OB is a vibrant, bohemian neighborhood with a fun SoCal beach vibe. You will be able to walk to great brewpubs and restaurants in just minutes. Stroll down Voltaire street and engage all your senses for all kinds of delights and sights. Our studio is located in one of the most desirable areas in Ocean beach. No matter what direction you head, you will find yourself immersed in the pulse and grove of OB. Located only 3 blocks from one of the most popular beaches in San Diego and the famous OB Pier. Short-Term Residential Occupancy License: STR-06950L

Stroll down to the beach, or mosey along popular Newport Ave. OB offers new breweries, fun restaurants, antique shops, surf shops, surfing, taquerias, and great sunsets.

Perfect for a romantic getaway or road trip destination!

There is no A/C but being so close to the beach, you get a great sea breeze, but just in case, there is a portable fan (stored in the closet).

Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays and contact-free check-in.

Old but good location

Unsanitary, covered in dog hair

My girlfriend and I stayed here over for 3 nights. As soon as we walked in, we noticed dog hair and a dead ant on the bed. As we walked around, we realized our socks were covered in dog hair to the point we had to throw them away. There was no vacuum to clean the place up. I messaged the hosts twice on Vrbo and didn’t get a response. I then texted the contact on the second day and finally got a response stating they were sorry and would send over a cleaner. The cleaner came the next day and the place was still a mess. It was almost like they just organized and didn’t clean anything. I then messaged again about our stay on Vrbo and they replied with “”. Are you serious? Never coming back here again.

Point Loma Pause

Location to walk everywhere was great! Close to the beach and many restaurants. It is in the airport flight path, so every minute or so, you have to pause your conversation due to noise, which starts at 6:30am. No AC, but it was perfect with the windows open. Great value

Amazing Stay on Ocean Beach

This was the cutest little studio with plenty of amenities. The bed was comfortable and it was a breeze to get around ocean beach. Parking can be tricky, but we found a spot each day on Ebers and had no issues. The walk to restaurants and Ocean Beach was very convenient. It was a wonderful stay and I would book here again.

Great Little getaway

My wife and I needed a getaway and this place was perfect. Easy to get to, and close to everything we wanted to go to. Parking was a little challenging but it wasn’t too bad, we found a spot close by. The rental was a perfect size and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked great. Thanks for such a great getaway…we will be back!

Great location

This property is so close to beach, shops, and restaurants, that we never used the car. The unit was clean and fully functional. The neighborhood clean and quiet, the host responsive and very helpful. We will be back!!!
