Tiny house #3

Our stay was great! They sent us a link that took us directly to the property. It was a perfect location in between Zion and Bryce! The beds were very comfy and it was a big bathroom for a tiny house. Lots of towels and blankets! Very clean, comfortable and cozy! The electricity went out county wide at midnight and the owners emailed us right away keeping us updated. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect stay between Bryce and Zion

We stayed during our trip after finishing Zion and visiting Bryce with our next destination being Page. The town of Orderville has a nice easy hike to a slot canyon Red Hollow. The property is exactly as advertised. The night was clear and the stars are amazing. If staying in November bring food because the nearest open restaurant is Mt Carmel and more selection in Kanab.

Halfway between parks

The tiny house was perfect for the two of us. Just the right size and with everything we needed. My only problem is that the town does not have places where we could eat. So we had to drive to Kanab. Otherwise we’d stay here again. Just too far for us to drive at night.

Refreshing Vacation Rental

This was an excellent choice for a place to stay to see not only Zion National Park but also Bryce Canyon National Park and a few other local spots. The presentation of the tiny home was clean and very efficient. It was the right amount of space for my husband and me. There were a few things we would have liked to know before we arrived at Cliffside #3 (see list below). We were there for 5 nights and did our own cooking for breakfast and dinner. Overall, we loved staying here. It was quiet, the farm-like feel was refreshing, and the property was easy to access. Plus this is a beautiful part of the United States! *We were glad these things were there: linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, plates, coffee mugs, pots, pans, eating utensils, wine/bottle opener, microwave/oven, 1 burner stove top, a few K-cups, Keurig, dish soap, 2 dish towels, dish rack, clorox wipes, and a mini fridge (the size of a wine fridge). *We had to provide these things ourselves/or didn't have them: drinking cups, sharp knives, can opener, paper towels, kleenex, salt/pepper, freezer, enough K-cups for our stay, HDMI cable, garbage bags. *There is a community grill and fire pit available on site. These were handy for dinners. *The WIFI does not work well. It hardly ever connected to our phones and it took awhile for any websites to load on our laptop. *There is strong cell reception at this location. *There is a Family Dollar store in Orderville for you to purchase items you have forgotten or need. *You do have to keep the cleaning up yourself (only really something for longer stays). You do not get fresh linens and you have to tidy up or take out the garbage yourself.

Comfy and convenient

My husband and I stayed with our 13 year old son for a few days. Everything was super clean and exceeded expectations. The beds were super comfortable, great views of the cliffs, very quiet and peaceful. Great location to visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks.

Tiny house life

Everything as described. Very clean. Location perfect if planning to visit both Zion and Bryce National Parks-exactly 1 hour to each park. Able to enjoy the fire pit in the evening - very peaceful and view. Clean grill that worked well. Stephanie was quick to respond to all inquiries. One thing you might want to note: tiny fridge and no freezer. Would stay again and would recommend to friends!!!!

Great tiny home

Nice tiny home, clean and cute. Close to a barn with animals and a grill with a fire pit. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, quiet, clean tiny house!

My granddaughter and I were thrilled with our tiny vacation home! Extremely clean, quiet and perfect for the 2 of us! Bedding was very comfortable and I had asked for extra blankets due to we both get cold easily. They weren't needed because we were able to adjust the temperature of the home. It took about 1/2 hr to get to Zion National Park and a little over 1 hr to get to Bryce Canyon. I would definitely stay again and recommend others!

Beautiful tiny house, Amazing view, Welcoming hosts

The wood and glass tiny houses are beautiful and modern, with porch views out to the gorgeous red and white cliff and the rustic barn at it's base. All the large glass windows bring the view inside, even lying in bed. Bathroom is compact but very pretty and fun to take a shower. The hosts live on site and are very nice and helpful if you need anything. Just a quick drive to Zion East Entrance (nice trail-less hikes from turnouts without even heading thru tunnel to valley), and about an hour or so to Bryce. We're planning on visiting again in the future. Highly recommend it.

Most adorable place with amazing view

My son and I absolutely loved staying here! It's perfectly nested in between Zion NP and Bryce canyon. Brand new and despite it being a tiny home very open and spacious. The kitchenette was ideal to heat up some food, the TV with Netflix access and a fireplace were great to wind down from our days hikes, before going to sleep in oh so comfortable beds to get ready for our next adventure. It was nothing short of amazing. Thank you!

Cute place & great proximity to Zion & Bryce

We are a family of 4 - 2 adults, 2 kids and we were comfortable throughout our stay. We LOVE this Tiny House! It's adorable - very modern and with nice amenities. When we arrived, our key was the wrong key to our cabin. Once I sent a message, they were quick and were at the cabin within minutes! The owners resolved it quickly by getting the right key and us inside the cabin without any further issues. The pullout sofa worked great for our boys. We had all the essentials covered. We took full advantage of the kitchenette. The grocery store in town had most of what we needed to be able to cook some meals in the cabin. We could've used more housewares, such as steak knives and a can opener. The provided k-cups and to-go coffee cups were a nice touch! Our boys loved the nearby fire pit; one of the nights we roasted marshmallows. The firewood and roasting sticks were provided which was also a nice bonus. Andes Mints were placed on our bed pillows and was a sweet treat! We booked this cabin mainly because of its proximity to two national parks - Zion and Bryce. It really is perfect middle ground between the two parks and worked well for us. Even their WIFI password says it! We enjoyed the property and beautiful scenery. Quiet area and easy to find. We loved our stay and will definitely keep this in mind for our future trips!
