This 1,347 sq ft condo is about gorgeous views and pure design. It overlooks the amazing Biscayne Bay and the Miami River and will captivate you from the moment you enter. Floor to ceiling glass only enhances those views. Enjoy its completely equipped kitchen with Italian cabinets, marble countertops, Bosch dishwasher, premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero, and full-size washer/dryer.
For your entertainment, it features three TVs (in living and in each bedroom), with over 100 channels, including HBO & Showtime and music stations. For most guests, really fast internet is of the utmost importance and accordingly, we offer you a dedicated connection with 100Mb (unlike most hotels which offer up to 5Mb and a shared connection). In all our condos at least one of the TVs is a Smart one so that you can make use of your subscription with HBO, Netflix, Prime...etc.
Master Bedroom features one king-size bed with panoramic views of the Miami River and its luxury yachts include curtains and blackouts and customized walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with separated bathtub and shower and two washbasins. All floors and countertops in marble. The second bedroom with twin size beds and views over the city, and the river, includes TV and closet.
The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find a toaster, Nespresso-type coffee maker, blender, juicer, iron (and iron board), and vacuum cleaner. We also include two bathrobes (to go to the pool, hot tub, dry sauna, wet sauna), towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hair shampoo & conditioner, and hair blower. Bedrooms have sheets & bed cover. Pillow menu also available.

Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.
You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
