Villa moderna Ojai

Uno stile unico e moderno di 1.700 piedi quadrati, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni completi con salotto esterno e zona giorno. Questa bellissima casa a 2 piani con patio sul tetto è stata progettata e costruita nel 2004 dal noto architetto Ojai, Darwin McCredie. Situato alla fine di un cul du sac, all'interno dell'area arcade del centro di Ojai e adiacente al sentiero Ojai Valley.
BonavitoVilla @ Ojai è tranquillo e riservato, lontano dalla strada ea pochi passi dal centro, quindi puoi raggiungere a piedi il negozio di alimentari, il mercato degli agricoltori, l'ufficio postale, il teatro, i ristoranti o i festival di Libby Park e le gallerie degli artisti. 20 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Ventura, Santa Barbara e un breve tragitto in auto dalle cascate della Rose Valley e dalle escursioni.
I servizi includono; barbecue a gas sul retro, una grande TV Smart TV al piano di sotto e seconda TV al piano di sopra, asciugacapelli, aria condizionata e bel tavolo e sedie da giardino nel cortile. La cucina ha una stufa a gas Viking in acciaio inossidabile, un frigorifero sotto lo zero, un forno a microonde, una lavastoviglie, un tostapane vichingo, un frullatore, una macchina per il caffè e una stampa francese, oltre a una piccola pentola di terracotta e un sacco di forniture e utensili da cucina di fascia alta. Enorme lavanderia con ferro da stiro a vapore e detergente.

L'uso di un tennis atletico e di un club di nuoto è proprio di fronte a un parcheggio ed è disponibile a un costo aggiuntivo. Grandi campi da tennis pubblici disponibili a 2 minuti a piedi. Ojai è una città di tennis USTS riconosciuta. Grande cortile e portico posteriore ancora migliore e patio al secondo piano! Master camera da letto al piano superiore con un letto matrimoniale, camera da letto al piano di sotto ha un letto matrimoniale. Inoltre, è disponibile un letto matrimoniale. Al secondo piano c'è una grande sala con un divano di grandi dimensioni e un letto ad aria - BonavitoVilla @ Ojai può ospitare 6 adulti in totale. Il soggiorno minimo è di (31) notti per città dell'ordinanza di Ojai.

Bonavito Villa in Ojai Never Disappoints

Our third consecutive year to visit this beautiful house. Clearly, we are very satisfied on all dimensions. Accommodations, location, owner hospitality and responsiveness, cleanliness. All five-star. I've provided details in previous reviews. It only gets better at Bonavito.

Great home & location! Could walk everywhere! Wonderful shower, kitchen has everything you need. Comfy + 3 TV’s. Private yard. Mountains surrounding. Even saw a pink moment + double rainbow:)). Thanks Greg. We hope to return :)

Ojai Gem

Ideal location, cool architecture and finishes, absolutely every cooking utensil provided to do holiday treats and meals, the best stocked pantry and guest amenities we’ve experienced. What a luxurious stay. The only downside was having to depart.

Lovely Stay Again at Bonavito Villa Ojai

We returned for a second time to this lovely house in the center of Ojai. The Italian-inspired design for house and garden make this a special property. Plus, being able to walk to everything Ojai offers makes all of daily life pleasant. Best of all: because the house is so clean, comfortable and well-stocked staying here is like being in a friend's house, rather than in a sterile rental. And the owners couldn't be more generous, helpful and responsive. We plan to return.

Perfect location and good facilities

We stayed for a month and didn't want to leave! The house had a great location, near the shops, trail and a club. We like to cook and the house had great facilities like cooking spices and the basics so we didn't have to buy everything from scratch. We loved the different spaces the house offered and would definitely come back one day.

Very Nice Property

This is a very nice contemporary home conveniently located to all of the amenities in Ojai. The property owners have thoughtfully provided everything one would need and everything is of top quality. We especially enjoyed our time on the backyard patio.

