The home features over 2200 square feet of living space under air with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. And the best part is this home with all the new furnishings and decor also features a brand new pool and jetted spa that is safety equipped with a child barrier fence.

The home is spacious and well designed to offer your family group plenty of space to enjoy the home both inside and out. The great room with arched doorways and tall ceilings further accentuate the openness of the home. You will love to entertain and prepare for your guests and family your favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, beautifully furnished with new appliances and upgraded counters. The comfort remains as you settle into the living area with flat screen tv and plenty of seating. The pool views from the home with all the sliding doors will quickly merge the inside living to the out of doors.

The Master suite with a king-size bed along with a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom will suit any couples needs for rest and privacy. In the bath, you will a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

There are three more bedrooms separate from the master suite. In these guest rooms, you will find two guest rooms both outfitted with a queen-size bed and a 4th bedroom with 2 twin size beds. In addition to the bedrooms, you will find a foosball table and an X-Box console to keep everyone entertained.

Beautiful house!

This was such a beautiful place to stay! The home decor, pool and bedrooms were all just perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home!

Casa Bonita was a great experience. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the pool was wonderful (always seemed to be at the right temperature without us doing anything), and the service from the Roelens Property Manager was great. If I were to make any changes, it would be to have some curtains or blinds on the main windows in the kitchen/dining/livingroom area so that it would feel more private at night. Otherwise as mentioned it was a beautiful place and we'd like to come back next year.

Great stay!

We enjoyed the property and felt it was well described. We were also grateful for all the spices and random items in the kitchen that made preparing meals easier. The pool and hot tub were easy to use and understand. The availability of a baby crib and high chair and the safety gate around the pool were really helpful. Thanks again!

Wonderful stay

This was a great place for the family! The grandson’s (2-4) had a great time in the pool and whirlpool! So did the adults! The place was very spacious enough room for all 8 of us. The outside dining area helped with extra areas for dining. Wonderful view of sunrise and moon . Would recommend going through Roelens Rental for reservations instead of Vrbo was charged an extra $300.00 because did not know that a 3rd party fee was going to be added. Paid a fee to VRBO and another fee to ROELENS. ( live and learn) . Everything you could need was there. The check in was confusing ( down loaded happy stay app ) also tablet when tried it I as an older person could not understand it! Overall a great place to stay for the money!

Great Stay at Casa Bonita

Great stay at Casa Bonita. Iris and Tom, the PMs, were attentive and there to answer any questions. House was clean and had everything you'd need for your stay - Bikes, grill, pool, kitchen gadgets. It was comfortable and had xfinity cable available. The outdoor area with couch and TV was great and the covered patio was amazing. Neighborhood was clean, safe and beauitful. We'd for sure stay here again!

Loved the pool

Pool And patio area highlighted the trip , kitchen was clean and contained what we needed. The beds could use an upgrade but were comparable to a 3star hotel. Washer and dryer functioned just fine. We had one small issue with tree trimming crew removing the screening from patio area. Turns out they were at the wrong place. Iris the property manager responded in 10min and set them straight before they could remove all of the vegetation cover. I would stay at the property again. It met my expectations for the price.

Bug Infested House...Book with caution!

The house had great pics and I booked it for a family vacation but it doesn't seem that the house had really been cleaned properly before our arrival. When we first arrived, we found 2 broken pool chairs in the middle of the driveway that had to be moved to park. We weren't provided a key or garage door opener so had to unload kids and luggage in the rain after a 8+ hour drive. Upon getting inside of the house there were ants everywhere. Terro ant gel traps had been left all over the house but weren't helping. Ants were in the kitchen and all the bedrooms especially the master bathroom. It got so bad that we had to request for a terminoator to come over. It helped some but we still found ants for the rest of our stay. The worst was the master bed...ITS INFESTED!!! Each night my wife and I got more and more bug bites while sleeping. It got so bad that we slept in a different room for the last 2 nights of our stay. When I called the manager I was told they were called "No-See-Ums" and there was nothing they could do nor would the refund us for the inconvenience. That bed was infested, at one point we both tried sleeping with socks and pajama pants but that still didn't work. You could literally feel the bugs crawling on you when you laid down. I have bites on my feet, legs, arms, stomach and back that itch like crazy...not the kind of thing I wanted to bring back home with me. The property manager said the bugs were outside but they are wrong...they are in the house. One night the electronic lock died and we couldn't get in the house for almost an hour. Luckily, it started working but when I called the manager they told me to "call a locksmith"...there wasn't even a backup key that we could use to get into the house. It's sad that we spent this much money and couldn't even use the bed. It's also unsafe and unhealthy to have this kind of stuff going on with Covid. Hopefully they fix these things..but be sure to bring lots of bug spray. You're going to need it!

Great family stay

We wanted to find a place to getaway for a family vacation. This place has all we needed allowing us to drive to beach for a few days but also take advantage of the pool. The house came with several puzzles and games which the kids enjoyed.

Wonderful vacation!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of amenities including a Keurig machine, lots of stuff for the beach, etc. The pool and spa were great and easy to adjust the temps. Very nice place!

Clean fun gorgeous home

The home is beautiful the decor is on point the pool and outside area is fun and entertaining there is a gorgeous back yard the house is full of entertainment from board games to electronic games it has everything you need to make and serve your favorite meal i was better than at home this place is awesome I was in love with every room they all have a different decorations style and is gorgeous the master where I stood was a dream master bedroom I will definitely go back

Very nice home with lots of space. The property manager had to be called and he came very quickly and corrected the problem. The only down side was not having enough dishwasher tabs to do dishes and there was no dish soap to even wash in the sink. Also, they recommend you start a load of laundry and there is no laundry soap.

Amazing pool and hot tub; great location!

We travel to Florida every winter with our three young kids. This was the perfect house for us. The pool was warm and the owner set up the kids security fence so we didn’t have to worry about our toddler falling in. The house had everything we needed for our week-long stay. And it was in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the marina and it’s restaurants for us to walk there.

We loved everything about this vacation - beautiful home in a great location,

This home is beautiful, clean and really cozy for a relaxing vacation. We stayed for a week, started each morning with coffee and swimming then ventured around to surrounding beaches and islands during the day. We enjoyed dinners, cocktails and hot tubing back at the house in the evenings. Plenty of great restaurants and shops near by. We’d love to stay again and will be sharing this property with friends.
