Newly redone condo with spectacular 5th floor open bay view.

Clean contemporary condo, with very nice accommodations. 2 Bedrooms with 2 bathroom/Showers, and also murphy bed in out cove. Sleeps 6. King in master, Guestroom with full size bed. Conversion room with bamboo privacy curtain walls with Full size murphy bed. Balcony with expansive 5th floor view of the turquoise water. Every room has a water view. Kitchen is fully equipped. Wi Fi, smart TVs, everything you need to live in the unit.

Futura Yacht club is in the best location , with tennis, pickleball, heated resort like pool, Marina and boat ramp with great fishing, and a private beach which is sensational at sunset. Barbeques and tiki hut on the beach. Hammocks on the beach. Wii fi ,washer dryer, Flatscreens , Elevator, and fully equipped kitchen.

We are centrally located with nearby dive centers, paddleboard rentals, fishing charters, great restaurants , shopping, and everything you want to see in the keys. We are on the west side of the keys which offers spectacular sunsets from your balcony or from lounge chairs on the beach. We have a very high return rate because you see the value of the unit and the community when you are to here experience it.

Five adults fit pretty well. Only negative with that many people was running out of hot water if all getting ready to go out to dinner. Would definitely rent here again.

Great Place, Great Space, Great Time.
Mark is an excellent host and great communicator. Very clean, well maintained condo. We felt at home. Balcony is a nice spot and the living room furniture is comfy with a good layout. Good appliances (grab bag of ice when you get groceries). Secure property, very well maintained grounds, well-built and quiet building with elevator and some "shopping carts" in the entryway for use unloading groceries from car and up to the room. Nice pool and lazy waterfront with tremendous view. Great sunset spot. Other ads for Futura show a manned Tiki-Bar, but it was closed for our stay so don't expect it, although we didn't care. Cable-TV in bedroom appeared to be out, but I only tried once and really didn't care. Main TV was very good the few times we used it. This is a very high-value rental that we'd strongly recommend!! Perfect getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed Mark’s unit at Futura Yacht Club. The photos accurately reflect the condo and we loved the balcony. The grounds are immaculate and the pool is beautiful and quiet even when busy. Walking the docks and seeing the colorful fish, tarpon, sharks and manatees was our daily ritual. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Location
We’ve stayed at the Futura Yacht Club in various properties over the past 12 years. This was our first time in this unit. It has great water views from the fifth floor balcony. We ate out for most meals, but the kitchen was well stocked. There are a lot of good restaurants within a few miles of the condo. The pool is heated so you can comfortably use it year round. We hope to return again!

This condo is beautiful! The views from the balcony were superb. Very clean and everything you need is there! Mark was very accessible when/if we needed him. The condo is close to everything, and we really enjoyed the beautiful pool. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Views and Great Location
This was our first trip to the Florida Keys as well as our first trip traveling as a family for the Christmas holiday. Mark was extremely helpful with ideas for things to do locally and great places to have breakfast or dinner. The condo was decorated beautifully and was in a great location. The views from the balcony were amazing; the little beach area was the perfect place to watch the sunset and see the dolphins swim by. There are good restaurants and shopping places within a short walk of the condo. Key West is about a 2 Hour drive if you want to venture down that far, which we did on one of our days, and it was worth the drive. We were, however, happy to be staying in a more quiet area of the Keys. Since we were there over the Christmas holiday, there were other kids at the yacht club. The weather was a little chilly the first couple of days so we relaxed and played games and ate well in the condo. We went fishing, kayaked through the mangroves at Robbie’s, and took a snorkeling trip out of Robbie’s, as well, on the morning we checked out to head back home. We had a wonderful, relaxing week. Our boys all agree it was a great first family Christmas trip and definitely look forward to going back!

Great condo in a wonderful, gated marina community located near Snake Creek. Lots of beds for the guys to sleep. Kitchen setup well for cooking up your catch. Big clean swimming pool. Loved the view from the patio and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!
The condo was just as pictured on the site, clean and very beautifully decorated! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook! The pool is heated and so easy to get into! The beach area was perfect for gorgeous sunsets. We stayed 3 weeks and loved every minute of it!! The owner was very friendly and made sure our stay was great and recommended a lot of excellent restaurants! Thanks!!

Wonderful Stay at Marina Condo
Our week’s stay at the Futura Yacht Club condo was exceptional. The condo was clean, quiet, well-stocked, and nicely furnished. The amenities were perfect for a very relaxing week. The view from the fifth floor balcony was beautiful. The sandy area adjacent to the marina and along the Gulf was the perfect setting to watch the evening sunset. The Futura Yacht Club grounds and facilities were well-maintained and seemed very secure. We would highly recommend this property and definitely plan to return.

Stunning sunsets and beautiful landscaping!! All the amenities in our unit! Great open clubhouse w TV which you can get music on and ceiling fans bathrooms and shower. Great place to relax!!!

Condo with a great view
We had extended our stay an additional week here and so glad we did. The sunrise and sunsets off the private beach are amazing along with the Tarpon, Manatees, and all the tropical fish!!

Condo is well stocked if you cook! Close to many awesome restaurants and bars! Manatees in the channel are so awesome . Wonderful heated pool, the private beach area is just beautiful. It’s great place👍🏻 Mark was in contact upon arrival and provided many excellent suggestions. Bring your bike👍🏻 We are actually here another week, extended our stay until the 25th😁

Mark has really made the most of this space! A 2 bedroom that comfortably sleeps and feeds 6! The balcony is awesome and love the way the doors open all the way to make it feel like extension of the living room. The beds were all very comfortable including the Murphy bed. Everything you need was provided including beach towels which is very rare. The pool was the perfect temperature for swimming and relaxing!

Condo was great! Perfect location in the keys, beautiful waterfront beach area, loved all the sea life in the marina (parrot fish, nurse shark, needle fish just to name a few), gorgeous sunsets, entire property very well maintained. FL Keys Sunsets!!!
You don't have to drive to Key West to view the sunset. This unit has a west facing balcony overlooking the Gulf, and the property has a little beach facing same direction. Absolutely stunning at sunset. The unit is well furnished and very comfortable. Conveniently located for Robbies, and Pennekamp, Long Key and Curry Hammock state parks. And a short drive to great restaurants, and you can walk to Marker 88. Nice pool and tennis courts. And you can't beat the view.
