We had a fantastic month-long stay in this perfectly decorated and comfortable little house. Veronica has everything you need for a great stay— every kitchen appliance, huge washer dryer, fridge with in the door filtered water, and very comfortable beds. Beautiful tiled walk-in shower. We loved to sit on the covered front porch in this quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and enjoyed the beautiful architecture of neighborhood homes & restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to The Pier, beaches, highways etc.
Very nice quaint property in nice neighborhood. Nicely decorated and well maintained. Owner (Veronica) very pleasant and friendly to work with. Well stocked kitchen and nice washer and dryer. Convenient to pharmacy and grocery stores. Hope to stay in the future. Jeff T.
Booked this property to be able to spend time with nearby family for the holidays.Inside of cottage was immaculate , tastefully decorated in a beachy style and had everything needed for an extended stay.Location was excellent and we were able to take regular walks to Crescent Lake and bike rides to Vinoy Park.Veronica was always available if problems should arise and quickly responded.I would definitely book again in the future if available and would recommend to couples or small family.
My partner and I stayed at Veronica’s when relocating to St. Pete. The property is great and is conveniently located - close to everything you’d need. Veronica was an amazing and accommodating host.
This house is very cute and stocked with all of the essentials and some amenities. The host is very communicative and supportive. It is a short walk to coffee, food, and yoga or a short bike or drive to downtown. Great accessibility for St. Pete or the highway in and out of town. The neighborhood is safe and quaint as well. Price is reasonable.
I love this place. This was my second time staying here and it is great. The house is really nice, well kept with a lot of room. It also has a washer and dryer and a small garage for things like a bike. The location is great. Very close to downtown. It's so close I actually walked and biked to Tampa Rays games, which is only a mile away. It's also right by a beautiful park/lake called Cresent lake. I would absolutely recommend this place. It's the best!
This was our third stay at this home and we can’t recommend it enough. The owner is terrific, has everything you’d need right down to beach chairs, totes and umbrella. We love being close to downtown and crescent lake. A real gem.
This property is in the historic section of St. Petersburg. The area is quiet and charming. The host provided bicycles and beach essentials to make our home away from home a wonderful experience. Our host was very accommodating and helpful and our pets were very welcome! We will definitely be back!!!
We had a wonderful stay here. The host and communication was excellent. We had a minor issue and she took care of it immediately.
We fell in love with the neighborhood, which was VERY quiet. The location was perfect! It was close to 275, restaurants, breweries and Crescent Lake. She had everything you could think of there. Everything from beach stuff to batteries, spices, dog gate, flashlights, and BIKES which We used a lot. Our only issue is it’s not available next year!
Thanks for a great month’s stay!
I absolutely love the home and neighborhood! I love the convenience to everything! Veronica was amazing and so on point any time I had a question or need. I definitely want to move to St. Pete!
Excellent stay in St. Pete. Well kept home in a great location and a helpful accommodating owner.
Enjoyable easy interaction with the property owner. The house was clean and well kept. The location is ideal for an easy bike ride downtown or to the parks and Pier by the Bay. Less than a halfhour from the Tampa Airport, and an easy ride to ClearWater or St Pete Beach. I enjoyed my stay and would love to come back in the future.
This is our second time staying at this property and we highly recommend it and the owner. It’s a darling small home in a great location, stocked with every supply and comfort for a great vacation. A plus is a wonderful taco truck one block up and beautiful Crescent Lake nearby. The owner is just the best.
This super cute bungalow is in an excellent location close to downtown and 275. It was very clean and maintained and Veronica was a very gracious host. I highly recommend staying here.
This cute little bungalow worked great for me and my little dog during the holidays. It was fun to be so close to my kids in downtown St Pete. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had, I enjoyed my stay, and would like to come back some time!
Great location and property for any stay in the St. Petersburg area.
