This condo is ALABAMA, right down to the hounds tooth chairs. Close to Bryant Denny Stadium and the University of Alabama. You can walk to the stadium (5 blocks), to the Quad (8 blocks) or the Strip (3 blocks).
This 2 bedroom suite condo sleeps 6 and each bedroom has a private bath in the suite. Additionally, a hide-a-bed is located in the den for extra sleeping space
It has a fully furnished kitchen with granite counter tops. A washer/dryer is also provided for your convenience.
A private deck is also available.

Perfect Stay

I love the location of this apartment. It's so close to everything. The decor is great and very "Bama" themed which we love, and the beds are comfortable. Rick was very easy to contact although once we checked in, there was no need to reach him as everything was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Third stay here at Rick's condo. I'm starting to sound like a broken record....This place is great. It has everything you need. Location is great. Don't tell anybody about it b/c I want to be able to stay here again and not compete with y'all.

Parent weekend at UA…

We found this little 2/2 gem on VRBO, and were shocked when we arrived. This place was so nice, and in an EXCELLENT location, being just two blocks walking distance to the football stadium. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay, it was very clean, very comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, lots of space, and close to everything that you need to visit the University of Alabama. Everything was great! Spacious, clean, easy process! My only recommendation is to add grips to the bathtubs, they were both slippery

Great Stay

Great Experience

This was a fantastic unit and we had a great time for the game. The unit is in walking distance of the Stadium and the Strip. We had our three sons with us (ages 16, 18 and 22) and there was plenty of room. The unit was in great shape and Rick was the perfect host. He met us at the unit and was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property!

I can't say enough about this place! The owner, Rick, was super nice and very responsive. This condo was the perfect combination of location, size, parking, price, cleanliness, and Bama memorabilia! We will try to book this place every time we visit Bama!

Short stay

We got in town late on Friday and the owner Rick made it easy for us to get in. He had sent us all the details for entrance. We parked went right to the room and had no trouble getting in. The condo is very nice with plenty of U of A memorabilia Roll Tide. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud very comfortable. We spent Saturday at the Bama Rec Center and this unit is very close to campus. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect location for U of A activities. Thanks Rick

Week in Tuscaloosa

Property was in great condition and in a convenient location to everything we were looking to do in Tuscaloosa. Owner was very welcoming and easy to reach via email/text, although there were no issues in our week there. Would highly recommend this condo and will definitely look to stay here our next time in Tuscaloosa!

ADay BAMA game.

Perfect location for a game. Great parking. The host was waiting on us when we got there. He walked us through and made sure he answered all our questions. College kids live on all sides and partied both night so if music bothers you after dark than it might not be the place for all. We didn’t mind it so it was a great stay. Will stay there again in the future. 15 minute walk to town and football stadium.

Another great stay

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. It is convenient to everything and very quiet, despite being surrounded by student housing. Rick is great to work with we will look forward to staying here again in the future.
