Die gesamte private Wohnung (1.200 m²) über diesem historischen Haus in Tarpon Springs Fl. ist dein zu genießen. Nur wenige Minuten von einigen der schönsten Strände des Landes entfernt. Besuchen Sie unser berühmtes griechisches Dorf und probieren Sie einige der besten Meeresfrüchte und griechischen Gerichte der Welt. Dieses Haus ist nur wenige Schritte von Spring Bayou entfernt, wo Sie die Seekühe im Wasser tummeln sehen können. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichen Sie auch unser antikes Viertel oder das griechische Dorf, in dem Sie nach Herzenslust einkaufen oder essen können. Dieses Apartmenthaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad und eine große private Sonnenterrasse. Lovely home, excellent location!

You can't go wrong with this place! It's clean, comfortable, has a great patio, and the hosts are great communicators! It's location is such that you can walk many places and ride bikes. Loved that the park was a block away too!

Great location, friendly neighborhood with great walking and biking. Felt safe, Easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Cant say enough about John & Linda they have a lovely place we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable stay

Near downtown district and a short bicycle (provided by property owner) ride to the sponge harbor. Comfortable accommodations and very nice rooftop patio.

Disappointed

Location was great, everything else was disappointing! First, it says separated private entrance, which the unexpected male painter surprised us using! We were two mature female friends celebrating our birthdays, and in walks a man that we were not expecting! He was there the rest of our stay every morning until 4 pm!It was hot in the apartment because there are only two window units in the bedrooms. The kitchen was so hot, no way we would cook in there! Living room was only tolerable at night after running the window units all day with the blinds shut! Kitchen door has a 1/2 inch crack in top of door, which let roaches in! The freezer does not work and could not make ice! The only nice thing was the location.

Perfect little place for a getaway

We loved the quiet location, amenities, cleanliness and HUGE rooftop deck. Super easy walk to Spring Bayou, Tarpon Ave, or the Sponge Docks... Owners are beyond accomodating and make everything so easy. We will absolutely stay here again.

Gorgeous character property in quaint neighbourhood

Very comfortable stay in a super quiet neighbourhood close to downtown restaurants and 20 minutes walk from the Sponge docks. Sheets were super soft and lots of space to relax including a very large outside roof terrace. Good off street parking and easy to find

Great Location

My wife and 17 year old daughter stayed 2 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. We took the opportunity to eat Greek food the whole time while in Tarpon Springs, visited the Historic Museum (one block away) and generally relax after a few days on the road. The property is located right in the historic district and that was nice for walking around while viewing the various types of architecture. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We'd definitely recommend it.

Good Place

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The hosts were kind and accessible when I had a small problem. The place was centrally located for anyone wanting to see the Tarpon Springs area. I would really love to come back in the fall or winter when the patio/deck area could actually be used. Unfortunately in late July it was much too hot. All in all a nice place for a get away.

Lovely Apartment in the middle of everything.

My husband and I really enjoyed out stay at this property. Clean & updated, loaded with everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to downtown and the owners made sure we could find plenty to do while there. Neighborhood was quiet and the rooftop porch was beautiful in the evening. We would visit again!

What a Greek time!

The property was just as described in a quiet neighborhood great for walking to two coffee shops and several gift stores. We enjoyed the Sponge docks, Greek restaurants and Howard Park for sunset. We would like to visit again!

Perfect little getaway

This was the perfect little getaway spot. My friends and I were in Tarpon Springs for an OC camp. This house was a perfect location to the lake's boat launch site. Owner John was friendly, communicative and very responsive to questions asked. Amenities were basic and fulfilled all our needs.

Short stay in Tarpon Springs

What a beautiful apartment in Tarpon Springs. It is so conveniently located, that we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. The apartment is immaculately clean and very well equipped with everything possible you could need. Sitting on the roof terrace in the morning with a cup of tea and enjoying the peace and quiet is a treat. Would love to come back and would recommend to anyone. The hosts John and Linda respond quickly to any messages and are extremely kind- even allowing us a later check out as there were no guests due to arrive that day.

This property is located in a quiet historic neighborhood close to beaches, shopping, antique hunting, restaurants, and miles of bike trails. We are close to several Golf courses, and wonderful parks. Tennis courts and boat launch are only 1 block away. We have a very famous Greek Village within walking distance with many fine restaurants. It's like taking a trip to Greece.
