Nantucket style luxury on the sand! 4 bedroom, 3 bath, all on the first floor opens right on the boardwalk and sand. Newly constructed in 2015 with Gourmet kitchen, and Great room that opens to a giant 600+ sf patio with a built in BBQ. Bifold doors disappear to connect the patio and kitchen and give the feel of true indoor/outdoor living. One covered carport parking space. On the beach, plus only one block from the bay and the beautiful Marina Park right on the harbor. three bedrooms with king beds, and one with 4 bunks. Linens, towels, beach towels, and all kitchen cooking and serving supplies included. Wifi, cable, and TV. Conveniently located between the Newport and Balboa Piers, close proximity to many restaurants, bars, boat and bike rentals. See also VRBO#969334 for similar rental (5 bedroom) in same building.

We love this location! The space was open and fit everyone very comfortably. Loved to open kitchen and the wall opening to the patio and beach was beautiful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

The houses are both beautiful! And the location is perfect for a week at Newport Beach! Close enough to walk to everything but not in the middle of the busy piers. It was amazing having ac. Loved it!

Comfortable home beautiful views

We had a lovely time. Easy checkin and responsive host. House is lovely beach is lovely. We had some challenges with Vrbo invoicing because we had to move our dates a bit. But the host was helpful in getting the correct charge and worked with us on moving our stay a few days. We could have used a few more items for cleaning (dish soap, rags, garbage bags) but were able to get items from close by store.

Best location in Newport Beach

Perfect location on 15th street. Close enough to walk to the pier and right next to a beach rental place for bikes and a minimart for buying last minute items. Kitchen was not well equipped, but that seems common for a lot of VRBO places.

This beach house did not disappoint! Great location with a wonderful size patio. Rental mgr/owner was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend staying here! Bonus was the a/c ; as most beach rentals do not have a/c.

Heaven on the beach

Awesome place right on one of the best beaach areas in California. The beach house is probably the best house along the whole Newport boardwalk. Accommodated our whole extended family very comfortably For our next Newport trip we will definitely put this as our first choice.
