Nice Weekend Vacation

The owners were very communicative and helpful. The house was as advertised, however they didn't add how many young children activities they had available. The kids absolutely loved the place. It was close to the falls and had plenty of parking. We would choose to stay there again when we visit Niagara.

Great Niagra Falls Rental

Loved staying here for our Niagra Falls vacation. Lots of small personal touches for both us and our dogs. Great location for transportation to all the attractions. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Niagara. Thanks for helping to make our vacation great!!!

Great stay

The house was well equipped. The craft area was a great idea! House had tons of space. Outside could have used a spring cleanup, so many spider webs. Did not enjoy the plastic mattress cover because sheets did not stay on. Made a pot of coffee and there was mold that came out. Still a great place to stay.

Wonderful

This was the best VRBO we have visited. The house was well organized and had everything we needed. Location was great, close enough that we could walk to the falls and most attractions. Also close to the bus and train stations. Host was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Niagara falls vacation in a home style.

Our adult family vacation: plenty of space for 6 adults, full kitchen, living room, 2 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, plenty of towels and extra linens for all of us. One block from the bus to see all the sights. Which was a huge bonus for getting around without worry. We also rented bikes with the house.

Weekend get away

The property was as described to accommodate everyone. 3 bedrooms upstairs and the area downstairs long with 2 full bedrooms and a half bath. Fresh linens, the little extras along with the wine and snacks - our hosts thought of everything! Thank you for a wonderful weekend get away!

Excellent Property

Host was great. Very clean, spacious and had everything we need plus the little things you don’t think about. Coffee, tea, extra towels, snacks…. Etc. we will definitely stay again I. The future.

Memorable Experience and Thoughtful Hosts

We had a really great time here it was my son’s birthday and we had to come up for business so we were able to give him some privacy with his own space in the basement and keep our kids upstairs with us.

Great Location

Great location! Walking distance to a car show on Tuesday nights. Walking (albeit a little far for a toddler) distance to the falls. Short drive to Niagara on the lake and over a dozen wineries! Good activities and games for the little ones at the house. Just across from a playground if you have children.

Very Accommodating!

There was 8 of us in my group. The house was spacious and accommodating for all of us. Their porch is great if you just want to relax with your group with some cocktails. Sleeping arrangements were easy to navigate. Jamie the host was easy to communicate with. The welcome present and note was a great added touch! Overall this rental was great will definitely look into booking again if I need to stay in Niagara Falls again. Thank you Jamie much appreciated!

Perfect place for Niagra get away

My family and pooch spent a few night using this perfect little house as home base to see all that the area had to offer. Easy walk to restaurants. Close to falls without feeling line you were living in all the craziness down there!

Great Stay in Niagara

The property was great for our family of four and most importantly our two dogs. It was convenient to the local area and attractions. Also, the property manager did a great job with the logistics and had coffee and snacks available, which is a first for us out of many VRBO stays. The inside was a bit run down and the shower drain need some cleaning as it backed up from hair, which was a tad off-putting but manageable. Overall, it would be a good place to stay with a large crowd and pets!

Perfect location, child/pet friendly

We had a lovely visit we are a couple in our 40s au pair in 20s, 1 teen and 2 tweens. We all had our own space in the house. Location was perfect healthy walking distance from everything. Parking convenient food and toiletries all available and extremely helpful and scrumptious. We Felt welcome. Arrived early and the house was ready. Wonderful family vacation.

Great location and excellent amenities

We had a great time at this property. Jaime and Neil got special treats and activities for the kids. They even got a little toy for our pet. Everything in Niagara Falls is very close from here. I would recommend this property.

Fantastic hosts

Jaime and Neil take great care to provide their guests with "home comforts" that go above and beyond any host. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with many snacks (packaged sweets) and breakfast items (oatmeal, cereal). They welcome guests with a choice bottle of local wine among other items. Although there is the standard binder with information on the rental and things in the area, the house is also generously labeled throughout with tips on how to use certain things, what the beds will feel like, where to find extra blankets, etc. All in all, it's easy to tell they have put a lot of thought into being great hosts and making your stay, for however long, as comfortable as possible.

Very space us and nice we all enjoyed the place well stocked for breakfast good choices. had a dog bed and treats for the dog and nice beds. what was very notable was every thing was labeled to say what it was for or what was inside. I enjoyed the bottle of wine.

Neil and Jaime own the home and have recently renovated the entire bungalow keeping in mind what guests desire and need while visiting a new place. We enjoy travelling and have picked up pointers of what we want and incorporated it into this rental home. I have been in the healthcare field for over 20 years as a RN and have learned that life is not only fragile but that health is a gift and to enjoy every day and live life to the fullest and so enjoy every moment of it.

We are profoundly lucky to have purchased this property, we chose it mainly for the location as it is right by the Niagara Gorge and minutes from downtown and perfect for a bike ride or walk along the scenic path around the corner. The beautiful deck wraps around the property so that you can't miss a thing, relaxing on the deck is something i look forward to just as I know our guests will enjoy. Another reason this property was the my being a nurse and aware of accesibility needs, this home is based on the main floor and only has 4 steps to any landing and no need to climb flights of stairs which is not conducive to seniors or people with disabilities. This was the home for us and for you to share with us.
