LIVING AREAS:
The main pavilion greets you with an airy open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. A sociable space, perfect for preparing meals whilst chatting with friends or sinking into the sofas and watching the 50’’ flat screen SmartTV (complete with FLOW Cable and DVD Player). If work calls, the hi-speed fibre internet allows for effective and reliable remote work with a killer ocean view. The whole room is air-conditioned & fully screened. If you’d like to dine or work with the add-on of an ocean breeze, then the fully screened outdoor dining area is where you’ll want to set up camp (bug free!).

Alternatively, this bedroom can act as a separate self-contained suite as the door can be locked and the room accessed from a separate entrance. It also has a small refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven for complete privacy. You’ll also be treated to a private sun deck with relaxing seating area.
