We loved our time at the Nite Owl! So comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing time away, and perfectly located within walking distance to everything Eureka Springs has to offer.
Fantastic property right in the middle of town. Easy reach of everything Eureka Springs has to offer. Great place and ideal size for a short break or longer.
Owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly.
We enjoyed our stay at the night owl. Very clean and comfortable! Check in was easy and communication was quick when contacted. The only thing I would say is it’s not a two bedroom as described. It’s one bedroom with a pull out sofa. But everything was neat and tidy. There are two flights of stairs to climb to get to the rental so for anyone with disabilities it might not be the best. We would certainly stay again and recommend this property.
This a great place to stay. Close to everything!! Only thing I would suggest is bring your own coffee add in’s ie: creamer sugar, had three people for two mornings and only 2 packets of creamer and sugar.
This is a super cute place to stay for an adults-only weekend getaway. My husband and I travels her for a wedding. This place is close (walking distance) to the heart of downtown. You will have to climb stairs, but that was fine with us. We loved this cute studio place!
We enjoyed this property so much. It was in a quite location but a good spot for walking to restaurants and shopping. Very clean, no surprises or disappointments.
We were there on Easter weekend so not as many stores or restaurants were open as usual. As we typically go to Eureka to rest, that was ok. But they are headed into their busy season so if you're going, don't hesitate to book this cool apartment.
Great space- had everything we needed
Good communication-
The only thing I had any issue with is the listing states 2 bedrooms- there is only 1- was not a big deal for me and my friend but felt it was a bit mis represented
The property was great, but the stairs was a chore. I loved the old and original floors, but had to watch out for some of the old nails coming up. But everything was get.
We booked our stay over New Years 2022. It was exactly how described and we were able to reserve a parking spot as well. Super convenient and worth the $10.00 a day fee! The location was within walking distance to all of downtown. There is also a trolley stop close. I travel to Eureka Springs 2-3 times a year and have stayed all over. This is now my go-to stay. The rates are very competitive to the hotels but you get the convenience of great views, privacy, and all the accommodations you would expect. Having a full kitchen was great. Such a cute place that was very comfortable and welcoming.
This place is nice!
* Close to everything
* Clean!
* Just spacious enough
* Beds were comfortable
* Beautiful natural light throughout (The dining and kitchen windows were perfect for my selfie. photoshoot.)
* The decor is simple, yet unique and cozy
* the Wi-Fi, thermostat, and electronics all worked perfectly (which was a huge plus for me because I have T-Mobile and so I had zero service the entire time unless I was on Wi-Fi)
I (39/F) just spent the weekend in Eureka Springs with my 19-year-old son for a “mom and son mini vacation.” Due to this, not being a romantic trip (for obvious reasons), having seclusion, hot tub and all of those romantic settings was not necessary.
We wanted to be downtown so if I didn’t want to drive, we could walk without issue (except walking, uphill almost killed me every time, but that’s a me problem)
I would suggest paying the $10 a day for a parking spot behind the building. Otherwise you will have to park on a 45° angle street across the way.
Please remember, these are very old buildings with very old wood floors. You will hear your neighbors to some degree.
They do provide a little coffee pot of coffee, a little bit of cream & sugar for a couple of cups. I would also suggest stopping by Harts Grocery and stocking up on whatever groceries you’d like.
I really enjoyed this location and will use them again in the future.
We had a great time at the apartment. It is convenient for anything you would like to do around Eureka Springs. Had a great view! Do be warned that you will need to carry your stuff up a couple flights of stairs but not a big deal once all is in the room! Would definitely stay again!
Check in instructions easy to follow. Quiet location even though it was an apartment downtown. Layout was as expected. We enjoyed the arcade games and pinball in between all the outdoor activities during the day. A couple of minor issues…shelves and pictures were a little dusty, otherwise, the place was clean. Only two forks in the drawer, but was able to manage.
The apartment was clean and decorated fantastic! The bed is firm but comfy and the available Netflix was great! Parking can be tricky, but that’s just about anywhere in Eureka. Easy walk to Downtown. We really enjoyed the stay. The only thing that we didn’t have, were coffee cups. Lol but we made due, if you are trying to cook meals during your stay the kitchen supplies/utensils are limited. Other than that perfect!
