This rental will be nice when the construction is finished. It has nice features for an extended stay and is very roomy for a family traveling. I would recommend better blinds and blackout curtains to help with the amount of light that comes in the windows and the road noise. This is also not walking distance to the downtown restaurants and lake.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Not exactly as described
Pros: Comfortable bed for good sleeps. Location was decent but still needed a vehicle.
Cons: All the rentals are under renovations so there are workers working daily, 7 days/week. The dryer did not work at all. The bathtub has new shower heads but the tub is very outdated and rusty. It's been caulked and even painted over and should really be replaced, plus the hot and cold faucets are difficult to adjust. They too should be replaced.
The stove should truly be replaced as well. It's old and has seen its better days. All 4 elements are so loose that it could be classified as a fire hazard. Not one of them are level. Very frustrating!
The entrance door does not close flush. You can see through the side and the top so hot or cold air enters constantly, not to mention the street noises are echoed right through, as if the door was still open! That causes an increase in heating when cold, and increased a/c when hot. Lots of extra energy being wasted!
I've stayed in many units in the last 12 years and this one gets 3 and 1/2 stars max.
