Gården på Pelletiere Estate är ett elegant och lyxigt vinlandshotell. Privata beläget och omgiven av vingårdar, ligger lantgården i en avskild, men bekväm landsbygd, belägen vid foten av Willow Creek District i hjärtat av Paso Robles berömda Westside.

Detta två och ett halvt sovrum, två badrum Farmhouse har ett charmigt kök komplett med en kaffe tjänst ö, frukost kulle, bänkskivor i granit och en tidlös vintage spis-ugn. Matsalen och vardagsrummet skryter båda franska dörrarna som öppnar sig på det expansiva privata flervägsdäcket med utsikt över våra vingårdar, och vi njuter av solnedgången och njuter av ett glas vingårdens exceptionella vin! Den raffinerade rustika inredningen och den mysiga öppen spis är säker på att göra din vistelse oförglömlig.

De nedre sovrummen är välutrustade, med moderna möbler. Sovrum ett har en queen size-stoppad säng draperad i lyxiga sängkläder. Sovrum två har en dubbelsäng med en extra utdragbar dubbelsäng och franska dörrar som leder ut till en hemlig trädgård. Den nedre våningen är utrustad med en full storlek badrum som erbjuder en vacker vit tunnelbana kakel dusch / badkar och plysch handdukar. Sovrummet på övervåningen (Sovrum Tre) har en king size-säng som är klädd i snygga sängkläder, vackra handgjorda återvunna trämöbler och ett mysigt fönsterstol med smaskiga kuddar med utsikt över våra vingårdar. Den övervåningen "privat badrum är rymligt, med en stor mosaik kakel dusch, dubbla fåfänga och spa som badlakan. Utsikt över vår bondgård vingård kan återfås från alla vinklar!

Inkluderar, WiFi, satellit-TV, gasgrill, fullt utrustat kök, plyschkläder, handdukar och lyxiga sängkläder. En vacker hemlig trädgård och en stor promenad genom pantry / lera rum, perfekt för att sticka vininköp, bagage, kylare, cyklar eller andra skrymmande föremål.

Gården vingård ägs och drivs av Pelletiere Estate, en premiumproducent av italienska varianter. Smaksprutningar för bondgårdsgäster inkluderar guidad provsmakning med vår vintner och rundtur i fastigheten inklusive historia och design. Peaceful Winecountry Retreat

The farmhouse was spacious, clean and comfortable. The views were amazing of the vineyards. The vineyard cats were great company as we enjoyed evenings on the deck looking out on the vines. Truly an enjoyable stay!

A beautiful stay in a beautiful place.

We had a house reserved for our stay in the Paso area and last minute the owner cancelled due to some insurance issues. What we thought was a horrible turn of events actually was a blessing, as a quick search for another house landed us at Janis'. The Farm House on the vineyard is a beautiful home, inviting, warm, comfortable, private and luxurious. The perfect place to unwind in the perfect environment. The wine tasting with Janis was amazing as well. You won't go wrong staying here!!!

The property is situated on vineyard with postcard sunsets. Such a relaxing and enjoyable place to spend the day. My wife and I look forward to our next visit to Paso Robles and another stay at the Farmhouse!

Perfect location!

Staying on a vineyard while visiting Paso Robles cannot be beat. The location was easy driving distance to ocean and vineyards. Farmhouse is just as pictured. The harvest was just beginning so great timing for a visit as you look out upon vines laden with large bunches of grapes from your patios, living and bedrooms. Fun four night getaway!

Janis did a wonderful job renovating and decorating the farmhouse. The place is charming. The deck is a comfortable place to enjoy morning coffee or a glass of wine and take in gorgeous views.

GLORIOUS!

This is a great vacation house. The location couldn't be better, close to wineries, surrounded by vineyards yet close to town and easy to find. The house itself is so comfortable, and stylish....We didn't want to leave!! Thank you Janis for the hospitality and the WINE...it was the best of our trip!!!

SO perfect!!

