Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation at Mainsail. The place looked exactly like the pictures online. It was so clean inside the condo and outside. We asked a couple of questions and the manager was immediately responsive and so friendly. I would definitely recommend this property. We had an elevator inside the unit which was perfect for one of our guests. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. We had umbrellas, chairs and the pool was very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. We rented a golf cart and were able to go all over the island. The Waterfront restaurant had excellent food and was 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place

Only issue was there is only one parking space for the unit. They do provide additional parking about one mile away. Doable but a little inconvenient. Except for that one thing it was wonderful.

Girls getaway weekend

The 3 bedroom with 3 baths was perfect for our party of 6 women. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. The elevator was the icing on the cake. Was a life saver getting up to the 2nd and 3rd floors with suitcases. Location is great. Definitely would recommend.

The townhouse was extremely cozy, well stocked, and immaculately clean, while being nicely maintained. The friendly management, Matthew, John, and Rhoda, made us feel so welcome, and were always available for questions. The beach, pool, and hot tub were only steps away. We also found the balconies great areas to gather outdoors. We could not have stayed at a nicer resort!

Good overall, but not on beach

The pic. of the large building in the listing on the beach is not the building being rented out, it’s a bit deceiving. That is the building in front of the listed building. Also, the elevator was not operational. No heads up was given. This could have been a huge issue as one of the parties was elderly and unable to climb stairs. Luckily that person was unable to join otherwise it would have been a real dilemma that would have ruined the entire vacation. The issue isn’t the broken elevator, things happen, it’s the no communication that is the issue. The property manager advised that the repairman was coming the next morning to fix it, but that never happened the entire stay.

Lovely beach townhome

This townhome was perfect for housing a trip with my husband, my parents, and kids. Walking distance to the beach and a private pool that was never too crowded. We had a wonderful time!

Spent 3 nights here with friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. The location could not be beat and the condo was well equipped and clean.

Beach Vacation

A great family vacation. The condo and location were perfect for us as Grandparents, our Daughter and Son-in-law and their two children (ages 11 and 9). The managers of the property were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys provided. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet the complex was all night long.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was fantastic and the staff was amazing. We are already booked for next year! With that being said, from a critical lense, the facility is aging and showing small signs of wear and tear from carpeting, to wall paint, rotting or rotted trim work, and mold/dirty bathroom grout etc.

Excellent location.

This is a perfect location on a nice property. The help was very friendly. Our location, unit 11, is very nice but could use a fresh coat of paint but other than that all was fantastic!

Perfect Getaway for 2 Families

This was a wonderful townhouse a stone’s throw from the beach. The property managers were extremely friendly and helpful, the home was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Will be back!

Great location!!!

Ana Maria Island is one of my favorite places. You cannot beat the white beaches and the laid-back vibe. There is plenty to do for families. We had our three college age kids home for winter break and this was a perfect location. We ate and drank at some awesome locations, went deep-sea fishing and caught monster fish, rented bikes and rode around the island. The sunsets are incredible and the location of the condo to the beach is within steps. They have a great pool and hot tub that we enjoyed. There isn’t much as far as condiments or spices in the kitchen. We had to buy salt and pepper and sugar. I did not feel like cooking on this trip so we bought minimal food. There is a Publix close and you can actually order ahead of time for pick up if you don’t feel like battling the crazy vacationers. It was a wonderful trip and a smack in the face to come back to 35° weather in Illinois. We will definitely be back!
