Cucine, bagni, pavimenti, ripiani, elettrodomestici e altro ancora completamente aggiornati ... la nostra Beach House Villa si trova in una tranquilla comunità recintata su Harbour Island, che si trova tra Charleston, Carolina del Sud e Savannah, GA, a soli 14 miglia da Beaufort, Carolina del Sud. Se vieni in città per la laurea in mare, siamo a sole 23 miglia (circa 35 minuti) dall'isola di Parigi.

Questa è veramente una zona storica con Charleston, Beaufort o Savannah che fanno favolose destinazioni per gite di un giorno. A Harbour Island, le tre piscine all'aperto, i campi da tennis, un green e tre miglia di spiaggia bianca di sabbia pura, selvaggia, creano una destinazione di vacanza privata diversa dalle altre. Awesome location!

Beautiful, quit and peacefully retreat to get away from the hustle of life. Easy access to pool and beach. Hunting park is close to this location. Also, there are a couple of good restaurants nearby.

Another beautiful stay

This is my 3rd time staying at this propery- 7days I. Summer 2020, 10 days summer 2021, and 3 days spring 2025. I hope to stay again summer 2025. The property is beautiful, quiet, has great views of the ocean, and a nice/relaxing community swimming pool steps from the front door. The owner is super quick with responses and very accommodating. Also, the property comes with a pass to Hunting Island State Park (less than a 5 minute drive away)- a beautiful and unspoiled beach and tropical forest. A rare and less well-known benefit is the fresh seafood store right outside the island gate. The seafood store is literally a few short steps away from the docks where the fishing boats come in each day so that you know you’re getting the absolute freshest seafood possible.

Winter break

We visit Harbor Island a couple of times a year. We've stayed in several condos, but this was the first time for L201. It was very clean and well appointed. Comfortable mattress and well stocked kitchen.

Condo is exactly as shone in the pictures. Everything you need and more is furnished. Condo was clean, a great screened balcony which our small dog enjoyed. Has water views from all rooms. Good restaurants and Beaufort just a short drive away. Gated community. Would rent again.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Loved having access to the beach, multiple pools and Hunting Island. Had a little bit of trouble with the lock but host was communicative and helpful. Would stay here again.

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay! It was peaceful and the property felt safe. Loved the screened in patio with our two year old because we weren’t worried about her falling. Condo was as described and it was thoughtful they had beach toys in the room to take down to the beach. The tide would be out most of the day and we could walk for a long time picking up hermit crabs and viewing other wildlife. Pools were clean and plenty of seating. My only two complaints would be that we were only given three towels for our three night stay. Yes there was a laundry room for guests to use but hated to purchase washing detergent and wash towels for just three nights. Would recommend at least six if possible. Also, the condo is clean enough not to reach out to the cleaning lady but there is noticeable dust on vents and base boards and dog hair on throw pillows. Once again, nothing crazy enough to want to leave. Overall a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time here.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The pools were right outside our condo which my kids loved! The laundry room is located right outside the door which came in handy! Short walk to the beach, and loved the shower. Overall very happy with our stay!

Long weekend

We rented a 1 bedroom pet friendly condo. Loved the ocean and easy water. Even dog loved the water, he walked way out in the ocean. Pool was so nice also. It was awesome for us. Would stay there again.

The Beach & Amenities

When the tide is low the beach is a black muddy mess with dead jellyfish everywhere it stays that way until the tide comes back in six to eight hours later. We rented the condo for beach access and convenience. So, to enjoy the beach in the afternoon we drove four miles to the State Park, and it was not that way. No dishwasher tabs as that is part of the instructions to run it before you leave. The Keurig did not work, and no other coffee pot was available.

Jen and I love visiting Harbor Island with our two teen aged sons Quinn and Aidan. There is something here for everyone to enjoy.

We fell in love the with the area and Harbor Island in particular. Our first walk on the beach was amazing...the beach is unspoiled, the sand is white, the birds and wildlife you encounter are breathtaking. As we made our way back to the beach boardwalk we spotted dolphins playing in the the water off the beach. The condo is very homey, it is a great size for our family of 4, having a bath and a 1/2 is great, too. Also, you can view 1 of the *3 pools from the balcony, which I think is a nice perk. This property and its location offers a truly relaxing beach experience. *please note: The pools close between November 1st and April 1st.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The condo's front row location is one of the best in the complex. You'll enjoy direct oceanfront views. Don't like bugs, well you're in luck, our porch is screened so you can sit out in peace. The condo is centrally located so day trips to Savannah, Charleston and Beaufort are all just a short drive away. There are 3 pools to enjoy, tennis courts, basketball court (the boys love that), sand volley ball court, work out room. bicycle rentals and small gift shop on the premises - all of which, as our guest, you'll have access to.
