Your Latitude Adjustment Beach house - LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Steps from the beach access, there is no need to use a golf cart and pay for parking. That's why in 2018 when this house came on the market, we leapt at the opportunity to own it. Not only have we enjoyed this home as our escape, but have enjoyed sharing it. With it’s open concept living area, vaulted ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, hardwood floors and unique cypress walls, you will enjoy the full beach-life experience. We have updated all appliances. The new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen completes what was already a wonderful space.

A significant amount of our time is spent on the front deck enjoying the peekaboo view of the ocean, listening to the waves crash in and my favorite; smelling the fresh salt air, so we have added a 6 top table and a couple of lounge chairs for those early morning and late night time-outs. With the ocean just a quick minute walk, hanging out on the front deck with family and walking along the water searching for sea shells is some of our fondest memories. For those hot, hot summer days you can enjoy the living space under the house. The area is partially enclosed to provide privacy and shade. Curl up in one of the many Adirondack chairs for a chat, read a book, or have a drink while cooking on the charcoal grill. In addition to the games provided for your enjoyment, there is a custom farmhouse table with benches for dinner. This space has provided our guests with some of their fondest memories.

North Myrtle Beach/Cherry Grove, truly has the best of both worlds. As you enter Cherry Grove, quaint mom-n-pop restaurants, shopping and ice cream parlors line the road sides. The Cherry Grove Fishing Pier and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve/Boat Access are both located within minutes of our home. While here, you will feel a million miles away from chain stores, franchises and the hustle & bustle of life. But, no worries, it all awaits less than 5 miles out. Ladies, Coastal North Town Center, hosts ALL of our favorites. Hobby Lobby, Home Goods, TJ Maxx…………and so much more. For the kids; putt-putt, zip-lining and the movies are available as well.

Linens Included - As a complimentary service we provide a full linen service for all the beds. Bath towels/ wash clothes are provided for all the guests as well.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans for up to 12 guests.

Washer and dryer is provided.
