Winterwood Retreat è una tranquilla località per le vacanze a Steamboat. Questa spaziosa camera da letto con 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni, una residenza cittadina di 1,604 piedi quadrati si affaccia su Burgess Creek ed è idealmente situata dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla National Forest e alla pista ciclabile ed escursionistica di Creekside. La residenza cittadina a 3 piani è stata ristrutturata con pavimenti in piastrelle, camino in ardesia, bagni in quarzo e moquette nuova in tutto.

Entra nel livello intermedio in una stanza di fango con una panca e un ripostiglio per il tuo equipaggiamento. Siete guidati nella cucina completamente attrezzata con bellissimi ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, armadi rifiniti e bancone (3 sgabelli da bar). A ridosso della cucina si trova un'ampia sala da pranzo e soggiorno con posti a sedere ampi e confortevoli. Rilassati sul divano e guarda il grande schermo TV o riscaldati vicino al camino a gas. Apri le porte scorrevoli del soggiorno e raggiungi la terrazza coperta che si affaccia sul torrente Burgess e gusta un caffè, un cocktail o un pasto in un ambiente sereno. C'è anche una griglia per barbecue sul ponte coperto per tutto l'anno. Il livello principale ha un bagno completo, tra cui una lavatrice e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza.

La suite Master si trova all'ultimo piano con soffitti a volta, una camera da letto bonus in allegato e un bagno completo splendidamente aggiornato, che lo rende perfetto per la famiglia. Offre un comodo letto king size e un letto singolo e un letto a rotelle nella camera da letto adiacente.

La seconda camera dispone di un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello con due letti singoli XL. È sul suo stesso piano e proprio accanto alla sauna in casa !. C'è un bagno completo anche a questo livello.

L'isolamento e la privacy, ma così vicino alle attività estive e invernali, insieme agli interni rinnovati, rendono Winterwood il perfetto rifugio di montagna.

Great Stay by Steamboat

Nice, clean property, close to the mountain and great free shuttle service. We had very spotty WiFi, however; not sure if this was due to faulty equipment or inclement weather. Overall a nice stay with convenience and good service.

A great time was had by all!

We had a wonderful time this week at Steamboat Springs! The place was great and was the perfect size for 8 people (10 would have been a stretch). They provided a complimentary shuttle for us on an icy day and everything worked as advertised. Would stay here again!

The Team went above and beyond

The itrip team was great. They had a team member stop by once we were settled in to make sure everything was okay and that house was stocked, met our expectations. They also had a complementary shuttle that runs all day that was very easy to book and the driver was the best! The house was clean and only .5 miles to the closest lift, an easy walk. 10/10 would recommend the house and booking with itrip steamboat.

Not worth the price

Pictures of the place exaggerate its layout. Kitchen is very small, really only one person should be in it. Dishwasher was broken as the soap dispenser did not release. The microwave was not working and a underwhelming make shift microwave was on the kitchen counter. The sheets and pillows are rough and need to be replaced. The back door has a loose lock and wasn’t locked when we came in. The biggest thing is the mice dropping in the place. I contacted staff and they gave responses that were sarcastic and would not provide a mangers name. This is not worth the price and I wouldn’t stay with iTrip again. Extremely underwhelming.

Great location and amenities!

I stayed at this ski condo with family for a long weekend. The location was awesome. Skiers could walk 10 minutes to the mountain or take the shuttle 4 minutes to the base. Town was just a 12 minute drive. We had a great time at the condo after a day on the mountain. There is a full kitchen, a grill, a sauna, and games for us to play. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our little reunion. The best part was the free shuttle provided by iTrip. We just had to submit where we wanted to go and the amount of people and the shuttle picked us up in less than 30 minutes of requesting every time. Highly recommend!

Great location

Great place, close to the slopes!

We had a great time staying here with our group of family and friends! We were able to easily shuttle ourselves to the Thunderhead chair lift for skiing. Also the home had enough chairs so that we could all sit around the dining table and eat together, which is sometimes hard to find.

Great Place

Had a group of friends up for a weekend away in Steamboat and this place was great! Comfy, clean. The shuttle service was super convenient and the drivers were always so nice. The company was super responsive with communication if any questions arrived.

Dream Boat

We had a small group drive up from Denver to stay at the condo in Steamboat. We had a great time. The condo was stocked with what we needed for meals, everyone had a bed, and the common areas offered plenty of seating for everyone. The fire place was cozy and the patio/grill were a nice addition that you don't often get. The personal sauna was also a nice touch!

Spring Break 2023

Nice property. Changes have been made to the dining room chairs and bar stools, they are metal now. Sauna is awesome! Adults stayed on the third floor with the king bed and trundle while the kids stayed in the basement. Shuttle was convenient. 3 full bathrooms were awesome for 8 people.

Great Location in the woods

We loved this condo. It wasn’t apart of some big complex and had a great balcony overlooking trees and a creek. Interior was very clean and bright. Beds were comfortable. It wasn’t an issue for us but the third bedroom is accessed only through the master so I felt it should have been advertised as a two bedroom. We would definitely stay there again

Nice place but needed some TLC. Major problem: mouse droppings in the downstairs bathroom and along wall baseboard. Less than major problem the downstairs shower handle was broken and master bathroom shower drain backed up. Plumber had work it over but did a great job.

Broken appliances made vacation work..

Rather than repairing or replacing broken appliances iTrips or the owner decide to just email several days in advance and notify us that we should manually do dishes. They didn’t have a sink plug, a dish drying rack or hand towels to dry the dishes. The broken dishwasher was filled with horrible smelling sludge. Do not recommend this property or any property managed by iTrips.

Just Like Being at Home

This was an amazing place to stay! It has everything that you could ever think of needing while you are on vacation. To our family, it was just like being at HOME! The check in process was nice and smooth. The communication with the owners (even before arrival) and even the rental company was fast and exceptional. The location was great and the drive up to the property was magnificent!!! It was surprisingly a lot closer to the mountain that we expected which was a good thing. It is also located in somewhat of a secluded and quiet area which is exactly what we wanted. Oh and the areas around the property for us to just play in the freshly fallen snow were perfect! The amount of room/ space for a family of 4 was more than we expected. The kitchen had more appliances, pots/pans, utensils than we could have ever imagined. My kids were even surprised with the "crockpot" that was available. Of course they mentioned that the only thing it didn't have was an "air fryer" but that's just because they were looking for something that the kitchen did not have. This place had more than enough of extra blankets, sheets, pillows, and towels for our family. Which was something that we definitely appreciated. Oh, and I cannot forget to mention that there was an abundance of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap, sponges, and even toilet paper!! I definitely want to thank this place for having their "Magic Bag" vacuum pump available for use. This is because I accidentally forgot to bring ours with us so I was a bit worried on how I would re-seal our bags for our trip back home. The only SLIGHLTY negative thing that we had to say about this place was that the two curtains in the living room did not completely cover the entire back sliding door. However, this was easily "fixed" by using a bed sheet to help cover this opening. This is DEFINITELY a place that me and my family agreed on that we would love to stay again while in Steamboat! Thank you again for having us and for also having everything we could have needed during our stay !

All good!

My wife and I spent four nights in Townhome #2. Check in was smooth and the property was exactly as advertised, No unwelcome surprises. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the location to the trails we hiked was perfect. If we visit Steamboat Springs again, we will contact iTrip and rent this same townhouse again.
