solnedgången från mat- och läsområdet.

Stora rummet har fullt utrustat kök med två sittplatser, matplats med plats för sex, hörnläsningsområde, vardagsrum med kabel-TV, Apple TV och Blu-Ray DVD-spelare, stort takfläkt och ett täckt utomhusdäck genom dubbla franska dörrar.

Sovrum 2 har två dubbelsängar (spjällstil) och en stor byrå samt två förvaringsskåp med hyllor. Tillgång till tvättmaskin och torktumlare är genom ytterdörren i sovrummet och på en liten uteplats under tak där öppning av de dubbla dörrarna utomhus kommer att avslöja den staplade tvättmaskin för torktumlare.

David’s Coronado Rental

We enjoyed our stay at David’s rental. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos on VRBO. We loved the fact that it is a few blocks and 5 min walk from the beach.

A wonderful month!

Great guest house, great location. We had a lovely month taking in everything Coronado had to offer. We were walking distance to the beach and to all the restaurants and shops on Orange Avenue. We utilized the fully equipped kitchen to cook quite a few meals. We were very pleased with how easy it was to stay at David’s guesthouse and we hope to return.

enjoyed our time and hated to go. the guest house was great for us, and the host David and Audrey were Awesome. both most Hospiital and attentive if we had any issues. one day the T.V. started to go bad and they replaced it immediately. being in the hospitality industry for 37 years that's how taking care of a customer should feel. if you select this property, you will have made a great choice and won't be disappointed. we hope to return very soon. thanks Tom & Maureen

Great Stay on Coronado

I stayed here for 7 weeks for a work trip and had a very pleasant time. David and Audrey were fantastic hosts and very communicative. Location was great being only a couple blocks from the main beach on Coronado but also a short walk to Orange Ave if I ever wanted to check out the restaurants or stores downtown. The stay itself was in the guest house - quaint, beach house style home that was very accommodating. During the hotter days the home did get pretty warm inside but utilizing the fan and opening windows for cross breeze cooled the home relatively quickly. There is both AC and heat available as well for those chilly mornings or hot evenings too. I would recommend this VRBO for those looking to get the Coronado experience without being directly within the hustle and bustle of Orange Ave. I will love to come stay here again the next time I’m in San Diego!

Awesome host and Property.

The guest house was the perfect place for me to care for my daughter, while she recouped from a last minute kidney transplant. I communicated to the host that I was looking for a place to care for my daughter that was safe and quiet, he assured me that the Coronado Guest house was the place for us and he was absolutely right. After a week in bed, I was able to get my daughter out to explore the island, there is much to explore and lots to enjoy. I would definitely recommend the guest house to family and friends.

Tranquil Beach Getaway

I had a wonderful experience at this beautiful beach house. The guesthouse was in immaculate condition and the hosts stocked the place with everything one could need. The place is perfectly located with great access to the beach and all Coronado has to offer. I would recommend this tranquil getaway spot to all friends and family visiting San Diego!

Amazing first experience with VRBO @ David's place

This was my first time using VRBO for a vacation stay and David's place was nothing short of perfect. It was exactly as advertised on his posting: clean, spacious, bright with lots of natural light. super close to the beach with all the necessary beach gear provided. The guesthouse offered the perfect amount of privacy but also allowed us to get a glimpse of our 2 awesome neighbors Kaya and Gracie :). I stayed here with my GF for a month and we loved everything about Coronado. From our morning tea or cocktails on the balcony to beach days and bike rides along the coast. We cant recommend this place enough and i will most certainly be back! David and his wife Audrey were great communicators and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay.

We had a great experience staying here for a month in Coronado! Perfect for walking to the beach to see the sunset each evening and a full kitchen setup for plenty of cooking. David was an excellent host too.

David's guesthouse was a perfect place to spend several weeks. Close to the beach, village, golf, tennis, and several theatre's. We could not have enjoyed out time more.

The perfect Coronado guesthouse!

As a Coronado local, you don’t often get to enjoy your hometown as a guest, but this absolutely charming guesthouse offers the perfect respite! It’s clean, bright, airy and perfectly located! Easy access to the beach and to all that awaits on Orange Avenue. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating, and made our stay just a delight! Super comfy beds, a kitchen you can really cook in, and a wonderfully relaxing vibe! We felt perfectly at home, and I will look fondly back on quiet mornings, enjoying my coffee on the porch and watching the hummingbirds zip about the tree tops. Can’t recommend the host and guesthouse highly enough!
