This was a great place. Clean, quiet. Walkable. Air conditioning and WIFI would be an excellent addition. However I would rent again.

170 Lighthouse Road Getaway

Enjoyed staying here being very close walking distance to The Pass surfing beach where koalas hang out in the tree canopy. The wildlife is beautiful. The house itself was perfect for us to stay in with timber floors thruout. Loved it was nice & big and we could escape one another for peace & quiet. Having linen supplied was a big plus as previous instructions were to bring your own, this saved a lot of hassle. The beds were very comfortable & cosy. Would highly recommend staying at this property it was perfectly suited to our easy lifestyle. Only little negative was Wi-Fi wasn’t available but we survived without it.

170 Lighthouse Road@The Pass

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location. However it is right on a bend of the main road so it is a bit dangerous coming and going. The property is quite old and has a lot of maintenance needed. It has a leaking roof in the main living area, missing door handles, doors that dont open, appliances that need maintenance, shower screens that dont close, no curtains at all in updstairs bedroom. Overall, it needs some updating. The outside area has not been maintained at all, the garden is overgrown, old plaster sheets are thrown in the garden, a general lack of care for the outside. It was as clean as it could be based on its overall state. You do need to supply all bed linen towels, etc. Biggest plus is the location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is in an amazing location with the best access to the beach.However, there was damp in the cupboards with a really bad smell and mould on the curtains. Some windows didn't have flywire and there were geckos in the upstairs room.

Property is located in the best spot and the house is quite spacious. The property though is dated and has not been maintained very well (missing cupboard doors, cobwebs & mould). Mattresses are also average.

Large, very comfortable house in wonderful location

I spent one week at the house with three other friends. The property is very big, comfortable and very close to The Pass and Watago beach. We couldn't have asked for more at such reasonable price. We'll come back for sure!
