Sport, Konventioner, Konserter, Kasinon etc. - 10.000 kvadratfot av flera industriella lager konstnärer Lofts. Vi tillgodoser stora grupper främst. Prissättning är per person, ($ 55,00 per person per natt) upp till 40 + personer. Mestadels studio stil sover. Det finns 3 2000 kvm loft som sover 10 vardera (dubbelt beläggning per säng), - Tre 1500 kvm loft som sover 8 personer vardera och två 500 kvm loft som sover 4 vardera. Warehouse living at it's best!

Our second time to stay in the Bohemian Suite. I can't say anymore than I did last in the last review. We just love this space.

Very cool space!!

As long as your group is comfortable sleeping in the same space, this will be the coolest place you've stayed. The living quarters are really cool. Comfortable beds. The upstairs game room is amazing. A few games and a full kitchen. Plenty of furniture to lounge around on. This trip was a guys trip but I am going to bring my family here in the future.

Memorial Day Weekend

Unique concept and cool place

Conveniently located near some downtown attractions. We enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were cool, with a game room and plenty of beds. Would stay again next time we're in STL!

Unique stay

Very unique one bedroom space that has been remolded in an old warehouse. The space is very large and plenty of room for 5 friends. Very clean and the beds are comfy. The location is close to the Arch and downtown but not easily walkable due to the highway. We Ubered everywhere and it was a short ride. Host quickly responded to all questions! Def recommend for a unique stay!

A fun experience for a group of ladies who had a conference at the Dome , we were able to walk without difficulty. Don’t judge building by it’s cover ! The inside amazing fun Space and Jordan was wonderful!!!

Cool experience!

My friends and I were looking for a fun place to stay for a night while passing through St Louis. This rental did not disappoint! We honestly weren’t quite sure what to expect, but it was exactly how the listing presents it to be. The owners were responsive, accommodating, and presented the same cool energy as the venue presents itself. The room was huge and the beds were comfortable. We weren’t quite sure of the safety of the area, but we had no problems. This place is perfect for groups. It’s hard to explain the energy of this boutique warehouse hotel—but if you’re looking for a fun place and a cool story to tell, stay here! :)
