Splendida casa a due piani con 3 camere da letto e 2 1/2 bagni in un quartiere tranquillo e adatto alle famiglie situato a soli 8 miglia a est di Oxford, al largo di Hwy 6. Ottimo noleggio di calcio nel weekend per una famiglia! Camera matrimoniale con letto king size, bagno padronale, bagno di servizio e asilo nido con lettino situato al primo piano. Un bagno completo e due camere da letto al piano superiore, con due letti queen size. Backyard offre un mazzo 16x20 con un tavolo da 6 persone e TV per godersi partite di calcio o qualunque cosa ti piaccia. Cortile recintato e bellissima vista sul lago.

Great Ole Miss football weekend hub

Gorgeous view on a lake. Great deck overlooking lake at sunset and sunrise, so relaxing and beautiful. Spacious & comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the water & snacks left by the hosts 👍 The BBQ was setup for our use. Great place for our family to stay for an Ole Miss football weekend to visit our nieces.

exceeded expectations

Rodney was fantastic... he helped us with dinner and parking recommendations for football game..... he set up his Green Egg w/ Charcoal... all we had to do was light the grill... he got coffee, chocolates, etc. house was super clean. honest dude.. would do it again next time we go to "the Grove " for a football game.

Great property and beautiful house for our graduation weekend needs. Excellent communication. On a small lake. Great outdoor deck. Nice neighborhood. Allowed us to extend check out given our circumstances. Owners clearly live there when not rented which was a little different for us based on past vrbo stays but we managed around that. We’d stay there again.

Perfect stay for an Ole Miss football game

This is a perfect home to stay in for an Ole Miss football game. Very cozy and welcoming with plenty of room for everyone. The location was also great - even though it is outside of the downtown, it is easy access to parking for the game and grocery and food. The hosts are wonderful - very responsive, have snacks ready for your arrival, and basically “give” you their home for the weekend. Check-in and check-out are easy and perfect times so you don’t feel rushed. If you need an easy, relaxing spot to stay for an Ole Miss game weekend, this is a perfect option.

Great house. Hassle free. Super nice and communicative owner. Fabulous back deck TV area and lake view! Short drive to Ole Miss. Great experience all around! Hope to get a chance to return!!

Huge house short drive from campus

Great house for our Egg Bowl trip! The house is huge! Sofa large enough to sleep more, although we didn’t need it. Also, there’s plenty of room for air mattresses as well. Being able to park in the garage during a rainy stay was a plus! Only 15 minutes to campus. Everything was clean and perfect. Thank you Rodney for your hospitality!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood

The house was perfect for our weekend visiting our daughter in Ole Miss. The house was large with a peaceful backyard overlooking a lake. The owners were very accommodating and provided a lot of extras as well as generous check in/check out times. Ole Miss is a short and easy drive from the property.

Great communications throughout, Nice relaxing property but close enough to town to get there in 10 minutes. Enjoyed our stay and hope to come back. Great space for a family or group for a weekend.

Great stay!

The owners were very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. I highly recommend this property. The lake view in the morning is gorgeous and the house is spacious. I will definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area with a group.

Excellent Property

What a pleasure to rent this property! Rodney was great and communicated often to ensure all our requests were met. Even made sure the grill was prepped and ready for me to use when I mentioned my plans for the weekend. Everything was as expected and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Ole Miss Football Weekend

Invited friends from Illinois down for the Ole Miss/Bama football weekend. It could not have worked out better! The house was warm and friendly and the owners were absolutely GREAT to work with! Lots of room for sleep and showers, and a great kitchen and living room area to watch games on TV and enjoy each other's company! We will definitely be back staying there again soon! Thank you Rodney and Erin!
