Located in the coveted Rehoboth by the Sea, this cottage is just steps to the beach. Ideally located just blocks to the Dewey night life but far enough away to enjoy relaxing family time. Enjoy an easy stroll or bike ride to the Rehoboth Town Center, restaurants, and boardwalk. This home boasts a new open concept floor plan with a beautiful state of the art gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, an ice machine and a large island perfect for sitting and chatting with the cook or enjoying a meal. The great room has vaulted ceilings and french doors leading out to a lovely french inspired terrace. This cottage has three bedrooms, two beautifully remodeled full baths, a half bath and an outdoor shower. With ample space, you can sip a cocktail or relax with your favorite book on the private screened porch or quiet back deck complete with sunning chairs.
