Esta espectacular casa de vacaciones se encuentra en el suroeste de Ibiza.
En contraste con el bullicio por el que se conoce la isla, encontrará un lugar majestuoso en una colina que pone el amplio mar, numerosas bahías y maravillosos bosques de pinos a sus pies.
La exclusiva villa está ubicada en el pinar con una vista panorámica sobre el mar hasta la isla de La Conigliera. Está a solo 500 m de la playa de Cala Bassa.
La elegante villa con 250 m2 de espacio habitable ofrece espacio para 8 huéspedes y cuenta con un hall de entrada, sala de estar, cocina, 3 dormitorios cada uno con baño y aseo, así como amplias áreas de balcón y terraza.
Todos los dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado y su propio baño en suite. Disfrute del aroma de los pinos, el canto de los grillos y la naturaleza intacta. Una gran piscina le invita a nadar y tomar el sol.

Great stay in a great villa

There were 6 of is staying here for a week and we all had a great time. Lovely villa with everything you need. A short drive to a supermarket and close to some beaches. They were great hosts and even did a mid-week clean which was lovely of them. Would definitely come again.

Views for days

We had an amazing stay, both Eli and Natalie were great in assisting us. The views were incredible due to location. Hire car essential. Villa has everything you need, could do with a bit of TLC in places. The 8 of us loved our stay, thank you!!

This villa is absolutely stunning, the view is breathtaking

Elie is fantastic and always on the end of the phone to assist when needed. The villa is lovely and although there is no air conditioning in the upstairs rooms Elie had two large fans delivered to the villa when we explained that the current ones weren’t working. Definitely read the instructions that are left as they’re informative and very relevant. Thank you for a wonderful stay 🙏🏻

Just Beautiful

Spent a week in this lovely secluded villa which combines modern elements with rustic charm. Forget the villa itself, it’s all about the terraces, pool and the view Travelling with a 3 and 5 year old the private pool was where we spent most of our time, heading to local beaches for the sunset. Word of warning, this property is off the beaten track; a small compact rental car might not make it up the fairly steep driveway; so hire an SUV….. it was great fun on a scooter If you’re looking for a wonderful space, incredible views and absolute privacy this is the villa for you.

Wunderschöner Meerblick, etwas abgelegen

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Ibiza-Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Korrespondenz mit Elie, dem Vermieter, war stets schnell und unproblematisch. Das Haus ist abgelegen und nur mit einem guten Auto erreichbar. Unser alter Volvo SUV war dafür optimal. Andere Fahrzeuge ohne Vierradantrieb, mit weniger PS oder niedrigere Autos dürften Probleme mit den Schlaglöchern und der steilen Auffahrt bekommen. Der Weg an die Cala Bassa ist deutlich länger (ca. 1,4 km) als angegeben. Die Aussicht ist sensationell. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe. Es gibt mehrere große Terrassen, auch auf dem Dach. Es sind nur zwei der vier Schlafzimmer klimatisiert, aber mit Ventilator und Moskitonetz ging es einigermaßen (es war eine sehr heiße August-Woche). Die Küche ist etwas altmodisch. Es gibt keine Geschirrspülmaschine. Leider vertrugen sich der neue Warmwasserboiler und der Stromgenerator (der immer vormittags für einige Stunden einspringt, wenn die Solarzellen auf dem Dach nicht genug liefern) nicht: Entweder es gab Strom oder heißes Wasser, also morgens kalt duschen, was aber nach der heißen Nacht ganz angenehm war. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes großes Haus!

Jolie vue, mais...

Très Bon : Jolie vue depuis la villa. 2 très belles chambres en RDC. Piscine agréable. Climatisation pas utilisée mais neuve. Bonne connection Wifi et bonne TV. Pas bon : Cuisine et électroménager en fin de vie. (frigo avec 1 étagère, gazinière avec 2 feux en panne) Salon de jardin a renouveler. Gros problème pour avoir de l'eau chaude, ce dont nous avons été prévenu après notre arrivée... Générateur qui se lance le matin à 9 heures avec ses effluves de Gasoil en plein petit déjeuner...Parasol très mal en point en bord de piscine. Présence de nombreux chats sur la terrasse... En conclusion, il reste encore 2 étages de la maison à rénover. Si ils le sont comme le RDC, ce sera parfait !

Jolie vue mais des choses à améliorer

La maison a une magnifique vue sur Ibiza, Elie répond rapidement aux messages. Les points positif : - vue magnifique sur la côte d’Ibiza - tranquillité du quartier - response rapide de l’hôte Les points négatifs : - La maison fonctionne à l’énergie solaire, nous avons eu du mal à avoir de l’eau chaude pendant notre séjour (seulement 2 jours sur 7 jours de location) - dans les chambres du haut il n’y a pas de climatisation donc il fait très chaud l’este - dans les chambres du bas, il n’y a pas de rideau mais seulement un voilage donc la lumière est très présente dans la chambres dès 6h

Amazing views.

