4BR, 3.5 baths newer construction home, tucked into the mountainside of Jackson, NH, includes 3 finished floors of over 3,000 square feet and open-design living space. Amenities include a full-size kitchen with modern appliances, dining room, family room, and easy-access, NEW- 6 person hot tub on the outdoor deck.

The 1st floor includes a spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed, mountain views, a full bathroom, living area, and Foosball/air hockey/pool table. The farmer’s porch, located just outside the first floor, conveniently offers additional space to relax and take in the views.

The main floor includes an open-design living room with panoramic mountain views, a large flat-screen TV, dining room with table to seat 8+, kitchen, and stereo with iPhone jack and ceiling-mounted speakers throughout the main floor, one half-bath, and a second living/reading room.

The 3rd floor includes 3 spacious bedrooms including a master suite with a king-sized bed and a full bath. There is also a second full bath just outside the guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed and a traditional twin bed. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds.

Jackson Village and the Mount Washington Valley conveniently offer a wide range of activities for family enjoyment throughout the whole year. In the winter, Jackson offers the #1 cross-country skiing area in the Eastern U.S. with miles of groomed trails, local alpine skiing, with historic Inns and nearby restaurants ideal for après ski. Snowshoeing and sleigh rides are also common attractions. The summer season offers swimming, hiking, golfing, river canoeing/kayaking, and Story Land. Enjoy the autumn months with breathtaking views of a classic New England Fall Foliage season.

The mountain views, a mix of 5-star and local restaurants and Inns, an abundance of outdoor activity, and tax-free shopping in North Conway are available all year round.

There is No air conditioning on the main or lower levels but we install window units in the upstairs bedrooms during summer months. There are ceiling and cooling floor fans throughout the house.

Jackson is a quiet community so please respect our neighbors and enjoy the relaxing/peaceful environment. No loud gatherings and no fireworks on the property are permitted.
We do have a camera that is facing the driveway/road. There is no other camera on property.

Family ski trip

This is a very nice house with everything you need to stay comfortably. Close to skiing, shopping, and other activities. We will look to stay her again! It is as advertised.

Great house for multi-generation ski trip

Outstanding place to stay for a family

Everything was just as advertised and communicated. The house was perfect for us in an excellent location for doing anything in the White Mountains. Really enjoyed our visit.

Family weekend

We stayed three nights and the house was perfect for what we were looking for. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and relax. The location was perfect! It was a very hot weekend and although there are ACs in the bedrooms it would have been great if there were a couple on the main floor. Overall we had a great time!!

A gem!

We stayed over New Years and this home was perfect for our group, kids and adults. Upon walking in you could smell how clean the house was. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and large table was excellent for our NYE dinner. We hit up the Conway Scenic Railroad when Cranmore Tubing was cancelled and then took at evening sleigh ride at nearby Nestlenook. Perfect location for us. We hope to come back again next year! Thanks for hosting us!

Mountain Getaway

We had a great relaxing vacation. The house is very nice, clean, well equipped and quiet. It is located close to town and also a short drive to the town of North Conway. There is a lot to do in the area, tubing, hiking, waterfalls and cute shops. It was a great getaway from the normal fast pace. Joy was very easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family time

We loved the location nestled in the woods. A very well maintained and guest friendly house. All amenities as promised. The hot tub and the fire pit were the highlights. Family Ski Trip

We spent a long weekend at this property for a family ski trip. The house is fantastic and well-equipped. The property is in a great location and everything was very functional, decorated nicely, and clean! The hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes! Joy was so responsive to any questions we had prior to, and during our stay. I highly recommend!

Excellent house

We had a great time staying at this property in Jackson. The house was beautiful inside and very clean. We stayed for a 3-day weekend with our 3 children. Upon entering the house, our 5-year old exclaimed "this house is sick!" LOL Very comfortable accommodations for our family. My wife and I especially enjoyed having the hot tub to relax in after a day of activity with the kids.

Memorial Day Weekend Family Vaca 2022

House was clean & spacious. The House had everything we needed. The location was great to get to Jackson falls, Downtown North Conway to stroll & Conway Outlets .. The hot tub was a hit. The grill worked great. The basketball hoop was a bonus. Only downside was season for needing bug spray LOL which is not the renters fault, But, Cut grass would’ve been an additional bonus.. * Bring bug spray for morning & evening to night Overall Thanks For A Great Stay.

Clean and tidy

What stuck out the most was that the house itself is very well kept. Kitchen, floors, rugs, and bathrooms were clean. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is perfect for families traveling to Conway or Story Land or even jumping on the Kancamagus for a day trip in Lincoln. We really enjoyed our stay, making use of the hot tub and fire pit. One note, for entertainment, the foosball table is one of those game tables that can convert into several things. Not a real sized pool table or aire hockey table on the property.

We loved the upscale house and quiet location on the mountain side. The hot tube at night watching the sky was a extra special treat. It’s a perfect base camp to recharge after our many adventures in the area.

Wonderful Property, solid location

Overall very satisfied with this location, a beautiful well maintenenced house with enough room for all guests to stay. Was clean inside and had a lot of different amenities that were useful for the trip( basketball hoop, hot tub and speakers throughout the first floor) only couple things I would say for people staying in the summer would be the upstairs even with the fans gets pretty warm.( was mentioned no a/c but it gets toasty up there) and the pictures of the yard made it look like there was more room for yard activites but was a little smaller in person. ( by the fire pit) Overall had a wonderful communication with the owners who were very helpful with any questions and I would recommend the property to anyone with a decent sized group!
