This unit is located at Point East Condominiums, on the preferred non-driving beach zone. This beautifully maintained oceanfront resort has an Olympic size heated pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard court, elevators, laundry facilities, covered picnic area, and oceanfront lounging deck. The address is 3801 South Atlantic Ave. near the 27th Avenue Ocean Front Park. This park has covered picnic tables, charcoal grills, restrooms and a playground for little guests. The park also has a lifeguard on duty for family fun and safety.

This is a direct beach front condo and resort on the non-driving beach zone. No cars are allowed on the beach in front of the unit. You do not have to cross the street to get to the ocean- you are on it! Our unit is on the ground floor with direct walk out to the beautiful blue ocean and the pool. The courtyard features a fully equipped cabana pavilion. The atmosphere is perfect for any special occasion such as family vacation, anniversary or birthday celebration, or a honeymoon. Our condo is a strictly non-smoking unit and no are pets allowed.

Our condo has all the comforts of a private residence. The living room has a 50" HD LED Smart TV with cable for our guests enjoyment. HBO, Disney, Parmount etc. The spacious master bedroom has a 40” HD LED TV. Wifi Internet access is available throughout the condo, court yard, cabana and pool area. As we are on ground floor, our unit is Wheel Chair accessible.

We have an adjustable bed frame with a premium memory foam king mattress in the master suite and queen bed in the guest bedroom as well as pull out couch thst sleeps two. The comfortable furniture suits the vinyl plank barnwood floor, soft beach colour pallet and relaxing atmosphere. There a full walk-in tile shower and a full bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware, kuerig coffee pot, linens and beach towels - just bring your bathing suit!

This walk-out condo unit is perfectly situated with views of the ocean with surfers, boats, dolphin’s and the occasional whale.Beautiful New Smyrna Beach was voted "Best Florida Beach" eight years in a row by the Orlando Sentinal Newspaper. NSB is on the East coast and just a short drive to Orlando and all Central Florida attractions including Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Seaworld, LegoLand, Kennedy Space Center, NASA and much more. It's less than half an hour to Daytona International Speedway and NASCAR events.

New Smyrna Beach is a barrier island and a unique seaside community consisting of 12 miles of clean and uncrowded white sandy beach with an additional 24 miles of coastline at Canaveral National Seashore located on the south end of the island. The Seashore is home to a variety of indigenous birds, sea turtles, and other wild life. This island is a walking island and restaurants and shopping are all within blocks of our rental. We also have Flagler Avenue with plenty of nightlife and day time boutique shopping. There is shopping, grocery, restaurants and a gas station/convenience store within walking distance.

The units in Point East are all 2 bedroom, 2 bath units individually owned. The property has a cabana pavilion that can be reserved for get-togethers. There is also a grill on site. No laundry within unit, but we have 2 laundry rooms with multiple washers and dryers per floor. There is onsite management. The office is open every day and there is also onsite maintenance personnel daily so you will always have someone available to answer or address any questions or concerns right away.
