Fantastic apartment in a great location. We really appreciated that there is a bathroom for every bedroom, and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the outdoor patio and enjoyed eating breakfast there. Not a cooks kitchen, but we appreciated the coffee maker, toaster and microwave to heat items for breakfast. So many great spots to eat, shop and stroll nearby. We walked everywhere. It's very centrally located to nearly everything you want to see. Communication was easy with our host once I got connected on WhatsApp. Instructions for checkin were clear and easy to follow and checkout was equally easy. We loved it and would definitely stay again!
Loved the comfort and luxury of the apartment. Communication with owner was amazing. Very responsive and quick to resolve issues. Will be staying there again.
A rare apartment with three king sized beds and bathroom for each bedroom. The thing we valued the most was the location, walking distance to Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, great restaurants and shopping, Galleria Borghese, etc. The hosts shared recommendations on restaurants and experiences, which was helpful.
Kitchen is bare bones, don't plan to do any cooking (though why would you, in Rome?).
Communication in advance of our stay was a bit frustrating; we weren't charged a deposit as the agreement stated and were worried our reservation was going to be cancelled. Had to contact the host several times and finally call on the phone to be charged.
This is a wonderful apartment in the heart of old Rome, on a quiet side street. Easy to get to great shopping and food. Walk everywhere. apartment is large. Nice patio. Great communication with manager. Will stay here again.
We rented this apartment for a 1 week stay in Rome in June. The owner was super helpful and everything was set up well, as advertised in the VRBO listing. The three bedrooms were spacious, 2 were ensuite, and the kitchen was a nice size for preparing breakfast or lunch if you don't want to eat out. We ate out most of the time, however, because there were so many good, affordable restaurants nearby offering excellent traditional Italian food. Best of all, this apartment is in a great location to see the best of Rome! It is close to the high end shopping street, Via de Corso, and close to the Villa Borghese park, Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna for night-time strolls and sightseeing. Even if you want to go farther afield to see classic Roman sights such as the Vatican or Colosseum, they are a short taxi / metro ride away. We really enjoyed staying here. For anyone who is visiting Rome in the summer when it can be very hot and humid, another bonus is that this apartment has A/C in all the bedrooms and in the living room so you can get a respite from the heat.
My main complaint is the check in process and the booking. I accidentally booked the apartment for one instead of 6. The property owner told me to contact VRBO to change the booking and VRBO said they called the owner and he didn't respond. So, there was only one of us on the reservation, therefore only one of us had access through the app that unlocks the door. I asked the owner to have it changed at least 3 times to add my friends to the rental. We got to the apartment and we were
unable to get in with the app for 30 min until we figured it out.We found hard keys inside.which we used for.the rest.of.our stay. I had asked to have someone meet us there for check in due to my concerns about the booking but no one came. We also had no Nespresso pods for the coffee machine and nowhere did we see where we could get them. We also had no napkins or paper towels. Nothing to wipe up the water that leaked out of the fridge. The owner was very kind and did respond quickly to send a repairman. I feel the apartment was very well furnished for our needs, it was clean, and we felt safe. The location was perfect. The owner let us keep our bags there on checkout day to accommodate our late tour schedule. Small problems , but they kind of added up.
This place is by far the best that we have rented in the area. The location is perfect, close to shops, coffee in the morning, and such a nice quiet street. It was easy to book and the unit was perfect for four people (one couple). The patio in the back was great after a long days walk and wanting to relax and have a glass of wine….or bottle. We will for sure be renting this unit again.
Large beautiful Modern 3 Bdrm 3 Bth A/C Apt - a Must Stay in Rome
Although a very short stay at the luxury Brunetti Apartment, as a group of six, we couldn’t have been more pleased. The host was absolutely amazing and in constant contact with me to fulfill all my requests. She even helped us with excellent transportation services. The apartment accommodations were as clean and beautiful as the pictures on the site if not even better. It definitely is an amazing, conveniently located rental in Rome that I would highly recommend staying at if you’re going with multiple friends or a large family. Thank you to the amazing host for making our short stay so welcoming and wonderful! We will definitely be back!
This apartment is in a great location close to rome's major sites. Lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms which is great for families/groups. It is nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, outdoor terrace and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.
This was my first time to use VRBO outside if the US so I was worrying a little but it couldn’t have gone off any better! The hostess even arranged a driver for us and a luggage nanny. The location was ideal! The set up worked very well for our adult children with the rooms having their own bathrooms. The hostess/host was great about getting back with me when I had questions and accommodating when I requested sheets for the couch. The only thing I could have asked for additionally was some coffee or espresso pods to start off the morning. If you like a firm bed you might find the beds to be a little too soft. But really, it was a fantastic stay overall!
We really enjoy our stay in the Brunetti!
Everything was good, very close to a lot of attractions
The host is amazing, we would recommend this apartment for sure for a fancy stay in Rome
Comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment very centrally located
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The property was clean and conveniently located in one of the best areas of Rome.
Management was great and responded quickly to our requests.
We would stay there again!
The location is a short walk to the Spanish Steps, great dinner spots all around you! The apartment is close to a small market, 6 min walk to laundry mat, lots of luxury shopping close by. The apartment was great for the 5 of us, one of the rooms is a bit small but the other two were perfect for 2 people. This was the perfect location for our stay and we loved being in close proximity of some fantastic dinner spots. We would definitely recommend.
Very much enjoyed our stay at Brunetti. The unit is very well designed and appointed, with central access to nearly everything in Rome. The owner communicated very well with us and even helped us organize airport transfers.
I travel a lot for both pleasure and business, this was my first experience with a Homeaway property and it was wonderful. The location is definitely very central and quiet. Near the most exclusive stores as well as an eclectic mix of boutiques and restaurants. As you enter you feel right at home thanks to the the attention that the owner put into every detail. Please except my gratitude for your exceptional hospitality.
The place was in a perfect location right in the historical center surrounded by shops and restaurants. Antonio went out of his way to help us organize everything. The three bedrooms and stylish bathrooms were spotless. We enjoyed the iMac in the master bedroom as it was much better then the iPad we brought along. We did get a chance to sip some wine on the terrace as it was unusually warm in Rome for the season. The wine selection was wonderful as well.
The unit looked just like the pictures and was well appointed and extremely comfortable. The property manager could not have been more helpful with assisting us with our trip planning and was a pleasure to deal with. We loved our time there and would repeat.
