Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

Important: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter as snow and ice will be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads.

This beautifully designed one-bedroom, one-bath, 550 sq. ft. slope-side condominium is perfectly suited for a single skier or a couple looking for a romantic getaway. Comfortably located on the 2nd floor (one flight of stairs) of the 4 O'Clock Lodge complex, this cozy unit offers a blend of rustic textures and modern finishes.

With a warm and inviting color palette, plenty of natural light, and a spacious living area, this condo is the ideal spot for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The fully functional kitchen is perfect for preparing romantic dinners, while the peaceful bedroom, complete with a new mattress, ensures a restful night’s sleep. An air mattress is also provided for additional sleeping accommodations if needed.

Winter Highlights:
- Walk just 500 feet to the Snowflake Lift in the winter, and ski down from the highest chairlift in North America back to the complex at the end of the day.

- Experience Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest during the last week of January, and visit the nearby Ice Castle, open until late March.
- Take a romantic sleigh ride through the streets of Breckenridge, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses.
- Enjoy April’s month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.

Summer Highlights:
- Hike or bike up the mountain on the 4 O'clock Trail, just behind the complex, and take in the beautiful summer scenery.
- Experience the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, and National Repertory Orchestra concerts.
- Visit Breckenridge’s Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids.
- Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
