Newly renovated home. 3 bedroom pool hot tub house close to the strip. House is 10 min drive and is located in the green valley portion of town. Close to the freeway and tons of shopping and restaurants. Home has BBQ and eat in kitchen if that what you chose. WiFi Roku in every bedroom with Netflix. Cable in living and master. Perfect for family

The house was clean, pool and hot tub were perfect for our family of four. My teen age boys loved the game room and we will definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet location

The house was comfortable and quiet. The pool and jacuzzi was everything. The host was always quick to respond for any questions. Would definitely return to this cozy home

Loved it

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, clean and well furnished home. Location is easy to get too. Don and Luis were very accommodating to our questions and easy to work with. Will definitely recommend to others and stay here when we visit Vegas.

Great stay at the Beach House!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach house. The location was perfect to so many attractions. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but near the main highways to get to the downtown. The owner and manager were so accommodating and quickly responded to our questions. The pool and hot tub were a bonus after a long day out hiking or walking downtown. Thank you!

21st birthday bash!

Took my daughter, son, husband and daughters' boyfriend to Vegas for some shows and fun for my daughters 21st birthday. Love staying in Henderson, close to great restaurants and shopping. The strip is 20 min away. We used the hot tub and my son used the pool, it was heated- but too cold for me! It is December.

Beach House was very nice

Clean, warm and Just right for the two of us. The pool was what we really liked because the two days we stayed were hot (typical Las Vegas). The dishwasher needs to be replaced.

August Stay

Started out a little rough due to having issues with the website but was an excellent and comfy stay. None of us wanted to go home! My only suggestion would be getting something to shade the pool so you can still enjoy the water while you take shelter from the sun.

Served its purpose!

There is nothing fancy about this house or property, however if you're looking for a bed and a pool fairly close to the strip, this place is it! The owners was very responsive, and the house had everything we needed. It was clean, and in a nice neighbourhood. Overall, the house does need some upgrades and maintenance, but it would be all cosmetic and nothing that affected our stay! Luis (pool guy) was also great and we had a very enjoyable visit with him!

Could have been better

We were excited to have a mini backyard oasis. Unfortunately the communication with the property manager about the pool wasnt great. We wouldnt have stayed at this location if we had known the hot tub wasnt heated. It would have been nice if we knew this before. Also a few items throughout the house were poorly maintained.

Great location and beautiful property

We were in Las Vegas to go hiking and take in a show on the Strip. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood a short drive from the airport and the Strip, and it’s also extremely easy to out of the city (we drive to Death Valley and Red Rocks.) Thr house is spacious and has a great layout and amazing kitchen. We loved the hot tub and pool!

Cute house that needs work

This house had all the amenities that we needed in order to stay for the week. However, it looks like work on the house got about halfway done, and then it just stopped. A patched hole in the wall that was never painted, mismatched towels, washcloths and sheets that look to be about 20 years old. I had to search for clean towels and washcloths as there weren’t any easily identifiable or in the bathroom. It almost feels as though they put everything together after a haul at the local Goodwill store. Beach theme was cute. Owner very responsive. AC works great.
