They are both master bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
One of the master bedrooms has a nice size front deck.

The top floor has a cathedral ceiling in the living room, a nice size deck with ocean views. There is a living room, kitchen,
Bedroom, and full bath on this level.
There are two queen beds, double bed and 2 single beds in this unit.(2 cots)
There are 3 flat panel tvs in this unit and wifi signal.
There is parking for 3 cars.

Beautiful home and great location!

We had the best week staying at Christine's property! The location was great right off Landis Ave and home was perfect for our vacation. House came with many amenities such as dishes, cooking supplies and a grill we used often! Communication with the owner was great - hopefully we will get to stay here again soon!

Very clean and very nice owners

Plenty of space for our 8. House was very clean when we arrived. Owner called me the day before to run down the items we would need (paper products, sheets, towels, etc). Garage is huge which saved more room for driveway parking. Short walk to the beach. Overall, a great place to stay.

Everything we needed and more!

Location location location!!!! This property is the perfect location for everything you need! From shopping to restaurants to nightlife and off course the beach! Christine was so helpful and convienent! She even welcomed us with delicious cookies at arrival! Check in and out was easy and got our vacation started right away. I highly recommend this property especially for a larger group it was a comfortable stay! We will be back :)

Great property and location

This property is about a minutes walk from the beach. There is a patio off the living room and one off a bedroom both with beach views. It’s well equipped and the owners are awesome👍👍

Sea Isle Gem

Christine the owner was very helpful and accommodating. The property is clean with all amenities. The two decks are great for relaxing after a long beach day or having a cup of coffee in the early morning. There is plenty of room for all. The property is in an excellent location in walking distance to Fish Alley, The Boardwalk, Town Center which has everything you might need. Thanks to Christine for having us. We had an epic week of weather and accommodations.

Perfect- and easy!

We stayed this past weekend for my brother's wedding weekend at Abbie Holmes Estate, a short 10 minute drive from the house. Christine (the owner) was fast to reply on any questions we had prior to staying and during our stay. The house is immaculate and exactly as described. The house access was also very easy. It also has directions on how to work the appliances, like heat and air which was very helpful, as we were staying during a cold rainy days. The other wedding party rented her attached property and we were over there quite a bit. The layout is great for entertaining (the flyers game was on that particular night) and so everyone, including the house next door, enjoyed their stay at Christine's properties! We would definitely recommend next time for a mature crowd who appreciates the quality of where they are staying. Thank you, Christine!

Great family friendly house !!!

my large family had a great time at this comfy , well located beach house. I've been to sea isle many times but never at this location - one short block from the beach and promenade and 5 blocks to the center of town!!! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a feast , and the property has a grill which is super convenient. You don't need to bring toys or chairs or anything - it's all there. There's also plenty of beds and bathrooms for privacy. And in the evenings, you can sit in the deck and enjoy ! It's also decorated nicely without being over cluttered. I've traveled to 20 different countries always using VRBO so I know my way around rentals. You'll be a Happy Clam!!

We have been owners in Sea Isle City since 1977. We purchased the former Sea Isle City Lighthouse in 1993. In 2011 we were granted permission to rebuild the 3 town homes that are at the current location.
We rent two of the houses out to our guests weekly in the summer. September to May we book weekend stays!
