Great Family Stay

I cannot compliment Alfonzo enough! The accommodations are great, roomy, and well equipped, but Alfonzo made our trip stress-free. He makes sure everything is in working order, clean and up-to-date. And his knowledge of local restaurants and activities is spot on. The beach access to the property is well equipped with chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, etc. Snorkeling is just right there!

Great getaway

The property is amazing the pictures are exactly what you get. Everything is there for you and very clean. They take very good care of on the beach and there are plenty of water toys for all ages. It is very quiet and peaceful. All the staff on the property is very helpful and makes sure your stay is relaxing. We will definitely be going back.

Another wonderful stay

This is our second trip to the Boggy Sands Club. The first time we went, our grandchildren gasped at the lovely accommodation in Stingray, and we enjoyed our recent stay in Coconut equally as much.We love the location (especially the fact that a food store, DQ and good Italian restaurant are within easy walking distance). The Club beach is a five-minute walk away and has been improved since we were last there with more chairs, umbrellas, rafts, etc. Our family loved the great snorkeling just off the beach. The Club staff is very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend the Club.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had!

This condo was 10/10! Super clean and tons of space. There were 6 adults and we could have easily had 10 and feel comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. It was nice being walking distance to the grocery and liquor store. A quick walk to the private beach that has everything you could possibly need. HIGHLY reccomend and hope to come back!

A Gem of a Getaway

Clean and spacious condo, great rooftop, nice pool and beach areas a short walk away, as well as restaurants and groceries within walking distance. A minor incident with the disposal was fixed promptly. Altogether, would recommend :-)

Great Stay in GC

Had a great stay from the staffs hospitality, the clean rooms, and the location! The private area on the beach and the free amenities there made beach time extra fun. Alfanso was the sweetest and took great care of us. All my family members loved how spacious our room was, we never felt crowded. Overall a wonderful stay that we would recommend to anyone visiting Grand Cayman!

Awesome location and management

We loved our time at Boggy Sands. The facilities and beach are professional managed and lovely. We usually stay in homes when traveling in the islands but these condos are so spacious and beautiful. Wonderful stay in the Cayman Islands

We had a wonderful week at Boggy Sands. The condo was clean, spacious and well appointed. The pool is nicely shaded, the beach is a short walk and on a beautiful stretch of 7mile with multiple snorkeling opportunities. Extra thanks to Alfonso on the beach for making sure we had everything we need and doing fun crafts with the kids!!

Slice of Heaven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Boggy Sands Club. Alfanso and his team greeted us with excellent hospitality from the moment we arrived. The communication app they used was very helpful and easy to use. The check in process was a breeze and very thorough. The condo unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was just a short walk to the grocery store and to the beach access. As you can imagine the ocean was clear and stunning. We all enjoyed the SUP, chairs and umbrellas, as well as the many other beach items they provided. It was a fantastic trip!

First Class Beach Stay with 10

We had a great stay in West Bay. The property was immaculate and new. The condo was roomy even for 10 of us - we never felt cramped. The walk to the private beach club was 5 minutes. The beach attendant brought us kayaks SUP and umbrellas. (Bring your own snorkel gear because there are fantastic reefs a couple hundred yards away) Staff was amazingly responsive and welcoming. Would definitely come back again.

Family Trip

Beautiful Cayman Condo

My family and I were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the condo was when we arrived at the Boggy Sands. We are a family of 6 and really liked how much space the condo provided. And upon our arrival we greeted by Alfanso who gave us a tour of the condo and the property. He and the rest of the staff were wonderful and very helpful through out our stay. The next time we are in Caymans again we would definitely stay at Boggy Sands again.

Boggy Sands is a gem.

Boggy Sands is a unique boutique property with very high end finishes, an amazing staff that all obviously love what they do. The property itself is incomparably spacious and the beach front areas offers all of the amenities you would expect at a large high end resort. There was a strong sense of community amongst the renters and owners alike. We will definitely return often!

Perfect vacation

Shay took care of our pre check in questions and arrangements and Ruaneik was on site every day of our stay. He checked us in and was instrumental in making our perfect vacation. Anything we needed was taken care of promptly and professionally. The condo was magnificent! It had everything you would ever need or think you would ever need! Rooftop deck-Stunning! Private Beach-Gorgeous! Location-Perfect! Pool area-Excellent! The property was immaculate and extremely well cared for. Needless to say, we’re looking forward to booking again next year.

Perfection

This property exceeded all of our expectations. The condo was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked full of anything you could want. The beach area had plenty of chairs and umbrellas, plus kayaks and paddle boards. We snorkeled right off the beach almost every day. Grocery store, liquor store and a great restaurant are just next door. We walked over there almost daily to pick up whatever we needed. Check in was easy and Ruaneik was always around with a smile and a laugh. He went over and above what we would have expected from a property manager. All in all a great vacation in a great location. We will definitely be back soon!

Boggy sands stay January 2023

Location was perfect for us, a short public bus ride away from our conference site at the Kimpton seafire, supermarket only 2 mins walk away. The condo was very well equipped, the kitchen had all the tools you might need and of prime quality. The beach area was clean and quiet, again well stocked with tons of equipment. Communication was immediately addressed and helpful. Altogether nothing but positive impressions. Early checkout not an issue since you can use beach and pool with shower until you leave. Bags can be stored safely in office. Highly recommend staying there. One tip: for day trips use the public bus service. Cheap fast and flexible. Just hail any bus on main road outside of condo

Boggy Sands is Paradise!

