Venite a godervi questa casa che è una passeggiata veloce o in bicicletta alla spiaggia! Questa casa si trova in una tranquilla cul-de-sac che si può sedere sul portico anteriore e guardare i vostri bambini guidare le loro biciclette intorno al pittoresco albero di quercia in mezzo al cul-de-sac.
Questa casa è stata recentemente dipinta dentro e fuori dicembre 2018. Tutte le nuove tende sono state installate in tutta la casa. Inoltre, tutte e tre le camere hanno un tappeto nuovo e il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo hanno pavimenti in laminato nuovo legno duro. Inoltre, tutti i nuovi mobili da Lazy Boy, Rooms to Go e Ballard Designs sono stati acquistati per questa casa nuova sul mercato. Nel salotto c'è una televisione a schermo piatto da 50 pollici e ogni camera contiene una televisione a schermo piatto da 40 pollici con Roku. Questa casa fu affittata per la prima volta a fine luglio del 2015.

Beautiful/Comfortable home

The heated pool was absolutely wonderful! We loved the proximity to Harbor Town, beaches and shopping! We often rode bikes to the beach to catch sunset as it is close to several beaches! Very comfortable home---we would definitely stay again! Owners were extremely nice, responsive and helpful!

Great House!!!Great Location!!!!

The house was everything that was described. We were in between South Beach and Harbor Town. Enjoyed biking, beach, fishing and especially the heated pool at the end of the day. The hosts were very helpful and took care of anything we needed at the house!!! The house was well stocked with anything you would need. Great time will definitely stay again!!!

Perfect for our family

We had a very fun, relaxing week at your beautiful home. The house is a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. It is a 15 minute walk. We enjoyed the natural light throughout the house and, of course, the pool. We were there in early June so we had the pool heated. Because of this, we were able to use the pool late into the night. The bedrooms were nice sized and the deck was great to have breakfast and after dinner coffee. The kitchen has everything you need. A crockpot, many skillets and pots, a griddle for burgers. Both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig and lots of coffee mugs. There are also towels for the beach and linens so no need to pack your own. Beach chairs in the garage were a plus! Very easy to carry to the beach. For dinner, we recommend the Skull Creek Dockside. Our meals were delicious. The service was great. The view was beautiful. We were indoors, but they also had outdoor seating. We also had a fun dinner at the Salty Dog and the live music was a plus.

Just Book It!

Had the pleasure of staying here in May 2024. Everything was wonderful. A private pool can’t be beat especially with rambunctious littles. Bonnie was great to communicate with and was always there when we needed something. For instance, we noticed that our children were too short for the bathroom sinks so we asked if there was a stepstool at the property. She advised that there wasn’t an immediately ordered one to have arrive at the property a couple days later. In the interim, she contacted a neighbor and he brought one over for us to use. Plenty of beach and pool towels, so do not bring any. Bikes were in good shape but note, no bikes for children. Not a problem as we just rented some. House was clean and plenty of space for a family of 5 and a grandmother. Beach was close but I would not recommend walking to it with all of your beach gear with small children. For reference, our children were 3, 4, and 6. We biked to the beach instead. The location is great! On a private street with friendly neighbors. Great bike baths nearby so only a short distance on the roads before you reach one. We really loved staying at this property and cannot wait to return some day.

Wonderful experience

We had a great family trip to Hilton head staying at this beautiful house. The pool was the highlight for both the adults and the kids. The high safety locks gave us peace of mind.

Great home located in Sea Pines!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is well stocked and had everything we needed and more. The pool is large and lovely. The layout is great. The bikes were a great added bonus, our only complaint is I’m not sure how often they are serviced and we had some issues with them that we reported to the company, but were not resolved during our visit. We traveled with a 1 and 3 year old, which overall the house was pretty good for, but there were a few furniture pieces that were light that they could easily flip and long lamp cords running to outlets we had to really watch them around. Overall the cleanliness of the house was good. The deck was not in good condition or very welcoming, but I read the owners plan to update this in the fall. Owners were responsive and kind. Location is very close to the beach and trails. We would recommend this home.

This beautiful home was comfortable and clean. We spent most of our time in the pool which offers just the right amount of shade and sun. We reached out to Bonnie a couple of times with questions at the start of the week and she was responsive and helpful - she’s a great host. We will very likely be staying here again!

Impeccable!

This house was perfect for me and my husband, my sons and future daughter-in-law. It was so clean it sparkled. The master bath shower was a treat! Of course, the pool was a huge focal point -- couldn't get enough of it! Netflix for the rainy days was appreciated! Wifi was seamless. Quiet street, and the bikes were a plus. Beach was just a short bike ride away. Owner was very responsive, even during one instance in the middle of the night when the power went out (some kind of fluke, I'm sure!) Just a very quaint property. We would most definitely stay here again!

First time in Hilton Head and it won’t be the last!

It was our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved the area. What made it all the better was being able to stay in this amazing home. The amount of space was just as advertised with plenty of room for myself, my wife, and our four teenage kids. We loved the Sea Pines community and all it had to offer (bike trails, nature reserve, etc.), and the pool at the house was the icing on the cake! Bonnie thought of everything that we might need and was so helpful in recommending places to eat and things to do. I would definitely recommend this listing and stay here again! Five stars!!

What a Tidy House

Great visit with my 3 kids. The house has 3 excellent bedrooms . Hosts are very easy to deal with. Looking forward to my next trip to HH and hope this house is available.

Good News/ Bad News

The property is in the Sea Pines neighborhood of Hilton Head. Very nice. The house was comfortable. The backyard is very shaded and the leaf litter was overwhelming. The pool was always full of debris. The back deck has mold on the wood and the furniture. The house inside had a nice layout. Kithen was decent but had no undercounter lighting. The dryer vents into the garage and there is lint everywhere. Bikes were nice as there is walking and riding trails everwhere. The home needs a professional cleaning inside and out. All in all a decent place but would not stay there again.

Wonderful Once Again!

My family rented here last year and it was wonderful once again. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, just 5-10 minute walk to the beach, this 3 BR/2 BA open concept house is perfect for families. Updates are great and the pool is nice a big. The owner is wonderful and extremely attentive. Hope to be back again next year!

On a recent trip to Hilton Head, our family fell in love with the island. We have four kids, ranging from 5 to 17. We purchased this property to enjoy the family oriented beach community in Sea Pines that allows your children (to put away the electronic devices) and to explore the endless bike paths underneath the shaded canopy of sprawling oaks while also enjoying the pristine beaches of Hilton Head South Carolina. Activities for all ages exist within the Sea Pines Community.

This home is new to the rental market since 2015. This is a fantastic home which is a just short walk or quick bike ride to the beach (3 minutes by bike or 6 minutes by foot). This home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood street ends at a long driveway to this house and the area behind the house is “green space,” which makes it completely private as you enjoy the kidney shaped pool. The bike path is shaded and cool without the worry of traffic. There is a crosswalk to facilitate crossing S. Sea Pines Drive to access the beach path (this is just around the corner from where Greenwood Drive and S. Sea Pines Drive merge). The beach path is #26 and it is between Surf Scoter and Snowy Egret. This area of Sea Pines is highly sought after for its privacy and location. It is almost equidistance between South Beach (Salty Dog restaurant) and Harbor Town (Crazy Crab restaurant).