Janis was great, the house and location were incredible!!! Enough room for 2 couples. The bed in the smaller bedroom is pretty hard but some may like that! We tasted, we stomped and we will be back!!

Best stay in Paso Robles

Four of us stayed at The Farmhouse at Janis’ winery and vineyard and it was every bit of paradise. The house is impeccable and beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings and plush linens. You feel like you are on your own vineyard. Janis is a great host and we felt very comfortable during our stay,! We will be back!!

Perfect Rain or Shine Get-Away

This lovely home is even lovelier than the photographs suggest. We enjoyed walking through the vines, gathering in the living room, having lunch on the outside patio, playing games in the dining room, and snuggling into the beautiful linens on the just-right beds. An added bonus was the vintage range, which works like a charm. Oh, and the wine! We hope to visit again soon.

Fabulous Farmhouse and Winery – Unique and Stunning in Every Way

We had the most wonderful three day stay at this unique and stunning property. The Farmhouse is truly one of our greatest finds - it was absolutely spectacular. We had wonderful days touring the wineries and savoring every second of this beautiful home. The deck was amazing to sit in during the mornings, fabulous décor inside to relax in and stunning in every corner. Cooked great meals on the stove and out on the barbeque – stunning views from literally every window. Janis was the loveliest and Pelletiere wines amazing. We can’t wait to return.

better than expected

It was a great space, well designed, conveniently close to wineries including the vineyards in the backyard! Host was most accommodating with small requests including our unexpected late arrival. Would definitely go back so much so I don't know why I'm writing this glowing review for others to book it up, never mind I take it all back - you should avoid this property at all costs ;)

Lovely Rental in Great Paso Robles Location

This farm house is absolutely lovely. It is located within the property of the Pelletiere tasting room, so tasting their lovely wines is very convenient. Most importantly, it's a great Paso Robles location, right in the vineyards, but 10 minutes from downtown. You can sit in the deck and watch the day pass looking at vineyards, drinking wine and enjoying a taste of Paso living. 2 very nicely appointed rooms and lots of grounds to walk around. Janis was a great hostess who takes great care of all the details. Highly recommend.

A Must Stay in the Heart of Paso Wine Country

Stunning farmhouse, quiet, private, endless charm with the most beautiful views in the very heart of Paso wine country. A must stay if you want a true Paso experience on a working winery. Beautifully furnished, spacious with every detail accounted for - and breathtaking views all around. This is our second stay at the property - make sure to stroll the vineyard early morning and as the sun goes down at dusk. The views from the very top of the property are breathtaking. Make sure to book a tasting - the experience was one of the best along with the wines! (Thank you Kristen!) You'll feel at home from the minute you arrive. Lovely vineyard property!

My family stayed here over the weekend and loved this property. If you dream of sitting on a porch looking over peaceful vineyards this is the place for you! The home has wonderful decorative touches for a very welcoming and relaxing feel. We loved our cuddles with “grey kitty” while sitting on the quiet patio (even “orange kitty” warmed up to us), star gazing in the evening, morning walks by the vines, wine tasting at nearby vineyards as well as Pelletiere...plus dinner and shopping downtown. The kitchen has a wonderful vintage feel with the oven to go along with the farmhouse vibe, I was a little scared to use the oven but it was actually quite cool and efficient! Janis is a great host and made us feel so welcome.

Another Amazing Stay!

My husband and I came across the Farmhouse while looking for a change of scenery in June 2020, and it exceeded our expectations. It was so special, we wanted to experience it again and share it with our loved ones. We spent a wonderful 4 days/nights in the Farmhouse to celebrate our 10th anniversary and our parents' 55th anniversary. Janis is an amazing host, the winery is stunningly beautiful and peaceful, and the Farmhouse is the perfect mix of cozy and chic. The only issue is that the time always flies by too quickly. We rarely go back to the same place twice (so much to see/do, so little time), but would happily make the Pelletiere Farmhouse an annual treat!