I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience staying at this property. The location was close to downtown St. Pete, there is easy access on and off the main freeways, and it's a nice quiet neighborhood. I did not have any hesitation in walking my dog late at night in the area. The amenities provided were great, I just wish I would have taken the time to use the bike. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to spend some time in the St. Pete area and have a nice cozy house to come back to in the evenings. M. Veronica communicated often to make sure all my needs were being met. My time at this property was well spent, it allowed me to find a permanent place to live in the St. Pete area, I couldn't have asked for a better place to live while I was searching. Thank you.
This house was everything we expected and more. It's cozy and homey with lots of personal touches. The front porch is a charming, beautiful place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. The street is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Our host thought of everything-- from toothbrushes and personal care products, laundry soap, paper products, and even spices and condiments, to bicycles, beach chairs, and a small grill and charcoal! Veronica was a pleasure to work with and helped out right away with whatever little thing we needed. She kept in touch during hurricane Ian and made sure we were safe and had everything we needed. The location is great! There is so much to do within driving or bicycling distance, and it's a lovely neighborhood to walk. We really enjoyed St. Pete's Pier and the spectacular sunsets at St. Pete Beach. Would highly recommend this small gem for the price!
The house was exactly as advertised. Charley my puppy and I enjoyed e ery minute of our stay. I love the location. So easy to get to all the local venues. I hope to repeat the trip next summer.
I was staying in St Petersburg for one month trying to get a feel for the area to see if I wanted to move there. This house was perfect as it was very centrally located, just a short walk or drive to all the different neighborhoods. In addition to being centrally located, the house was very clean and came with all the amenities needed. The neighborhood itself was also very quiet and safe. As I was working during my trip, I also needed room to work and high-speed Internet. That wasn't a problem and had no issues connecting to Zoom calls, etc. Veronica was also very helpful and was quick to answer any questions I had. I'd highly recommend for either or a short or long stay.
This was a perfect getaway! Enjoyed neighborhood walks/bike rides to the nearby dog park and Pickleball courts. Yummy ice cream shop nearby. Easy access to the highway and about 20-30 minutes to the beaches (my favorite was North Beach at Fort de Soto)
If there were 100 stars, we’d give it for this home and its owner. We loved using the cruiser bikes to go mike to all the Beach Drive restaurants and hot spots on Central Avenue. The brick street neighborhood is beautiful to walk around. The owner provided beach chairs, towels, toiletries, laundry …anything you’d need for a carefree stay. We plan to return next year and can’t recommend it highly enough.
We stayed at the house for the month of January 2022. The place was great. Everything you could possibly need was provided. The interior of the house was decorated very nicely. The cable and wifi worked well and consistently. We loved that the house was within walking distance of all the good places to eat on 4th street. We used the bicycles to go to the Bay Area and downtown. We rode them easily to The Pier and all the pubs and restaurants on Central Ave. St Petes beach and Pass A Grille are very short car trips away. It’s worth it to get the Sun Pass for tolls and download the ParkMobile app for beach parking. The sunsets from the balconies at the beaches alone were worth the trip. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be staying at this house again.
The location is definitely the best part of this house. We were an easy walk to a few restaurants and a 15 min walk to crescent lake which has pickleball and a dog run. The drive to downtown was only about 5 mins and 20-30 to the beach. The neighborhood is safe and the house is on a quiet street. There was only one day we couldn't park directly in front of the house and that day we were just down the block. Many postings for St Pete have shared yards or laundry so the fact that this house is completely private was a plus. The host was also very responsive and took care of a small issue we had immediately. The negatives for me (which were clear from the listing so no surprises) were no real back yard and no dishwasher. Also, the house started to feel pretty small after being there for a month of WFH with 2 people.
House was immaculate& very well appointed with everything you could need. Furniture& bed very comfortable. Great quiet neighborhood& close to everything. Veronica responded quickly to any questions. & always let you know when she was coming to take care of lawn. She is a very gracious host who thought of everything you could possibly need for a month long stay. I would highly recommend this VRBO!!
