Villa Paradise è una bellissima villa con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, situata nella famosa SW Cape Coral. Ha una piscina e un'area spa molto belle con una perfetta esposizione occidentale per garantire il sole durante il giorno E gli splendidi tramonti della Florida di notte. L'area della piscina è spaziosa, molto spazio per prendere il sole e divertirsi. Rinfrescati in piscina o rilassati nella spa calda. C'è anche una meravigliosa sala da pranzo all'aperto dotata di una griglia e una cucina esterna più piccola, tutto il necessario per un soggiorno perfetto. 

La villa si trova a SW Cape Coral, una delle zone più famose di Cape Coral. Sei a pochi passi dal supermercato Publix, dal famoso Lobster Lady Restaurant e dal mercato del pesce, dal Duffy's Bar e, naturalmente, da Cape Harbor Marina con il ristorante Rumrunners e da tutti i tipi di eventi diversi per tutta la famiglia. Sei anche vicino a Cape Coral Pkwy, per un facile accesso a Down Town Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel e Captiva Island.

Questa villa offre tre camere da letto, due bagni, un'accogliente sala TV, una zona pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata con frigorifero di dimensioni standard, forno, piano cottura, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie e fabbricatore di ghiaccio.

Wisconsin get away

We stayed for 5 weeks in The Villa Paradise. The house was very clean and pretty much as pictured. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful and quiet. The pool was amazing! Spent most days just relaxing on the lanai and in the pool. The yard was beautifully kept which made it enjoyable for our dog. We enjoyed our stay so much we have it booked for 2026.

Highly recommend this house

We had a wonderful visit. The property was exactly what we wanted. Great location, good amount of space in rooms, outdoor area was beautiful and especially loved the fenced in yard for the dogs.

Truly a Villa Paradise

Fantastic stay, just what we needed. Relaxation and family time. Close to grocery and good local restaurants. Pool was the highlight for us, we were in it daily. The weather station and beer fridge were very nice touches! Thanks.

Villa Paradise

Great stay. House is as per the photos, the pool area is great. Neighbourhood is safe and friendly close to grocery stores and some good restaurants. The house is equipped with everything, we stayed over two months and had everything we needed. House is clean and beds are comfy. Communication from the host is very good. We would recommend.

Great house & location to various beaches!

The property was excellent in terms of cleanliness and its accessibility to various beaches. We really enjoyed the pool & hot tub. There was a Publix, gas stations and Dunkin’ Donuts within a mile. The only downside was that the closest beach was 30 minutes away but for the price & amenities offered, I’d do it all over again!

Excellent Stay

Our family had an amazing time in Cape Coral and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the home and neighborhood!! The convience of closeness to everything was awesome. Overall, a great experience!

Absolutely perfect.

This place was amazing. We have always stayed at a condo or hotel, but decided to try a home this time. I will never go back to a hotel again! You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into making this a prefect vacation for their guests. From the huge selection of kitchen ware (seriously, this place has every utensil you would need to cook a 10 course meal) to the bin of pool toys and water guns, they have thought of EVERYTHING! My family had such a wonderful time this week and we will be back next year for sure!

Great vacation home with pool

My wife and I had a wonderful weeks vacation at this great 3 bedroom pool home. The screened in pool and lanai was perfect, and the fenced in yard for our dog was great as well for her. The location of this home is close to everything you need, and the local restaurants and beach areas are not far away. We want to thank the property manager and the home owners for letting us enjoy their beautiful property.

GREAT LOCATION

We enjoyed the screened lani with heated pool and hot tub, the covered outdoor dining and seating around the great room tv. Great laundry facilities, very quiet neighborhood, only had a problem with the ice maker and 1 television and the property manager Erin was very responsive in getting it replaced. Would stay again and again.

Everything we needed

We rented this property for almost 2 weeks while we were moving into our new home in the area. It had everything we needed for my family of 6. Me, my husband, 10 and 2 year old kids and 2 boxer fur babies. I was so happy when they said we could have them with us. We brought their crates so they were never left unattended. The fenced in yard was perfect to give them some room to run. We all enjoyed the pool and outside areas. Plenty of towels, kitchen necessities, pillows and blankets. The area was quiet and tucked away but easy access to things. I would easily stay here again if we hadn't already purchased our little slice of paradise.

Beautiful and peaceful home

The house was better than in the pictures. We rented the space for a sisters getaway and didn't want to leave. Whole house, inside and outside was clean and well maintained. The pool & outdoor shower was a really nice treat. If we come back, we will definitely rent the same house. Thank you.

Great Vacation and good location

Overall very good. Glad they were pet friendly. Easy to find and close to what we wanted to do. Only problem the bottom sheets did not fit the king size bed, kept comming off. Told property manager and she brought us a new Queen size sheet. Spa heater did not work. Kept hearing the compressor go off on overload. But didn't matter water was 73 deg. Loved the outside shower

Beautiful Vacation Home!

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. It was exacly as advertised on VBRO. Very clean and spacious. The pool and Lani area was amazing! Our dogs loved the fenced in back yard. Very quiet neiborhood with very friendly people. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Erin for all of your help!

Horrible customer service

The house and location was great but when we arrived the pool and hot tub heater was broke and not fixed until late afternoon the next day. We rented the place specifically for the hot tub and pool but by the time everything heated up we were through more than half our stay. The management company’s response was “it’s a house and these things happen” with no reduced rate or even a future credit. Horrible customer service. I understand things happen but when they do you need to take care of the customer, and make it right. We spent a lot of money for a cold pool and cold hot tub. Vacanza rentals does not care about the customer experience.

Great place to stay.

Exactly what was described in the listing. Beautiful house in a convenient, quiet neighborhood that is beautifully appointed, extremely equipped, comfortable and peaceful. The pool is wonderful. We would highly recommend this VRBO. With that said, you should know a couple of things. They have a huge tv in the living room that is great. However, they have Direct tv with a minimum package of channels. So, you may want to bring an Amazon Fire stick or some other similar source. Also, if you have 2 computers online at the same time, you may be able to connect the tv to the internet. Additionally, a the tv in the master bedroom only has an HD antenna and is not connected to the Direct tv even though the tvs in the other 2 bedrooms are connected. Those are simply for information purposes and do not change our high recommendation for this VRBO.

Great property

The pictures are accurate. We loved the town. I was a little weirded out by them contacting me via email asking for my card information and outside of the app but they were super responsive once in the property. No issues with the property. The little town was amazing and everyone was so friendly. I did not get my rental agreement through VRBO untilI requested but I believe that was a VRBO missed function and not the property management company. All in all we had a good stay and I will specifically look for this company to rent from in the future.

One of our favorites!

we absolutely love Villa Paradise. The owner has thought of everything! We were so sad to leave today, that we plan to book again for the holidays. I was a bit worried we would miss out with it not being on the canal, but that simply was not true. The back yard is like a private oasis and boat rental was super easy at Speed Dock! We plan to make Villa Paradise our home away from home annually!

Exactly what we needed!

Looks exactly like the pics. With Covid running rampant we wanted something private. This was a family girls trip, myself, daughter, daughter in law and one friend, all over 21. We just wanted to hang out in the pool everyday and cook our own meals and relax without having to interact with anyone else. Our mini dachshunds also loved the yard so much and quickly learned to use the doggie door which was so convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
