Tämä upea 50 neliön studio. , sijaitsee Mykonosin kaupungin sydämessä, rauhallisella perinteisellä Mykonian-kujalla.
Se on vain minuutin päässä Matoyianni-pääkadulta
ja 2-5 minuuttia lähellä kaikkia kauppoja, ruokakauppoja, pankkeja, ravintoloita ,, kuuluisia baareja, monumentteja ja nähtävyyksiä, kuten pieni Venetsia, Paraportianni, tuulimyllyt ..
Kävelymatka jokaiselle 2 bussipysäkille, joka vie sinut saaren kaikkiin kuuluisiin rantoihin, on vain 4 minuutin päässä.
Uusi satama on noin 2 km päässä ja lentokenttä 2 km.

Studiossa on täysin varusteltu keittiö ja suodatin- ja espressokahvinkeitin kahvilla ensimmäistä aamua varten ja kauniilla (tervetuliais) kreikkalaisella viinillä.
Lisäksi vaatteiden pesukone, silitysrauta, hiustenkuivaaja, ilmastointi ,, T / V, ilmainen internet, rantapyyhkeet.
Pohjakerroksessa on 2 sänkyä ja yläkerrassa parivuode.
Liinavaatteiden vaihto ja siivous joka kolmas päivä sisältyy hintaan.

Excellent location; clean comfortable accommodation

The room(s) were as shown on listing; everything was spotless clean and very comfortable. Maria went out of her way to be helpful with restaurant and bakery recommendations; she also stocked the refrigerator with bottled water and a welcome bottle of wine. We had a great 3 night stay.

Great Stay!

My friends and I stayed 3nts to celebrate my milestone birthday. The location was perfect and Maria was amazing. Maria is very responsive, always available to answer questions regarding dining and transportation. We were very happy with our accommodations and would highly recommend

Our hostess went above and beyond.

We had trouble with our flight into Mykonos and Maria waited up to meet us in town until well after 1:30AM, then walked with us to our accommodations. She was a great hostess. Summer is a very crowded time in Mykonos; I don’t think I’ll come back during summer months.

Lovely & Well Stocked Apartment

We enjoyed our stay and the owner was so helpful and kind. Apartment had everything we needed. The only issue was the loud music from 10 pm until 6 am from nearby nightclubs. Bring ear plugs to sleep in, if you are not into the bar scene.

Amazing stay in the heart of Mykonos

We loved staying in this sweet home. The location is perfect and Mary is the best host you could ever ask for. She even helped with our lost luggage issue by calling the airport for us. If you have mobility issues note that it is a considerable walk to take your luggage into the pedestrian only area. Mary was so kind to arrange our transfers and to help with getting us to and from the taxi (and retrieving a purse left in the taxi). She is the kindest host. We did not want to leave!

Close to the action, but on a quiet street

The host was amazing and met us in the "labyrinth" town at an easy spot to find. The place was clean, well kept and in a great location. Would highly recommend! NOTE: The Greek islands that we visited did not have potable water in any of the facilities and this host supplied some bottled water for us, which was great.

Location, location, location!

This apartment was located right in the middle of it all! We were able to easily navigate to any part of Mykonos Town we needed to be for tour pickups, meals, and shopping.

Perfect in town stay.

The host Maria was so wonderful, informative and helpful with setting up transfers and suggestions to do and see. This little quaint place sits at the footsteps of Old Town Mykonos, walking distance to everything, food, sights , nightlife and the port... Would definitely rent again!!!

Mykonos town

Lovely traditional house situated in the center of Mykonos town, 5 minutes walk from the port surrounded by bars and restaurants. Nightlife can be very noisy but this house's location was set back just far enough from the main strip to avoid the worst of it. Mary was a great host with great recommendations of where to eat and where to visit. We would highly recommend this rental.

