Worn Out and Run Down

Very nice neighborhood, but furnishings need updated. Numerous repairs needed! Curtain rod tied up with string, walls dirty, exhaust fans filthy, air returns filthy, baseboards disgusting, couch had tears in it, furniture coverings in garage peeling. Mixed communications from staff via email.

Family Golf Trip

Big house, plenty of room!

Property was as expected and perfect for our two families. Could maybe use a little more cleaning between renters and a few more bath towels (only 9). Would rent again

Wonderful Girls Weekend Retreat location

This was THE perfect location for our weekend retreat. We had plenty of room! We are a group of ladies who got together to watch a virtual event. We only left the house to do a walk around the area! Beds are comfortable. Location is close to grocery store, pool was perfect. Will stay with Frank and Winnie again! Very nice to work with!

The house is nice but has a lot of damage. Game room wasn't working. Took them 3 days to come out and fix the issues. Broken pool sticks. One burner on the stove doesn't work and makes it hard to cook for 22 people. The house sleeps 25 and they left us 20 bath towels. We went out and bought extras. We also went out and bought hand towels to dry our hands because they didn't leave us any or barh mats. Took them 2 1/2 days to bring those. Properly management doesn't care one bit. Also, they didnt leave a broom , we went out and bought one. They finally brought us one on our last full day and it was so small. Overall, horrible service and the house isn't stocked with basic needs. This is thr fourth or fifth time we've rented a big house so we know what to expect but this house and management team sucked.

NOT CLEAN Not responsive but a lot of space.

Staying at this house put a damper on our trip. The house wasn’t clean. The bed spreads, bed sheets, dinning table, placemats, ceiling fans, patio furniture, dishes etc were all dirty. The Star Wars room had what looked like vomit on the wall and carpet beside the bed. I have pictures of all this. It was hard to get someone to respond when we asked for assistance. We finally received clean sheets the day before we left. Some one came to clean the ceiling fans and the floor and wall the day after we arrived. No one from the property management team came to the house to apologize or to assist. When they responded via text it was a Delayed response. What you see in the pictures isn’t exactly what you get. There are holes in the walls and the blinds to the patio are broken. There’s a lot of bedrooms but I would not recommend this house.

Lovely home in need of maintenance

While the house is large and roomy it is need of repairs. There were holes in several walls, furniture should be replaced (i.e. broken dining room chairs, springs coming out of couch, upstairs couch broken) kitchen cabinets need repair. We had issues with the pool and hot tub. Paid to have it heated for two weeks and the heater did not work six of those days. Also had mold in the Lego shower. It would still be a great home to rent if some work was put into it. We were there over Christmas so it probably took longer to get the part for the pool heater. We asked for some pool sticks with ends on them and they were brought to us fairly quickly. Also the picture in the house listing showing the view from the pool as a big open area should be pulled. Behind the house is a bunch of other houses

Big Home, but not good for families

This property is large for a group and although it is newer it is unfortunately not in great shape. We had issues with the cleanliness that needed to be addressed, mainly the carpeting, walls (multiple holes in the drywall), and mold in the bathroom showers. After contacting the management company an offer was made to clean the carpets, however we had a full house of guests and so wet carpets would not have been ideal for small children. The entire house had an odd odor, and in particular all of the closets smelled like something was burned in them. The cushions on the back patio were covered in black mold and again, we asked the property management company to address the issue which was done (after some confusion on the actual house address), however they were power washed and we were not able to utilize them for the majority of our stay given they were soaking wet. The kitchen is outfitted with the true basics, nothing beyond. This is as advertised, however we have stayed in multiple VRBO properties and the kitchens have always been better equipped. The largest problem with the house is the location. The homes surrounding this one are all short term rentals - one night+. It is clearly known among locals that they make for a great deal on the weekends to rent as party locations. We had partiers on either side of our home until 5AM every night, with loud music, drugs, and lots of alcohol. Again, not conducive to a family environment. When we received information on the rental we were provided a notice that excessive noise could result in eviction, so I asked our rental agent to address the noise next door and was told to call the Sheriff, not exactly what we wanted to deal with on our extended family vacation. Overall the entire Championsgate community seemed nice, but I think our location was particularly bad given the neighbors and the condition of the home.

Amazing Property!!!

This home is beyond beautiful!! Our family of 20 were extremely comfortable and had plenty of space to move around. There were a few minor issues such as the breaker kept flipping for several of the bedrooms upstairs but overall, AMAZING! I would definitely stay here again.

Summer Vacation 2021

Pictures does this home no justice!! This home was beautiful inside and out. Plenty of space for our family of 20 to move around comfortably. There were a few minor issues that can be easily resolved. One being that the breaker for several of the rooms upstairs kept tripping; we weren't sure why so much heat was coming from the dryer then noticed the exhaust vent wasn't connected; although the air worked great, the air filters were extremely dirty so I would recommend that the property manager ensure they are changed periodically to ensure nothing happens to the system. The grill rental ($200) is a bit expensive considering the type of grill provided. Overall AMAZING HOME and we would definitely stay here again.

Orlando Getaway

We were very impressed with the accuracy of the photos online to the actual house. There was a bit of an expectation that the rooms would be smaller in person than they appeared online. The house has a great layout for groups like ours. There are two master bedrooms on the lower levels, one that has a bathroom to share off the kitchen and the other that has a bathroom for the pool. That bathroom has a separate door to be able to close off if the guests in that bedroom go to sleep earlier than those hanging out at the pool which is convenient. The overall communication from the time we booked until we visited was good but communications coming from different emails did get a bit confusing. The onsite property manager was responsive but we did have an issue with our dryer not working that was a bit disappointing but was fixed the last day. Overall, the house was spacious and well equipped with what we needed for a big group on vacation.

Beautiful, but communication lacked

Gorgeous, brand-new property. It is away from the clubhouse, but the property is clean and gorgeous. The SPA heat did not work, even after contacting the owners. We also have not received our security deposit, over 2 weeks after checking out. We had a small hiccup with the owners cancelling our reservation after a misunderstanding, but they were wonderful at fixing the situation and renewed the reservation.

Beautiful house and very nice owner!!!

Coolest host ever and one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at ! It's relatively close to the parks. It is in a very private neighborhood and about 10min drive form Disney and close enough to restaurants and shops. The house is absolutely beautiful, very well kept and clean. This is the perfect setting for people who love nature, space. We had a wonderful time in a beautiful home would definatly recommend amd use again.
