Clean and quiet.

Great location. Close to boat dock, fishing pier, restaurants. Host was great to work with. House was clean and quiet. Game room was a nice extra.

Spacious, clean and comfortable home but needs updating.

Easy access to home, ample parking, two TV rooms and a large game room in the back of the house. Very comfortable. First impression was somewhat meh due to unkempt yard and dated furnishings. But we quickly got past that and enjoyed our stay. I rated a three star but would give 3 1/2 due to the outside appearance and the dated furnishings. Thank you for offering your home.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this perfectly appointed home. They had everything you would need to be comfortable. Great to find a few small beach chairs and beach toys and the game room is fun for all. There is a charcoal bbq that we were happy to find. The location is great for walking and biking and the preserve right down the road is great to explore. Very close to boat ramp and Jug Creek marina! A few issues arose but were handled and communication with Marilyn was timely. We enjoyed our time there very much.

Paradise in Bokeelia

Cosy place, very spacious, comfortable beds. We loved going for walks. Loved the mango plantations. Taking the boat and going fishing and so much more...

Clean and peaceful

This place was clean and bug free! I hate bugs so I was on high alert and to my delight, the only ones I found were dead caterpillars and even at that it was only 2! We loved the space it gave us to have individual time, the game room for family time and Xfinity to allow us to watch our favorite movies and programs. It’s close to the beautiful Bokeelia dock. There we saw gorgeous sunsets and a school of dolphins. Some even showed off by soaring through the air. The house was close enough to beaches, fishing and shopping but remote enough to get away from the hussle and bustle of our normal crazy lives. We loved both Pine Island and Matlacha. Definitely a great destination for your next getaway.

Peaceful stay with quick access to many activities

For us, this was a great place and location. We had some of our children staying with us and a one year old granddaughter so the layout and gameroom allowed us to enjoy ourselves right there. Great area for walking, biking, and kayaking and in close proximity to marina for water taxis to islands and for fishing charters. Very little traffic to Pine Island center so quick to get into the hubbub of Matlacha when you want to.

Weekend Getaway

This was a perfect long weekend getaway. The house was just as described and spotless. Our 3 kids loved the game room!!! We kept our boat at a friends house in a canal across the street. Will for sure keep this house in my favorites for long weekend stays. Thank you for providing us with a clean and inviting home.

Comfortable home!!!! Great hosts!!!!!

I had a wonderful stay for 10 days!!! Home is clean and everything is already there for your convenience. IE: dishes, silverware, pots and pans etc. Detergent for clothes washer, dishes, and cleaning. Toilet and paper towels. Get this---A garage which is exceptionally clean. More important is how professional and nice and he owners are. When I first arrived I called and Maryland came over and showed me around and then never came over again unless I needed something. Wonderful --wonderful Thanks Rhonda and Marilyn Jim Valyo

Beautiful home in a great location!

My family was looking for a winter family vacation someplace warm to escape the New England winter, and we are so glad we chose Bokeelia! This house was perfect for the 4 of us and 5 for the weekend when my sister visited. The beds were comfy unlike many Airbnb’s and the place was spacious with also everything you could want in a home away from home. There were two living rooms and TVs, 2 baths. One of our favorite parts was the indoor porch like area and game room with tons of windows so you feel like you’re outside but it keeps the bug out and you out of the sun. The yard is nice and big — we only wish there were more than 2 chair. Lawn chairs would be great here and a grill. We picked these things up at target but it was pricey given that we couldn’t take them back with us. The location is also great! 1 mile walk to the nearest beach. Also close to a cute downtown about 10 minutes drive, natural walking trails, an AWESOME community pool and a boat launch literally across the street where we took a boat out to an island for a beach day. Highly recommend this spot!
