"Plumeria Hale" è un secondo piano luminoso e arioso, due camere da letto con vista parziale sull'oceano, situato a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Prende il nome dal delicato e bellissimo fiore di plumeria, lo spazio è ispirato alle tonalità di creme, gialli e arance tipiche del fiore, nonché al blu e al verde del vicino oceano e alla lussureggiante foresta di cocco circostante.

La posizione centrale sulla costa orientale di Kauai rende questa la casa vacanza ideale per Kauai. La facile distanza a piedi da negozi, spiagge e ristoranti rende questo condominio sulla spiaggia di Kauai un posto davvero conveniente per la tua casa vacanza a Kauai. Situato accanto al Coconut Grove a Waipouli, uno dei più grandi boschetti di cocco dell'isola dove una volta la famiglia hawaiana andava a cavallo.

La cucina e la sala da pranzo hanno porte a doppio vetro che si aprono su un accogliente lanai dove puoi goderti la brezza dell'oceano e intravedere l'oceano attraverso gli alberi su ciascun lato del resort situato di fronte. Divertiti a cucinare e mangiare i pasti ai suoni rilassanti dell'oceano con molta luce naturale che entra. La cucina ha bellissimi armadi in legno ed è dotata di forno, frigorifero / congelatore, forno a microonde, tostapane, frullatore, bollitore elettrico, macchina per il caffè e altri servizi.

Il soggiorno offre una TV intelligente con cavo e DVR. È inclusa anche la connessione internet ad alta velocità dello spettro. Le finestre si affacciano sul lato della montagna e offrono viste parziali sulla foresta di alberi di cocco e montagne.

La camera da letto principale, decorata in blu calmo e sognante, ha un nuovo letto king size e un bagno di servizio. Le finestre si affacciano sull'oceano e puoi sentire le onde mentre ti addormenti.

La camera degli ospiti, decorata in verde e marrone, si affaccia sul lato della montagna e offre anche una vista parziale sulle montagne e sul cocco. Questa camera può essere configurata come due letti singoli o un letto king size (per la conversione e la biancheria da letto king size è previsto un supplemento di $ 52 per le pulizie). Offre un armadio e un ventilatore a soffitto.

Delightful time

We had a delightful time staying at this condo in Kapaa. It is located close to the beach, shopping, the main highway, and good places to eat. I think what we enjoyed the most was having a comfortable place to call our own while visiting this beautiful place.

Roosters by the sea

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again! Comfortable condo close to shopping and beaches. No need for an alarm clock! Got plenty of rooster’s to wake ya up at 3am😂😂😂 all jokes aside we had a great stay! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Kauai

The condo was very clean and provided all the basic necessities. I liked the bright and colorful decor, made it cheery yet homey. Located close to the beach and central to where we wanted to be. Free WiFi, parking and Roku TV was a plus.

Excededed Expectations

Sometimes the pictures online look better than the actual property. But this was not the case for our stay here. The apartment was very clean. Everything was in very good repair. We loved the decor. We loved the location. We loved having a combo lock on the front door so we did not have to keep up with a key.

Apartment rental

The apartment was clean, and worked out well for me and my daughter. We rented a car, which allowed us to move around the island during the day and go to beaches where we could snorkel. The beach near the apartment was not a swimming beach. There is a nice bike path that goes by the apartment. And the Safeway is across the street.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well stocked with cookware, linens, cleaning supplies, and clear instructions. We had no problems with the plumbing or any of the amenities and the fans kept us comfortable for September on Kauai. The area was fairly quiet and we were able to relax and really enjoy our stay. And other than one gecko (which was fun to watch), no critters inside.

Bad experience

We have stayed in VRBOs all over the world including 2 others in Kauai and this one was most expensive and least desirable. Very dirty. With a serious deep clean and some new paint and fresh bathroom makeover this could be an excellent property. As it stands though I wouldn’t recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was great. Clean and well appointed. The only issue I personally had was it was on the second floor and no air conditioning so it was not comfortable to hang out in after a day out (like 80+ degrees inside and humid) and even less comfortable to sleep in. If you're used to conditioned air, please find somewhere else to stay. If the heat doesn't bother you, this place is awesome.

Had a great time exploring Kauai. This location worked out well for all the activities we had planned. Actual condo was okay. Sofas were terribly uncomfortable. Beds were better. No air conditioning but fans were OK. Hair dryer was useless (travel size) so would have been nice knowing in advance. Kitchen was fairly well stocked but could have used some more items common to cooking. We didn’t want to eat out every day. Glad we brought ear plugs for rooster noise. Loved being able to walk to some restaurants & grocery stores. Convenient location was a definite plus.

Walls were a bit dirty. Detailed cleaning recommended. Also there were ants in kitchen but maintenance was very quick to respond. Location was good with access to all. We spent most of the time out and about. Would recommend deeper cleaning and maybe updating furniture but overall a pleasant location.

Fantastic condo

The place is really fantastic. We hear a bit the neighbors and the chickens are very noisy at night, but we get use to it. The only thing you need to do is replace completely or wash and disinfect the bathroom body and hair soap dispensers are the products are completely roten and smell bad. we didn't use them but I can imagine how bad of a bacteria you can get from contaminated soaps. Refilling is a bit tricky for keeping the product safe as it can easily get contaminated and disinfection of the container needs to happen.

Positives - Good for family of 4, fully equipped kitchen, nice patio, good size room, proximity to market, nice walkable path to beach, free parking. Extras - Beach chairs and umbrella. Nice to have these so you don't have to rent. One thing to remember as shown in pictures, that the ocean can be seen from the kitchen. But it's not clearly visible. So this is really not completely beach facing.

Was only a short walk to a wonderful beach and very close access to EVERYTHING we could need (stores, shops, food, etc). Some things to note: This place is not very big. It was fine for what we needed, but it is small. The kitchen table is tiny and would be very challenging to try to sit around. There is no AC and windows need to be open. Normally this is delightful but the roosters and chickens cluck and crow all night and VERY early in the morning. Many people feed them right outside the window so they are abundant. Still give 5 stars overall for our stay.

Amazing Stay

My wife and I stayed here for over a week and it was our first experience in Kauai and Hawaii for that matter. This beautiful condo offered us exactly what we needed and delivered on every level. The location was perfect, sitting close to the beach and right where we wanted on the east shore where either coast was a manageable driving distance form there. There are many places to eat nearby. The host was very quick to respond to messages before out trip and helped answer questions. There were towels, laundry pods, dryer sheets, garbage bags, multiple bathrooms, extra fans.. the list goes on. The biggest tip we have for any travelers is to bring Ear Plugs! Those roosters love to make some noise. But if you crank the fans up and have ear plugs then it is no problem. We would not hesitate from renting here again. Thanks again!