Our stay at Boggy Sands Club was perfect! We were in Coconut 2 for a week over Easter. The condo itself is very big and spacious for a large family. All the amenities needed are provided down to beach towels, a local cell phone for calls, a Bluetooth speaker for the beach and much more! The pool area was great but we didn’t spend much time there because the private beach is absolutely stunning. Every morning Alfonzo had our spot already organized how we liked with umbrellas and chairs. He is the nicest young man. Our 3 kids loved playing with him and making crafts. Truly he was one of the highlights of our trip. The beach itself is one of the best on the island. No rocks and great snorkeling off shore! Plenty of sand toys, life vests, floats, and anything necessary to have a great time on the beach! Way better than a larger resort with big crowds. We loved every second and we will definitely be back again!

Great stay at Boggy Sands!

I stayed with my family at Boggy Sands in June of 2023. The condo was impeccable and beautifully furnished. Every bedroom/bathroom was perfect, and the kitchen was exceptional. All of the cookware, glasses, and dishware was top-of-the-line, and we had everything we needed to cook a nice meal. It was an easy walk to the grocery/liquor stores, and a great restaurant next door (Bay Side.) It was just a short walk to the ocean, and even though our beachfront was modest, it was very nice. The condo even included rolling coolers for guests to take down to the beach. There were plenty of paddle boards, kayaks, and other beach toys for everyone to use. My only negative is that the pool was much smaller than it looked in the pictures online. We didn't spend any time at the pool, but if you have small kids or people in your group with mobility issues, it would be good to know this. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Boggy Sands. Everyone was so hospitable, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect property

We stayed at Boggy Sands in Coconut 2. We had the absolute best week! The Condo was beautiful, clean, with plenty of room for our group of 10. They have everything you could think of in the condo- a huge fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens, beach towels, coolers, ice packs, hair dryers. The property managers and staff are amazing here. We arrived later in the evening on a Saturday and Shay met us and gave us a tour of the condo. She also let us know that the grocery store was closing soon and arranged for a table at Bayside restaurant next door after we went and got our groceries to get us through until Monday. Bayside was excellent and they had a table reserved and waiting when we arrived. Throughout our stay, Ruaneik checked on us daily and everyone there was so willing to help us arrange any plans we wanted to make- dinners, charters, massages, manicures, bringing a chef in for dinner- anything you could think of, they can make happen! It felt more like a luxury resort than a property rental. The beach was outstanding and Alfonso is so friendly and helpful with chairs, umbrellas and watersports. I really can not say enough wonderful things about our stay. We will definitely be back!

Perfect condo for our family vacation

Five stars! This condo was spacious, beautifully and comfortably (likely professionally) decorated and very well maintained and cleaned! Everything was classy & high-end from the linens to the furniture to the cookware but still had a cozy and relaxing/calming vibe throughout. The washer/dryer was a huge plus for our big family. The location on the island was just amazing! The beach which is a short walk (they give you a beach cart/cooler/speaker to use!) had the most beautiful white sand and crystal clear, blue water. Bring your snorkels! We paddle boarded (which were provided!) out to many awesome spots to snorkel and see tropical fish, sea turtles, a sunken ship, etc. I can go on and on about the beach! The beach attendant Alfonso was a kind gentlemen that helped us with umbrellas/chairs/kayaks/paddles boards (all provided!) and even got us coconuts to drink and eat. Ruaneik was always available. He toured us around, helped us rent a car right from the condo, set up taxis, told us about the public bus which was very convenient to get around. If you go on an excursion make it a combo sting ray city/snorkel/starfish boating trip! It was one if the highlights of our trip for sure! We private chartered with Shane from Tours Cayman and it was a dream day with our family! All kiddos ages 7-16 loved it! If you are looking for a tropical gem tucked away on the quiet backroad of paradise and steps from the most beautiful beach you’ve ever seen- book this condo!

Best Cayman Trip Ever

We booked an extremely last minute vacation to the Caymans and were lucky enough to find an opening with Boggy Sands Club. Everything about the trip exceeded our expectations: Location: We have stayed all over the island, including rum point area, 7 mile, and south side. This location on the north end of 7 mile is IDEAL. Gorgeous beach, not super crowded, convenient to everything (except rum point, which is a bit of a drive). Arrangement of condo: There are two buildings and a pool set across the street (path really) from a house on the beach. The house on the beach serves as a pool house with lots of fun beach equipment. Driftwood is right next to the pool and Parrot is just behind that. Pool: Is great. Never crowded, convenient seating. Partly shaded in the afternoon. Was actually a little colder than the ocean, but it did not stop my kids at all! Snorkeling: Good right off the beach. There are better spots on the island but definitely the best we have had right where we are staying. The condo itself: Outrageously fantastic. Every detail of design is well thought through. Gorgeous. Pictures don't do it justice. Service: Ruaneik was incredibly helpful from arrival to departure. We actually had to switch units during our stay (because we booked so last minute), but he made the transition effortless. Stop reading reviews. Just book this place. You won't regret it!

Boggy Sands Club is just off Seven Mile Beach. Boggy Sand Road is a mixture of Historical Cayman Homes and Luxury Mansions. There are no Hotels or large condo complexes, thus it is very quiet and tranquil. You will have the beach all to your self.
