Detta sju sovrum hem, beläget i den uppskattade Lewis Ranch underavdelningen, är en riktig skid-in / ut gård. Kokomo Express och Union Creek ligger bara några sekunder bort på den gröna / nybörjare rondellen. Det vackert utformade skidrummet, som ligger på bottenvåningen omedelbart intill det stora rummet, gör att du kan starta din roliga dag på berget direkt från huset och lätt återvända och avsluta i gröna / nybörjare sluttningar hela dagen. Om du vill hysa flera familjer med några icke-skidåkare eller skidåkare med olika förmågor, finns det inget bättre hem.

Snow Maker Manor har alla bekvämligheter som gör din vistelse till en som du inte snart kommer att glömma. Golv-till-tak-fönstren i sluttningen av hemmet ger en oöverträffad utsikt över de berömda SKY-rännorna och de omgivande bergen. En bra snöstorm på herrgården får dig att känna att du befinner dig i en snöklot, allt framför en varm och tröstande öppen spis (alla 6). Och under de icke-vintermånaderna, spill ut ur det stora rummet genom dragspelöppnande dörrar till uteplatsen och badtunnan. Njut av den spektakulära bergen med en dryck som du väljer, medan barnen njuter av en film i teaterrummet eller en pool i det rymliga rummet. Om den stora skidåkning eller vandring har benen vinglande, hoppar du över trappan och använder hissen för att enkelt flytta mellan våningarna.

Excellent ski in/out with plenty of room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the house for a 40th bday celebration with our family of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. We had more than enough space. Plenty of additional gathering space between the pool table room and expansive great room. We did have a heating failure the last night we stayed there (woke up very chilly). The team was very responsive to our messages all week. They decided to address the heat after we left as the sun heats the house well during the day and they kindly refunded a portion of our last night as compensation for the issue. The elevator was very helpful in getting things from the lowest level to the kitchen/ski storage area. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Fabulous Rendezvous

From check-in to check-out, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect location and house for our 48th Winter Rendezvous (maybe one thing - that one of our group . The house is amazing and we had ample room for everyone! We especially loved the ski-in/ski-out (although if not an expert, it was a bit difficult) and having our own ski lockers! We even had a Pine Martin come visit us daily!member did not get hurt!)

Great stay and location, but Not up to the mark

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was pleasant, and the location was fantastic, allowing us to have a wonderful time with friends and family. The amenities were impressive, with plenty of bathrooms and spacious living areas for both kids and adults to enjoy. The staff was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all of our questions and concerns through chat.However, a few details fell short of our expectations. The sheets and beds didn’t feel as clean as we would have liked, with some pet hair present, making us unsure if they had been properly washed. Additionally, couple of the restrooms lacked locks, which was a bit challenging, especially with kids. Some sliding doors didn’t close securely, leaving gaps that compromised privacy. The pool table could also use some updating, as the felt and cue sticks were worn.With a few improvements in these areas, this home could easily reach a 5-star standard. Overall, it was a good experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to stay here.

Perfect Home for Our Family Reunion!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was thrilled with this beautiful home we choose for our 2024 reunion. First of all, the elevator was a huge help in getting all the groceries up from the garage and bags to our rooms. The great room was perfect and the views from the floor to ceiling windows was spectacular. And the multi-level layout kept us together and yet gave us privacy as well. The theater was delightful for watching movies and football games. We all loved the pool room and grandsons enjoyed the chess table as well. The kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed to make meals for the 16 of us. The hot tub was delightful and we loved the trifold doors to the patio. I was extremely pleased with how kind and responsive the River Ridge Management Company was. Would definitely rent this home again and highly recommend it for others as well. Just wish we could go during ski season--would be awesome!

Fantastic family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic and well equipped property. Our party enjoyed it all! Hot tub, fire pit, billiards room, chess table. While we were out and about during the day, we gathered each night for a meal at the property. The kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of dishes and utensils, large frig and freezer, with supplemental refrigerator space. Drip coffee maker, plus Keurig for our regular, half caff and decaf members. Also, plenty of towels, especially handy for using the hot tub on the cool evenings. The view was great, we loved seeing the sun come over the mountains in the morning. Easy walk to the Copper Village where activities such as bike rentals or the mountain coaster could be arranged. Staff was very responsive and proactive with information. Would highly recommend!

Everyone had plenty of space to spread out when desired. The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was superb. The elevator made bringing in groceries and luggage much easier. It is ski in/out but there is also a shuttle you can call to pick you up directly at the house. The only thing I would suggest is to supply humidifiers in the rooms.

An amazing property

This was a perfect place to stay we had enough room for all 14 family members. Memories to last a life time. I had issues with the theater (human error) however the young man who works for the property was extremely helpful he drove to the house to walk us through it. The customer service was amazing. We will book again.

The layout is quite unique but still high-end, and all our friends and family were quite impressed. The kids loved the theater room, and the adults loved the pool-table and hot tub. The kitchen is well-stocked with a huge fridge, which is good because we 18 mouths to feed. The backyard area was very pleasant, with great views, and we were often found outside circling the fire pit.The fine folks at River Ridge rentals responded very quickly to a couple minor issues, and were absolutely a delight to work with.Would rent here again in a heartbeat!

Great family vacation

We stayed at Snow Maker Manor for a family vacation. We ranged in age from 6 months to 70. It was a great time. The home is clean and beautiful. We used all of the amenities. We spent hours on the back porch with a beautiful view of the mountains. Our grandkids watched movies in the great home theater. The activities at Copper Mountain are great fun and a walkable distance. The management company is responsive and courteous. It couldn't have been a better experience. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Family Reunion Home

We had an extended family reunion here in June with perfect weather to match the perfect views from this property. There are so many bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms to accommodate a large group. There are plenty of places to hang out together or to get away for a little privacy. The outdoor seating area was enjoyed daily. We like to have dinners in with such a big group and noticed we did not have a can opener. One was delivered to us the next morning. I cannot recommend this place and the management team highly enough!
