Sandcastles 404 - Come for the Launches, Stay for the Beach !

NOTE: In 2024 and 2025 there will be building construction next door north of Sandcastles. There will be noise off and on throughout the day OUTSIDE, but not inside unit.

Looking for a condo with that comfy coastal feel? Welcome to the beach vacation you have been dreaming about!

This unit has a spectacular Northeast view for space launches, side view of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Additionally, you can gaze north toward Cape Canaveral and see the cruise ships arriving and departing. We are a minute's walk to the ocean and just over an hour's drive to all of Orlando's attractions and theme parks.

You will be staying in a renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo on the 4th Floor with all the luxuries of home. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and appliances for your convenience.

UPDATE:
November 2021 - All new large kitchen appliances (and yes, a personal Keurig), flooring throughout, cabinets throughout, bathroom renos and much more.
December 2016 - New A/C unit installed
Summer 2016 - Brand new full size washer and dryer, and toilets.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, wall mounted TV, walk-in closet and bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has a twin bed and a full size bed as well as a generous closet and wall mounted TV.

Luxury vinyl flooring throughout, this is a smoke-free and pet-free unit, very family friendly! We've included everything you'll need: all bed and bath linens (including beach towels), beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and boogie boards.

There's a dining room and a family room. The family room features a flat-screen TV with cable and movie channels and the dining has table for 6. This coastal feel condo can't be beat for comfort and convenience. We have great high-speed WIFI throughout.

Sandcastles includes a beautiful outdoor pool and spa, tennis courts, private beach access and key-coded elevators and stairways for your security.

The condo was as advertised. Very nice updated unit with everything you will need for a great beach vacation. This was our first visit to the area and we will be Back. Our host was excellent and very responsive to any inquiry we had.

Great place!, perfect beach location

We had a wonderful stay! Location was great and accommodations were exactly as listed. Full kitchen with anything you might need, as well as full beach gear (umbrellas, towels, toys, coolers, chairs). Host was great and super responsive to our questions before we arrived, and even checked in on us during our stay with a quick hello message. Would definitely recommend! Good location with grocery store nearby as well as places to eat.

Best VRBO stay to date!

Kathleen's place just feels like a home away from home. It was so well stocked with everything we needed for our weeks stay. We especially enjoyed beverages on the balcony and evenings out in the hot tub. Everyone we met was so friendly. Very central location in Cocoa Beach. Highly Recommend!

Wonderful Condo!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Everything was as advertised. Condo was very clean and we had no problems what so ever. Plenty of good restaurants really close as well. The owner let us know about some rocket launches that we got to see as well. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Family Getaway

We went to see our son for Christmas and had the best time. The condo is in a nice location with easy access to the beach and anything else you want to do. Condo is stocked with all that you would need. There was some noisy construction that woke us up and persisted all day but that is no fault of the condo host. If I had one critique it would be to allow the thermostat to go below 72 as it got a little warm at night but there are fans for use in the condo and we used them! Would definitely book again! srryction

Wonderful Condo

We enjoyed our family vacation to Cocoa Beach. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The pool and beach access was perfect - we even saw a rocket launch from the balcony. Close to many restaurants and shops. Kathleen was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Perfect place!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We were impressed with everything. The host made booking seamless and touched base with me during our stay to make sure all was well. We love the Cocoa Beach area and would definitely book this condo again if we return.

Full family suite steps away from beach!

Excellent condo suite exactly as described! Everything in kitchen fully functional including kcup coffee machine and lots of extras in pantry for meal prep. Balcony has great view of beach and ksc. Also condo is very close to downtown strip, many dining and entertainment options. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Family Vacation

It is a beautiful, clean, and updated condo right on the beach. We enjoyed staying here for our family vacation. The condo complex and pool were very nice. The owner was very responsive and the check in/out process was super easy. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Kathleen!

Wonderful Condo for a Beach Vacation

What a wonderful condo. Newly renovated and beautiful condo with all new appliances and a perfect location on the beach. Kathleen was an amazing host and you can tell she really cares about her property and makes staying there a wonderful experience. Girls trip

This was a beautiful condo with all of the amenities! This was our first time staying in this side of the state and the host made it so easy for us to find places to explore! Unfortunately our stay was in between Helene and Milton and Milton was coming in fast the host stayed in constant contact with us about what to expect and made our stay worry free. Luckily we were leaving before Milton made landfall but she was wonderful about reassuring us that we would be ok until our departure. We would 100% rent from her again!

Can’t wait to return!

Everything was perfect! Our host was amazing and very responsive and helpful, as this was my first VRBO experience. The host helped me plan my family vacation. Clean, spacious, well-equipped Condo!

My husband and I loved getting to stay at this property. Even amidst the construction that was going on, the owner was in communication with us giving updates and it didn’t inconvenience us too much. This condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, towels, toys, and floats. We enjoyed getting to sit on the balcony in the mornings and enjoy our coffee as well as having plenty of room to hang out inside at night. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Lovely Cocoa Beach Condo

Nicely decorated and well stocked, very clean condo. The balcony faces the Cape Canaveral launch site, so it was an added bonus to see a rocket launch. We LOVED having beach chairs, boogie boards and a small cooler to take to the beach - a short walk through the dunes. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Small snafu the day before check-in as I didn’t realize we also had to sign a lease, but it all worked out. Definitely recommend this condo on beautiful Cocoa Beach!

We both grew up in Florida and raise our family here. We love the beach in the summer for sun and fun and in the winter as well because Florida's weather is so mild you can still stroll on the beach in February!

This condo is affordable, quiet and close to everything. Situated between Port Canaveral and downtown Cocoa Beach we are close to the Cocoa Beach Pier and local parks.
