Our family stayed for 5 days in this beautiful home. It was the perfect location for all of us. We loved how close it was to the community pool, clubhouse, pickleball courts and river. The backyard was so nice for the littles to run and play. The home had plenty of room for all of to spread out and enjoy. We loved having dinner each night on the shaded patio. We plan to come back again next year.
This is a large Home with plenty of room for Five adults and four Children. Everything is in good repair with a good kitchen for the whole group. Location is wonderful as there is a large grass area between the home and the lake. In August, the weather was great, a little warm, but that’s easy to remedy with a Lake in front of you is a wonderful place for boating and water. Activities.
We very much enjoyed our family reunion. This house was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The room layout provided one level for each of our families (3rd floor for family of 5, 2nd floor for two families, 1st floor for another family. With a 4 year old the play area was great. lots of kitchen items and a new grill made cooking easy. Jeff was a great host
This was the ideal vacation rental for our large family. Jeff was very communicative prior and during our stay. Great location and amenities for us to utilize during our stay as well.

We had all of our kids and grandkids with ages 59 yrs down to 1 1/2 months and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! There was a playground in the backyard that the younger kids loved. We would definitely come again!

Loved every mjnute.
The house was a perfect fit for our family. We're a large group and the house accommodated us very well. Although the neighborhood was quiet there was lots to do for all of us. We definitely want to return.

Great spot- good hosts- crappy HOA
Second time at this spot in the last three years- the owners are awesome- great spot, great place - but the HOA for suncove is tough- cannot moor a boat- very inflexible and draconian- we will not be back

Don’t bring your boat
We loved the location, we loved the house & all the accommodations.Only problem with our family is most of our grandkids are young adults so bunk beds & twins were not the best. Only thing we did not like are the HOA rules say only MEMBERS can use the dock & boat slips so we had to trailer the boat every time not in use for more than an hour & bring it up to the house. All in all a wonderful family vacation

Great times with the family
The family had a great time at Sun Cove at this house. The house had plenty of bedrooms for all the different families to have their own rooms lot of bathrooms. Situated right up from the lake with grass right out the front of the house. The kitchen was on the basement floor which we thought was a little weird to start with. But it worked out very good and had lots of shade, it was pretty warm. Overall we enjoyed the house the location and the closeness to Lake Chelan. Had a day trip to Lake Chelan went to the slidewaters with the grandkids it was great.

Great house and great hosts!
The house is very family friendly! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms make it very acomodating for many families. The view is great and the huge lawn and playground just in front are guaranteed fun for kids!
The host was very kind and responsive! We ran out of gas and they replaced it within 5 minutes of my call.
This is the second time I’ve stayed in this house and would like to go back every year for more!

Perfect for a multi family group!!
We LOVED this place! There was a playground almost immediately in front of the house where our kids could play while we sat on the patio overlooking the dock. The pool was two houses down so we could all walk barefoot there and back (but was far enough away we couldn't hear the people who were there!). The house was stocked really, really well. And the owner was he best we've ever worked with. I texted him about the coffee pot not working, and he called me back within about 10 minutes with a solution. We had a brand new pot that night! There's a wonderful sandy beach down a trail by the boat launch, and although we couldn't use the dock for mooring, we used it to pick up and drop off the kiddos and inflatables with no problem. The house has two bedrooms on each floor, which was nice separations. There was a grill and a spare tank of fuel beside. Such a great vacation!!

Fun family place in the summer
This was a great place to stay for our extended family. The pool is just 2 houses away, the yard is huge, and there were plenty of rooms/beds for us. Out on the patio, we had to do some cleanup, as there were a bunch of cobwebs and bugs, but that is just because they get a lot of gnats in the evenings. Inside was clean and in decent condition. A/C worked well, even in the kids rooms on the top floor. Also loved all the seating/tables on the patio, and the lounge chairs. We had a great time with 14 people staying there.

Perfect for Extended Family
We stayed with 13 people ages 2 years to 70 years. The younger members of the family loved the playground area right in the back yard. The pool was amazing for the medium age kiddos as well as all the adults. The house space was perfect. The kitchen was big enough that many people could help at the same time. The table held 10 people comfortably and we put the rest at the bar. Having a separate space for people to be conversing, playing games or doing whatever, was also great. The outside space was just right too. We could watch the river and the kiddos at the same time. It was a perfect location and a great house for multiple generations.

Great location on the river!
Our group of four families had a great week at this Sun Cove Waterfront home. The owner lives next door, and was very accessible in person and by phone when we had questions. The pictures don't really do the area justice. The community pool is 2 homes away. The main boat ramp is in the parking lot next to the pool. Renters are not allowed to use the boat slips. We had our boat unattended while eating lunch, and it was quickly identified as not having a permit. We were told we had 30 min to move it - or it would be chained and fined. The slips can be used for dropping off boaters, or swapping out people, but the boat may not be left unattended. Because the house is so close, it really wasn't that big of a deal to pull the boat out each night. There are basketball and tennis courts right behind the house, as well as a very nice playground area, including a volleyball net. Our kids brought bikes, but they didn't get much use - mostly because they were busy doing other things. There is an unpaved but smooth trail right at the edge of the lawn. I'm not sure how far or where it goes.
As far as the house goes, it had most everything we needed. It's an older home, but it is in good condition. It does have a BBQ, A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher and wireless (no disposal though).
Hands down the biggest asset of this rental is its close proximity to the Sun Cove amenities . Shy, the owner, was a pleasure to work with as well.

A great home for 15 people but bring your own plumbing tools.
This home has three levels of comfortable bedrooms. Plenty of outdoor seating was perfect for outdoor eating. The main floor toilet became clogged by some basic bathroom use - not including tampons or anything else not acceptable to a toilet. The owner called a plumber but it took over 24 hours for one to arrive. If only there was a pipe "snake" to unclog the toilet! The owner wanted us to pay the full plumbing bill but we negotiated to split the $300 bill in half with the owner. This put a damper on our week. Also, per Sun Cove rules, renters are not allowed to tie up at the docks. It was important to us to use our boat throughout the day. A buoy is included with the rental. We used the docks to load and unload people. One of us had to wade through seaweed to get to our boat attached to the buoy. A blow up rowboat became our mode of transportation to the buoy. This was fine but tiresome. Luckily we are young and eager to boat. It was really nice being only three houses away from the clubhouse.

Beautiful Setting on the River
This house was perfect for our group of golfers. Plenty of space on the green grass to spread out and enjoy the evening weather. The setup for sleeping allowed us to fit 15 guys in this house and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. No reason to leave other than to golf. We will be back again soon!
