Brad and Molly have lived in Clear Lake for over 25 years. Molly grew up in this great town and Brad grew up in neighboring Mason City. They love the Clear Lake community and all it offers no matter the season. Brad and Molly fell in love with this cute little house and also its location. It's close to their two favorite things, the lake and the Surf Ballroom.
