Il prezzo settimanale di noleggio COMPRENDE: barca a doppia console SeaFox da 21 'con fuoribordo 150HP e bimini top.

Canale di facile accesso a pochi minuti dal Golfo del Messico, Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers e molte bellissime spiagge e ristoranti appartati!

Fantastico canale sul lungomare. Goditi la pesca, guardando i delfini occasionali nuotare vicino o un cocktail dal tuo molo! Il canale è più largo e si nutre di altri canali e di un lago che rende interessanti le persone / la navigazione in barca. Dock ha anche un tavolo con posti a sedere.

Our stay was excellent,the listing was exactly what we got,having a boat is the best part,location is in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything and a nice boat ride to the open water,would definitely stay again

Perfect Getaway

This house was an absolute amazing experience. Everything was so clean and in such good condition. The boat was incredible and we caught so many fish during our stay. My son is already begging me to rebook for next year. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome stay! Boat was really nice!

We had a great stay at this property. It was exactly as advertised and was well equipped. Pam and Tim were helpful while not intrusive. The outdoor space was very nice. Plenty of places to hang out. Would definitely stay again if we are in area.

Wonderful, relaxing week at the perfect house

We are a family of 5 with 3 kids, ages 12 and under, and absolutely loved our stay at the Jewel of the Cape! The boat was so fun and we used it almost every day. The home is very clean and has all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. We loved boating right up to nearby restaurants as well as grilling by the pool. We would love to stay there again!

Honeymoon

Our honeymoon stay was fabulous. The home was perfectly equipped to meet our every need. Our days were spent island hopping and our nights grilling and relaxing in the pool. Our host were responsive, kind, and accommodating. A must stay for anyone wanting to thoroughly enjoy a gulf coast vacation.

Christmas in Florida.

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral! The weather wasn't great but it was still better than snow. We loved the outdoor living area. This place has everything you need to live. We had 6 all together and had plenty of room. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had such an enjoyable stay at this property and would not hesitate to return. The hosts were communicative and provided very helpful information regarding operating the boat and navigating the area. Having a brand new boat available for our use was an incredible bonus with this property. We were more than pleased with our week-long stay and took advantage of pool time and boating through the canals and to Sanibel Island and Captiva. Thank you to the owners & hosts for a fantastic stay!

Wonderful Trip

My family spent a week here in April and had a marvelous time. The house was spotless and had everything we needed - well-supplied kitchen, pool toys, beach towels, etc. Having the boat was such a perk. We got trained on how to use it and it made our experience in Cape Coral so unique!

What a jewel!

This was a perfect spot for our vacation! We chose this house because of the boat and pool - and both were fantastic! Great location - close to stores, short drive or relaxing boat ride to beaches, and on a canal. The house has many places to enjoy the Florida sunshine with family or friends, inside & out. Thank you Pam & Tim for all you do/did to make this vacation rental a reality.
