Welcome to Visby House, a modern Scandinavian home in North End Charlotte! This home is full of modern amenities and is great for vacationers & business travelers. Located just 10 mins to uptown and 5 minutes to the heart of NoDa, this property offers a great location close to plenty of restaurants, breweries and activities!

We hold our home to a high standard and aim to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you may want or need for an outstanding stay. We have an in-unit washer & dryer, hair dryers, coffee maker, full kitchen set up and a pool table all provided for your convenience and enjoyment!

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed!
- We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security.
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted.

Access is via a door code that will be provided prior to arrival. You will have the entire home.

This property is located in the 24 single family home North End Park neighborhood managed by Vesper Resorts! The property is directly across from a beautiful park that offers tennis, basketball, disc-golf, walking trails and much more! All delivery services are available like post mates , grub hub and uber eats. We recommend taking a short ride to the award winning NoDa brewery!

Easy drive or Uber/ Lyft to Noda or Plaza Midwood. It is about 15 mins with traffic to the heart of uptown. Around 30 mins to get to the White Water center which has numerous fun outdoor activities.

WONDERFUL TIME!

We stayed here for the weeekend we had a great time enjoyed the entire stay! Very clean, on time communication etc. Will definitely be booking again! The neighbors were very nice & we didn’t have a single issue ! Owner replied within an hour or so ! Highly recommend 10/10!

Great Layout

The property was perfect for three couples. We could all gather together comfortably downstairs in the open floor plan for the living room, pool table, and kitchen area. We were disappointed in the cleanliness. There were cobwebs in the downstairs restroom and there were two dirty bath cloths left in the upstairs hall bath.

safety concerns

Upon arrival the property was not clean, floors mainly. It did look like they hired someone that was not qualified to do any paint work, walls were half way done just really slopy. Toilet paper holder broken, lights out in the master and outside flood light. But this is nothing to the safety concerns of this property location. We herd shootings nightly. One night we could not come into the neighborhood street due to about ten cops blocking it and police helicopter over the one block neighborhood we stayed in, the were looking for someone that shot a police officer and someone else. Then another night set of 10 cops were in front of our driveway along with ambulance someone was shot and looked like was bleeding out in front of our driveway. This was not at all disclosed in the reviews that is conner that has a real high crime rate. We were there on business and corporate office was close, that is why we choose this location. Was not worth not being able to sleep because constantly thinking someone would breaking in and cause harm.

Our stay

The property was as advertised. We like the cleanliness of the property and the amenities it offered. But the location of the property is in a questionable part of Charlotte. Just around the corner were transients and homeless people with an encampment just a block away. They didn’t bother us but just didn’t want to be out and about outside at the property at night because of that. I also had issues with communication with the property management for question that I had as well.

Not like the pics

Pics are great but house was very poorly made. Neighborhood didn’t feel safe/comfortable. People begging - cars coming and going at all hours- unattended kids & dog a few doors down. House smelled terrible of stale beer and smoke like we arrived just after a frat party ended and the febreeze didn’t quite mask the odor. Would not recommend!

over all nice place to stay

nice place everything was as it should be, lived up to expectations, except for air conditioning was on smart thermostat and would not let you override daytime setting which would make the unit too hot during the day and take hours to cool down to desired temp towards evening time.

Nice stay

Turned out to be a nice stay. No major complaints to speak of. The unit was well furnished very clean and comfortable. Communication with property manager was easy and very responsive. Would stay again for sure.

Launch party

I had my launch party and this was the perfect place ! Throughout the entire booking process up until we checked out the communication was amazing ! You can tell they take price in their home from the way it was cleaned to the towels neatly arranged on the bed the upkeep and all . Definitely worth every penny

Beautiful Home

This will be my forever vacation home whenever my fiancé and I visit Charlotte. The home is so beautiful and modern! It was clean & stocked with toiletries. You will sleep very well in this home, as the beds were very comfortable and outside sound was to a minimum! Paul was very kind & was a phone call away! If you’re looking for an area that is close to shoppes , attractions or restaurants this is it. Everything was at least 15 minutes away from the location. This home will not break your pockets if you’re looking for something classy, yet affordable!

Grad Fun

My Gosh! What a beautiful property! We had a small family gathering for my nephew's graduation. They had a grill, Uno and Pandora we were all set! Great communication and even allowed us early check-in (when available). Our pup loved the dog park across the street too! Only thing I will warn , the house is white...like REALLY white. I wouldn't suggest bringing any coloring or markers to this property if you have small children. My kids did fine though! Thanks for allowing our family to enjoy your home!