A Gem in Downtown Ojai

This is one of those reviews that I resist writing, because I don't want to create competition for our anticipated return trips to Bonavito Villa! If you are looking for an in-town location in Ojai, you can't do better than this beautiful, ideally situated house. Located just two blocks from the restaurants and shops of downtown Ojai, and situated along the bike path, the house is accessible on foot or by bike to most local attractions. We walked everywhere, including to the twice weekly farmers' markets in the center of town. Yet when you are in the house, on the back patio, or up on the rooftop terrace, you feel completely secluded. The outdoor seating area at the rear of the house is very comfortable and arranged so that you feel as if you are in a Mediterranean villa, with views of palm trees, flowers, and tile roofs in the distance. The neighborhood is lively during the day and completely quiet at night. We got a monthly membership at the athletic club, which is steps from the house, and took full advantage of outdoor lap swimming and the gym. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and generously stocked. Greg kindly invited us to use what was available. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the organic cotton sheets, comforters and quilts are fresh and cozy. This is a rental property where you feel completely at home. Greg was very easy to communicate with and responsive to all of our needs and requests. The house is just as shown in the photos: a lovely sophisticated, European-style house that works very well for a couple and a guest or two--or a small family. We loved our stay and can't wait to return.

Our stay was amazing!

The house is lovely. Modern and comfortable with amazing outdoor seating. The location is perfect, next to a walking path and a couple of blocks to restaurants, farmer's market, shops and grocery stores. Greg was VERY responsive. I had several questions throughout our stay and he responded immediately. Sent an overnight package with a new Co2 monitor after I called him. Our stay was amazing.

Near perfect stay in Ojai

We stayed at the Villa in Ojai in November and December and enjoyed everything the house offered. The neighborhood is great, an easy walk to town, also right next to the bike path, the house, although new, is surrounded by Ojai classics and is right next to the bath and tennis club. We signed up for a monthlong membership and enjoyed swimming and playing pickle ball. We had some great times at this house, and especially enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen set up, and the back patio area and looking out of the upstairs windows and the Ojai mountain views. Greg and Rozanne were attentive and generous hosts. A very positive experience. I hope I get to stay there again in the future.

Everything we wanted and more!

Contemporary, clean, and comfortable. Wonderful location; easy walk to everything Ojai has to offer. The covered outdoor seating area was awesome. Greg was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with restaurant suggestions. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would love stay here again.

Best Ojai Adventure Ever!

I feel so fortunate to have gotten to stay at Bonavita Villa Ojai for the month of May! The house, landscaping, amenities, host hospitality, and location far exceeded my expectations! The house is a short walk to every restaurant, shop, and experience in Ojai, prime prime location! The artistic touches, modern design, and comfortable furniture were a bonus. Very clean and well kept. My favorite part of my stay was the outside areas on the property: The huge yard, lovely private patio area with super cozy lounge furniture, as well as the rooftop patio with stunning views of the tree tops and mountains! It was wonderful to watch the sun go down with a glass of local Ojai wine in the evenings! Greg and Roxanne were excellent hosts, very quick to respond to questions, had plenty of restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do in town, and took great care to make sure I was happy with everything. I will surely be back!!

Perfect Ojai experience

We absolutely loved the house and it’s proximity to everything! We spent a month in this home and enjoyed walks on the nature trail, walking to dinner, the farmers market, etc. The home owners we super helpful and gave great recommendations for dinner! We would highly recommend this home!

There’s something indescribable about BonavitoVilla . . .

and it’s oh so wonderful! It does feel like a modern villa — in Rome perhaps. We loved the clean lines, the stylish and light drenched interiors, the garden lounge and second floor terrace, and a location that puts you in walking distance to all that downtown Ojai has to offer. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our comfort with luxe amenities and comfy beds and linens. The kitchen is super efficient and well stocked by any standard. This is a perfect place for a couple. Hiking in the area is spectacular and eating options are numerous and varied. Thanks again, R and G, for entrusting us with this special place, and for making our first stay in Ojai so memorable!
