Perched high on the brow on Lookout Mountain, our tiny house is packed with luxurious features and is surprisingly spacious. Lil' Haven is the perfect place to get away after a day in Chattanooga or a hike on the mountain. It’s a short drive down or along the mountain to best restaurants and state parks. Enjoy a meal out on the deck admiring the view, relax in the soaker tub, or simply sink back into the bed and stargaze through the skylights.

So pleased with our stay - host provided so many thoughtful touches to help us feel right at home from wine and robes to extra bowls and goodies for our fur babies. The views were incredible in a quiet location still within a short drive from lots of hikes and restaurants.
This place is so cute and perfect for a getaway. The windows and views are amazing…especially with the bathtub. Kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs. Quaint and relaxing place. Would highly recommend!
Had a fabulous overnight stay in this amazing location - stunning views from everywhere in the house, and everything you would need for a short stay. It’s very cosy but a perfect size for a couple. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!
Our time at Lil' Haven was wonderful. The view was breathtaking. The place was spotless and cozy, and the host was incredibly cordial and accommodating.
I’ve always wanted to stay in a tiny home, and this one was perfect! It’s in a great location to access many of the Lookout Mountain attractions and is just a few minutes from Chattanooga. The view is just as incredible as it looks in the pictures, and the house was super clean and inviting. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing trip in the mountains!
Loved this spot. Unreal view and great kitchen area where you can cook a nice dinner. Great night stay with my girlfriend. Highly highly recommend. Worth it
The place is fantastic! The views are amazing and the house feels larger than it looks. Has everything you could want! Was perfect for our stay. We had a small issue with the shower but the owner was responsive and we still had a wonderful stay. Would recommend!
We had a family event in Knoxville and decided to drive halfway home after having an early morning. Peter’s location was the perfect spot, convenient to the interstate/all Lookout Mountain has to offer. Have recommended to my friends who work from home for a nice break from the 9-5 grind. Thanks!
This property was absolutely amazing! The view from the back porch was very peaceful and exactly what we needed that weekend. Rock city was very convenient from this location. The only thing I would change is the scent of the shampoo and body wash. LOL. Overall 10 out of 10 recommend!
The view was beautiful! Unfortunately, the tiny house had a steep staircase to the bedroom that our small dog could not climb. We found ants in the soaking tub area. And for the price we were disappointed.
Tiny home with a great view and everything you need without feeling cramped. The place was very well laid out and even included a clothes washer and dryer. We enjoyed the deck in the mornings for breakfast and evenings for dinner. The whole lay out was very comfortable and we felt like we had our own self-sufficient island. There are neighbors close by but we still felt like we had near-complete privacy. We would stay here again. Not an ssue for us, but you do need to be able to navigate stairs getting from the driveway to the house and from the first floor to the second.
This Vrbo is absolutely stunning and one of the best tiny houses I've seen. It is spacious, upgraded, cleanly, and quiet. Don't even get me started on the view: breathtaking. If you're looking for an intimate get away, this is it. Don't hesitate.
Loved staying here. Wish the grill had been clean and not rusted because I love to grill on a porch, but the rest of the stay was 10
Stars. Loved the nice touch of a bottle of wine for when we arrived. Will come back again
We only stayed for a night but the sights and
the interior absolutely a beauty beyond compare. Very close to Rock City and less than 30 mins from the Aquarium which we did visit. Felt so touched seeing my name on a welcome sign with a bottle of wine 💖 Loved it so much wish we could have stayed longer!
This tiny home was the perfect base camp for myself, my husband, and our two dogs. Obviously the views are stunning in pictures, but in person they 1000% do not disappoint! The space is clean and has all of the amenities you might need. The location is great for access to Chattanooga, an easy drive to Chickamauga NMP, and a short cruise to Rock City (dog friendly btw). We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!
