Little Breda, heritage listed, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom country residence with spectacular, panoramic views of Westernport Bay, situated in the quiet seaside hamlet of Shoreham. Only an hours drive from Melbourne's CBD. Comfortably sleeps 7. Glorious 2 acre property purchased early 1900's features mature trees, manicured lawns and well tended cottage gardens. Character filled and oozing "yesteryears" charm, Little Breda will undoubtably delight. Wineries, Restaurants, family beaches and the cream of the Mornington Peninsula's vistas, tourist attractions, farm gates and markets are all close by. Relax and enjoy the stunning Westernport views, and partake in a little Alfresco dining with a feast of wonderful fresh produce and locally produced wines or perhaps a cozy night in front of the fireplace is more your style. Whatever you choose to do, Little Breda is a place where memories are made! Additional accommodation is available in our separate cottage, through our garden arbour and at the bottom of the garden. House and cottage can be let out together or separately.
