Acogedora casa de montaña moderna ubicada en el centro histórico de North Boulder, a pocos pasos de las rutas de senderismo del monte. Sanitas y fácil acceso al popular centro comercial Pearl Street. Múltiples niveles hacen de este un gran hogar para un evento familiar o de negocios. Nuestra soleada planta principal alberga la cocina, la espaciosa sala de estar y el comedor. Las ventanas del piso al techo inundan el área con luz natural. Las grandes ventanas de la sala de estar dan a un pinar de 60 años para una verdadera sensación de Colorado. La cocina central está bien equipada y tiene capacidad para muchos cocineros. Tenemos una mesa de comedor a medida con capacidad para 10 personas. (También funciona como una gran mesa de conferencias para reuniones de negocios). El piso principal cuenta con una nueva cubierta elevada envolvente con vistas a las planchas y al monte. Sanitas

Hay cuatro habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas que brindan mucha privacidad y espacio alejado.

Arriba, dormitorio principal y baño: la suite principal ocupa todo el piso superior de la casa. Ha sido recientemente remodelado y cuenta con pisos de baldosas italianas, alfombras de lujo, iluminación única y gabinetes a medida. La suite es completamente privada con su propia acogedora sala de estar / estudio.

Suite principal en la planta baja: ubicada en un piso separado de la casa, esta espaciosa habitación con cama king-size, entrada privada y baño completo separado. Muy privado y tranquilo: proporcione el lugar perfecto para una unidad familiar o pareja que busca su propio espacio.

Dos habitaciones adicionales: también en su propio piso; una cama queen y una completa y un baño compartido de 3/4.

Perfection

I relaxed the minute we walked into this house. It is beautifully decorated, better equiped then our own home. The beds are comfortable and probably new, I think the sheets were ironed. From the second we booked, the host, Connie, did what she could to make out stay equal to a 5 star hotel. That's what it felt like. The location was fun, near hiking paths and interesting homes. Stores nearby. A friend once told me: if the host is warm and welcoming, the house will be warm and welcoming. This is the best VRBO I have rented.

Perfect for families

This home is ideal for larger families, especially if there is a desire for some separation and privacy. The family room area and open kitchen is spacious and comfortable. We were staying for a wedding, so the large master closet and bathroom was fabulous for getting ready. Easy drive to all that beautiful Boulder has to offer. Connie was a great host - very responsive and helpful!

Spacious Home Close to Everything

This home was perfect. It comfortably the 7 adults in our group with a lot of privacy afforded by the several bathrooms. It was also a 2 minute walk from a great hiking trail and just a short drive to downtown Boulder. The kitchen and grill were also perfect for the few times we “ate in.” Would definitely book this spot again.

Wonderful Stay

This is a great VRBO. Lots of room, very comfortable, felt like home. It's located in the NW corner of Boulder so it was easy to get to hiking trails, yet not far from downtown. We had a very good time.

A lovely home!

This property is perfect for a large or extended family. It is well-equipped with everything you need, including all kitchen tools, extra towels, blankets etc. The check in process was easy and the host was flexible and communicative. A couple of things that would have been good to know ahead of time is that the ceiling of the mid floor bedroom is very creaky when people are staying in the primary (there is a sound machine provided- very thoughtful) and it was helpful to have our own travel blackout curtains. This is a wonderful property that makes for a great time in Boulder!

Colorado Family Reunion

This gorgeous house was our home base for a wonderful vacation. Beautiful location right at the foothills, lovely neighborhood. Walking distance to a very nice park! We would definitely come back!

Large, clean and modern.

Son's Wedding Weekend

Fabulous home and location!! Perfect stay for our family of 7 adults traveling from 3 states for our son's wedding in Lyons! Great location on a quiet corner close to foothills and downtown. The house was beautifully furnished, spacious, bright and sunny, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. We enjoyed coffee provided by our host on the lovely deck every morning. Connie was extremely responsive and accommodating. We wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely come back again!

North Boulder Gem

Our family gathered from across the country for the first time in two years to celebrate Christmas and New Year’s. Throughout the entire process, from booking to check-out, Connie was wonderful. She replied rapidly to any questions or issues before our arrival and reached out to us when winds, devasting fires and a snowstorm hit locally to make sure we were all okay, despite the challenges her own family was facing. Her house manager, Keri, our main point of contact during our stay, was just as wonderful as Connie. Both couldn’t have been more pleasant or accessible and added to the enjoyment of our two-week stay. As if this wasn’t enough, the house was perfect for our gathering of three adult kids and their significant others. The master suite sits alone on the top floor, providing privacy, a beautifully equipped master bathroom, and a huge walk-in closet with lots of hangers and storage. The three other bedrooms on the bottom two levels were great for the couples, again affording a nice level of privacy. The downstairs TV room was a very comfortable place to spend some time together. The small office with its rather large desk provided a spot for all our son’s photography and tech paraphernalia. And the laundry room? Well, we put that to good use. The star of the house, though, is the main floor with its open floor plan. Cooking was a central activity but didn’t separate the cooks from the rest of the ongoing action, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, even with items like a citrus juicer and cocktail shaker. We loved the long and large dining room table – perfect for the eight of us to gather around for meals or to play card games or to just sit and talk – while the living room provided space for us to keep puzzles going and a cozy light-filled corner that my husband commandeered as a temporary office. And in the middle of it all stood a beautiful Colorado Blue Spruce Christmas tree (which Connie so generously allowed us to have). It was a perfect holiday setting! We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our reunion. Thank you, Connie and Keri, for allowing us to have an amazing stay filled with wonderful memories!

Son’s wedding

The house is lovely and it accommodated 8 of us perfectly. Bedrooms were far enough apart where we all had privacy. A nice game closet for the kids. Several sitting areas. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Amazing home in amazing neighborhood

This home was I just as presented in the listing. 4 large bedrooms plus 2 large living rooms. The neighborhood was a quiet, residential area with beautiful homes all around and a hiking trail nearby. There’s even an apple tree on site that produced apples that were much better than the apples we bought at the store. The kitchen had all the basics we needed- pots, pans, oil, coffee, a bunch of teas and condiments. The wrap around porch was amazing for drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we come back to Boulder.

Rented to stay with our family (three adult children and their spouses) for a wedding in Boulder. Property was wonderful and the location could not have been better. Great neighborhood, close to the center of town with hiking trails to the hills less than a block away.

Great family house. Great location

This remodeled mid-century style house is perfectly located near Boulder's foothill trails and Pearl Mall. The house was extremely clean and had a lot of "small" kitchen items conveniently available (such as spices/vinegar/ziplock bags). We highly recommend this location.