Best Loft in Mykonos Town

Maria's loft is literally a stone's throw from "Main Street" in Mykonos Town. Perfectly situated, it is large, perfectly appointed and managed by the nicest person we know: Maria. We were provided with everything we could possibly need (including welcome coffee, a bottle of wine and a fruit bowl) and the loft was even refreshed after two days of a four day stay. Perfect in every way! We've been here twice, and we'll be back. Thanks so much for the incredible stay!

The ease of arriving/checking in was outstanding! The property itself is utterly wonderful. My only issue was the noise from local bars/clubs til around 3am each morning that I was there. Otherwise it was absolutely fantastic.

Great location in the center of town.

The apartment is as described. Mary is the consummate hostess. She arranged for a cab to pick us up at the new port and met us up at the road and walked us to the unit. After we dropped our bags, she gave us a short orientation walk. The location is great for a short walk to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The unit was stocked with plenty of bottled water. When we were going to leave, she came by and walked us to the water taxi to take us back the new port where the ferry comes in. Great unit for a couple.

Ich dachte die Bewertungen sind zu gut um wahr zu sein, aber ich kann mich den sehr guten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Vorallem die Kommunikation mit Mary war perfekt. Sie hat uns im Vorfeld schon super Tipps gegeben, z.B. auf welchen Wegen wir am Besten vom Hafen in die Stadt kommen. Und während des Aufenthalts, z.B. welche Restaurants besonders gut sind. Mary ist eine sehr herzliche Vermieterin, die sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste kümmert, sodass wir uns in Mykonos sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Außerdem ist alles sehr schnell erreichbar, da das Appartement eine so zentrale Lage hat. Fußläufig sind z.B. ein kleiner Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants und Bars und die Bushaltestelle erreichbar. Nächster, größerer Strand etwa 1 km, ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden das Appartement aufjedenfall nochmal buchen, wenn wir nach Mykonos kommen und können es auch weiterempfehlen, wenn man kein Nachtmensch ist. Auch wenn man manchmal das Nachtleben hört. Das Appartement sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und war sehr sauber. Danke für alles Mary!

We were a group of four 22 year old girls and this place was absolutely fantastic for us. We stayed for 4 nights and we couldn’t have been better located. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Mary, our host was incredible. She was super responsive, welcoming, and very helpful. She gave us the best recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had the best time in Mykonos. We would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much!

Great studio in central location

Maria is a perfect host: helpful, communicative, flexible. The apartment was clean and large. Only snag: during high season there is a lot of partying going on during the night, so it is not that very quiet.

We had such an incredible stay, clean, extremely friendly and very central to Mykonos town.

We cannot thank Mary enough for her incredible hospitality! Her place was clean, extremely central to town and Mary helped us with everything. We really did enjoy our time here and looking forward to coming back next year. I must mention her beautiful daughter helping out too, both her and Mary gave great recommendations and was there for us when we needed help.

Our stay in Mykonos town

First, our host Mary was absolutely incredible, fantastic communication, super friendly and helpful beyond any expectations. Truly a wonderful person. Second, the property, awesome location right in the heart of town, if you see this is available for the time you are looking, don’t hesitate, just book it. Everything is on walking distance right in the heart of it all. Property is clean and spacious and is a perfect spot for you to call home while in Mykonos, we will be back!

Absolutely loved this rental. In the heart of Mykonos town and within walking distance to what most would desire. The host was super responsive and extremely helpful in the whole process. The rental was gorgeous and in great condition. I would recommend staying here for a trip to Mykonos.

Simply Incredible

Went to Mykonos during the off season in order to decompress and get some rest from work. Little did I know it would be this amazing. From check in to follow ups to offering support, Mary was the best host I've ever had. She is generous, kind, and willing to go out of her way to help you. The room was beyond expectations.

Beautiful home, amazing host

Mary was so kind and helpful even before we landed in Mykonos. Her home was incredibly clean and perfect for me + 2 friends. We each felt like we had our own space and it was very centrally-located. The neighborhood does get a little loud at night, but it did not bother us. Mary met us at check-in, pointed out important spots on the map, and was extremely helpful in setting up transfers, etc. I felt very safe in her home and would definitely stay here again when I return!
