Questa bella casa ha tutto! 3 camere da letto dormiranno 7-8 comodamente con un letto king size combinato, letto matrimoniale, divano letto doppio e letto a castello pieno / doppio.

Solo un miglio dal centro storico e una breve passeggiata di 3 isolati a Fisherman's Village, non c'è posizione migliore nelle isole! Sei vicino a tutto, eppure la nostra tranquilla strada senza uscita sembra completamente privata. La pista ciclabile e pedonale di Punta Gorda Trails si trova a un solo isolato di distanza e ci sono diversi parchi raggiungibili a piedi. La Biblioteca Punta Gorda si trova a soli 0,5 km di distanza, mentre Publix e CVS distano solo 1,5 km. Goditi il tuo molo privato e pesca il giorno lontano, fai un giro in canoa o porta la tua barca e fai una gita a Boca Grande: la nostra posizione privilegiata ti porta nel porto in soli cinque minuti.

La nostra bella piscina e lanai dispone di un bar all'aperto su misura e di una griglia integrata, e ti consente di rilassarti e guardare il tramonto con un desiderabile lanai rivolto a ovest. La cucina completamente ristrutturata con granito e acciaio ti consentirà di cucinare i tuoi pasti nel lusso. Le tre ampie camere da letto dispongono ciascuna di materassi di alta qualità con lussuosi fogli da 400 fili.

La zona giorno aperta dispone di un televisore a schermo piatto e di un proiettore DVD che ti regalano un'esperienza cinematografica comodamente da casa. C'è anche una biblioteca ben fornita con una grande selezione di libri - di tutto, dal "pulcino illuminato" alla letteratura classica, così come molti libri per bambini. La biblioteca è inoltre fornita con una selezione completa di giochi da tavolo e di carte per bambini e adulti.

Ma non è tutto! La nostra confortevole casa per famiglie dispone anche di una "club house" su 2 piani costruita su misura che i bambini di tutte le età adoreranno! I cani sono ammessi con un deposito per animali non rimborsabile. Questa casa ha tutto e ti farà venire voglia di trasferirti nel sud-ovest della Florida!

Another great stay

Once again Chuck was a great host. His house is perfect for hosting family and friends. The grandkids loved the pool. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of paths for dog walking and playground for kids.

Great vacation home

The property is exactly as advertised, good location relative to Fisherman's Village. The Kitchen is well stocked, the house was clean and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay!

Excellent location on a canal and walking distance to Fisherman’s Village and town. Great pool and spa as well. Very clean home with all the amenities. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

The house and pool are top shelf! We had so much fun swimming, fishing, golfing, bike riding, and eating at Fisherman’s Village. I highly recommend the location for any age!

Outstanding home, host, and location

This was the best experience in our many years of booking vacation homes. Chuck was a great host. He welcomed us upon arrival and gave a great overview of the home and location. His home was outstanding as advertised. It has comfortable beds and great layout. Grandkids especially enjoyed the pool. Location offers plenty of options within walking distance to Fisherman’s Village and downtown. Already looking forward to next year.

Great home!

Fantastic time at Chuck's home. It was everything advertised and more. We loved the Punta Gorda area. There is a wonderful pickleball facility not far from the house (Pickleplex). The pool and hot tub were so nice and we usd them everyday.

Get away from Wisconsin

Desirable location & comfortable home

We spent three weeks here exploring the area. We were pleasantly pleased with our findings. The location was within walking distance to the dog park. The trails around that area were all great for walking and biking. There was an abundance of boating opportunities from the dock. We enjoyed the proximity to Fishermen’s Village and the many dining options. Chuck was very friendly and a great host. We would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Punta Gorda Paradise

The house was amazing! We all truly felt at home, the house had everything we needed! Chuck was great and so helpful! Fisherman’s village was such a short walk that we were able to go there several days of our stay. Would highly recommend this property and hope to be able to come back and enjoy another stay in the future!

Very nice place to stay. Only thing it needs is bigger TV in living room and a TV in the bedroom.

The house is very well kept and shows very well. The pool and hottub is really great. Just the minor thing about the TV's. Everything else is awesome.

Location, Location

This property is such a great location, walking distance to Fisherman’s Village, Dog Park, and the beautiful walk down the harbor where you will find outdoor exercise equipment, park, tennis courts, etc. Walk to shops & restaurants. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing. Had everything you could ask for, and more.

We loved the house, pool, location, the library, everything about it. The house was beautifully decorated, functional, clean and comfortable; the neighborhood quiet. The master bedroom bed is very soft. Very close to Fishermans Village and the Harbor Walk. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Would book again.

Wonderful stay

The house was perfect! The pool was crystal clear and we enjoyed lounging and reading under the lanai . The house was spotless and had all the amenities of home. Chuck was great- he met us at the property and gave us a tour and instructions on how to run the hot tub. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella-it was hot at Sanibel Island but very beautiful beach. Overall great stay- would highly recommend!

Great stay all around

This house hit all the right buttons for us. Very convenient location, quiet neighborhood and a gracious and responsive host. I would highly recommend. Bedding was high quality. House was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was great. Overall, just a very nice place. Can’t wait to come back!

As pictured

The house is located on a quiet street just a few blocks from Fisherman’s Village. It is as pictured with ample room and seating for our family (5 adults). The pool and spa were great. We had no luck catching fish from the dock but the guys still enjoyed trying.