We stayed for a week in Oct during the Covid pandemic. The owner had reassured us that he would refund us if we were unable to stay which was very reassuring. We managed to escape the UK and it was well worth it. The villa is lovely -clean and well maintained. The pool looked fantastic but was a bit chilly in October. The view was unbeatable. Have been in lockdown for many months it made our heats sing. The location is good although i would recommend not upgrading your car to a low profile cabriolet as we did as the track to to villa is a bit rugged. But it's this that gives you the splendid isolation and view we sought. A brisk 15 minute walk and you are on Cala Bassa's beautiful golden sands.

A slice of calm in Ibiza

We are a group of friends in our 40’s who have just come back from a fantastic stay in Ibiza at Can Elvi. Given the UK government restrictions placed on Ibiza recently we were not sure if we should travel there. Elie was very patient and accommodating while we decided. We were so glad we did go!! The villa is just as in the pictures. It’s very quiet and peaceful and there is a lovely 180 degree view of the sea, where you can spend a few hours watching the boat traffic. The two bottom rooms are quite new and air conditioned and waking up to the pool and sea view was lovely. The pool itself is very well positioned and a good size and there are plenty of sun beds. The rest of the villa is spacious with a couple of big terraces that you can head up to for sun downers! The only thing to consider is that the villa is a few minutes drive up a fairly bumpy dirt track so you do need a car. This in turn is what keeps the villa quiet and tranquil. We did manage to get taxis to come up using the Ibiza taxi app. There is also the lovely Cala Bassa beach club a 15 minute walk away where you can swim, and enjoy lovely food and drinks all day and into the evening. Taxis also come here so it is easy to pick one up from CBBC. Check in was easy as we were met at a local restaurant and driven to the villa by Ellen so easy to find and get in. We came in a strange time for the world and we really felt that we had our own little oasis!

Woning was prima , alleen dat er niet op alle slaapkamers een airco aanwezig is dat is voor ons een reden om niet meer voor deze woning te kiezen.

A Perfect Getaway retreat

We had a wonderful time at the villa, amazing view, very quiet and peaceful. We had arrived after some heavy storms so the dirt track to the property was challenging and a 4x4 car was very useful, also essential as we wanted to go out in the evening s to the local restaurants and some days to find not so over-populated beaches which is best done in the mornings and then return back to the villa for lunch. Overall, it was perfect for us, thank you.

Etwas abgelegen aber traumhaft schön

Dem Titel ist nichts hinzuzufügen. Es war ein toller Urlaub, lediglich die Anfahrt über nicht asphaltierte Strassen zum Schluss ist gewöhnungbedürftig. Aber das sind auch nur ein paar Minuten und man wird mit einem majestätischen Blick aufs Meer und einer kühlen Briese, durch die Lage auf einem Hügel, entschädigt.

The view from the terrace and pool are breathtaking. We had a great time

Villa setting is wonderful, It has lots of space and different areas to make sure there is a little something for everyone, the upper terrace has a shaded area, a hammock and is cool with light breezes, which contrasts with the sun terrace and pool area for the sun lovers. Villas is well equipped in the kitchen and linen/towels are ample. The garden is well tended and pretty. We did experience some water pressure issues on a couple of days (which happens to all the properties in this area) but only in the upper bathroom and was no problem as showers were running in the downstairs bathrooms. The area has some great beaches and lovely restaurants overlooking the sea and sunsets. We hired a boat from SAN Antonio for the day which was a bit of an indulgence but was a a special day. We only had a week but managed to completely relax and recharge!

Beautiful villa with an outstanding view of the sea

We spent 11 days in the villa in June 2018, just the 2 of us, but the villa could easily accommodate 4-6 people. It took us 20-25 minutes to drive from the airport to the house - overall, the villa is very quiet, the nearest neighbors are not too far but their house is hidden in the back. We sometimes heard some noise/music from other houses or even boats (the sounds carry well from the sea to the hill) but this was really a very minor issue - the bed in the bedroom downstairs is very nice and we slept very well (some mosquitoes some nights) - the house is not super modern but very nice, practical and very comfortable at the same time - the terrace is just amazing, huge and with a beautiful view, we spent all our time there, reading in the shade or the sun - the swimming pool is great, just below the terrace - grocery shopping: a nice supermarket (8-minute drive, note that the road is a dirt road to get to the house), with fresh fruits and veggies as well as a nice meat section - the beach: just Google Cala Bassa beach club - it takes only 15 minutes to get there by foot on a dirt trail, the water is amazing and it's actually not too crowded (especially early morning and after 6pm) - overall, the area is beautiful and still not as developed as other areas in Ibiza, we truly enjoyed our time in the villa, this was one of our best vacations ever!

Amazing time and view

Amazing view. Me and my family spend a week in July and had a wonderful time. So much to discover around this place. This is the real Ibiza. Exceptionally quiet and the view ...you never get tired of. Loved it so much we are planning to go back next year.

Stunning and private location

We loved our stay at Can Elvi. The views from the house and pool are spectacular, and you can't hear anything other than the trees, the wind, and the sea. It's magical. The main feedback I would give is around the amenities... it would be great if there were hairdryers there... my friend and I expected they would be provided and it was disappointing and frustrating to be without a hairdryer for a week. Similarly there was insufficient dishwashing detergent, sponges for washing, no soap in the showers, insufficient toilet paper... it feels like these things should be provided by default. But it wasn't the end of the world, and the beauty of the location and surrounds made up for it :)
